We had a signature drink (margaritas) and they offer guests a drink list to help them make decisions. By pre-making some of the more common drinks they can keep people focused and moving along. There are a couple of things Lou provides that are a huge benefit if you are having an event at a farm or other external structure: - They provide ice - They have industrial coolers. They needed very little time to be able to get our champagne, beer, & white wine cold - They provide the garnishes, napkins, cups, etc. as a service per head. This is a HUGE deal when you realize that buying all these things individually is quite difficult to pin down numbers wise. The team was super professional and our guests thought the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this vendor.

-Irish wedding, the bartending service was a critical element. Months ahead of the ceremony, Louie invited us to his impressively stocked office/bar for an initial meeting. During this meeting, it became clear to all of us that we were dealing with a pro. In short order, Louie was able to tease out all the details that he needed. Had it been left up to us wedding amateurs, we would have overlooked a number of essential elements. Not only did Louie help us identify our needs, but he also helped us to stretch our budget because he made recommendations as to what distributors offered the best deals when it came to purchasing the alcohol (per the contract, Louie provided the manpower and mixers, we purchased the alcohol). We all walked away from the meeting immensely impressed and the bride-to-be was able to cross that item off her list because we didn’t need to talk to anyone else. Louie was our guy. A few days after the meeting Louie sent us an easy to understand, comprehensive contract, and Louie promised to give us a recommended purchase list once our final numbers were in. Sure enough, no sooner did we furnish Louie with our final numbers than he furnished us with his purchase list. Had we blindly abided by Louie’s list, everything would have probably worked out perfectly, but erring on the side of safety, we bought extra. Fortunately, as Louis promised, so long as the liquor had not been refrigerated, the vendor would accept the excess as returns, and that is exactly what happened. In between the purchases and the returns, there was a small matter of the wedding. Quite honestly, it could not have gone any better. Louie’s team was on time and on target. He and his employees were the epitome of professionalism. Their service was timely, cordial, and sanitary. They were a real crowd pleaser. I guess you could say the attendees found Louie’s team intoxicating. If we come across anyone that is in the market for a mixologist, Louie will get our ringing endorsement. We are so pleased that Louis and his team were available to help us celebrate a very special day. Book him now if you have the opportunity!

vers, Louie sent us the contract for review and was helpful in answering any and all questions pertaining to it. Then came the shopping list of what we would need to buy for our wedding. Louie bases this on a fixed average per number of attendees. He was easily able to let us know how much wine, beer, and liquor to buy for the event just based on our numbers. It wasn't nearly as much as we thought we'd have to buy, and the cost wasn't bad to get all that squared away. As to the cost for them providing services, all I can say is super affordable rates. It really wasn't bad at all cost wise. Louie and his crew provided everything else from the traveling bar itself to all cups, ice, mixers, and more. They set-up early and were more than ready for the start of the ceremony. They even helped the Groomsmen and I pregame a little with some of his most recommended cocktails - Moscow Mules. I had never had them before, but everyone said they were delicious! They were respectful to our guests, they never missed a beat and there were never any real wait times on drinks. I would definitely recommend them again, and if we have any large scale events in the future, we are definitely looking their way!

A few weeks later, he sent us a shopping list that was pretty much spot on (we over bought but honestly should have just stuck to the list). Lou was responsive over email in helping me develop signature cocktails and make minor menu tweaks. On the day of, we had one location for our cocktail hour and another for the dinner and the transition between the two was seamless. We had only one bar operating at a time for our 155 guests, but there was never much of a line, so the bartenders were quite efficient. We definitely recommend booking Lou!

They were there a couple hours early to get everything set up, and did a fantastic job throughout. We served wine and beer and had a signature cocktail (which was a beautiful ombre that matched our wedding colors, and earned rave reviews from our guests on taste). His staff did an excellent job cutting and serving the cake as well. His staff were friendly when we spoke with them, but were entirely unobtrusive throughout the evening (and I mean in the best possibly sense) - and yet the plates were always cleared, and everything was kept running smoothly. The cost was extremely reasonable! A+ experience!
