We knew that he was the perfect photographer to hire. During our September wedding he made sure to get all the pictures I wanted and stuck to the timeline. The photos turned out so beautiful. Louis was able to capture intimate and touching moments. I waited patiently for him to finish the videos as I know he is a one man army. I finally got the videos back and they are beyond my expectations. He was able to capture every emotion we felt that day. I loved how he took the audio and seamlessly folded it into the visuals of the video. I can’t wait to see the finish product of our album as I know it will turn out great. My wife initially contacted Louis for wedding pictures and I was scared because I wanted a great photographer. But after getting to talk to him weeks before the wedding and seeing him go so hard on the day of the wedding I was so happy she did. He was patient, thoughtful about what would be great memories to capture, and I LOVE that he was ON TOP of his game. I wanted shots of certain things but he would already have captured them! SEE he is AWESOME! Once we received our pictures I was in love with them. He got some great snaps of the craziness but also captured my favorite intimate moments. He is definitely a photographer I will be hiring when I have big events!!

Louis was able to answer them with ease. Amongst all the running around I had him doing he still remained very focused and kept me going which I am very grateful for. When we were done I asked Louis how long it would take to get my photo albums completed which he told me 1 month after choosing the pictures of my choice. I received my albums a few weeks later and I couldn't help but get emotional all over again! Overall I was extremely satisfied with the work ethic and end result Louis demonstrated. I will be looking forward to working together again with Louis for my wedding!

ond for weeks; not even a note to say he would get back to us soon. His pictures can pass, but they need a lot of editing, and his editing is just bad. Louis lacks creativity with setup and using the environment to create a photograph. He kept asking US to think of poses and where to go; the point of hiring a photographer is to take charge of that so we don’t have to worry about it. On our wedding day, we found Louis eating when he should have been working, and he seemed to disappear throughout the evening (even the MC was looking for him). The vendors had a scheduled time to sit and eat, but he was helping himself when he wanted. We don’t have any entourage pictures within the venue, other than immediately after the ceremony. Louis failed to organize/gather the wedding party in order to get the images we had requested. Our engagement shoot video was supposed to be done well before the wedding date (there was a 4-month span), yet we only saw the video 5 minutes before it was shown to our guests. Our canvas picture was not framed, and was pasted to a piece of cardboard at our reception. We took it down because it looked so horrible/tacky. Louis even requested a payment specifically to get the canvas framed, yet it was not done. We still don’t have the canvas, more than 4 months later. We requested our images raw on a hard drive, so we could send them to a friend who offered to edit them. Louis messaged us the NIGHT BEFORE we needed the footage, asking if we had an “extra” hard drive, then showed up with a really rugged (i.e. used and beaten) hard drive. This whole process was extremely frustrating and infuriating, and we regret hiring Louis.

. We didn't have any problems communicating what we wanted with Louis, we were always able to text, call or email however some things were brushed under the rug. For example, in our contract we got a free engagement shoot--which we never shot because we were waiting for nice weather and then when nice weather was upon us, he never reached out to take the pictures even after we discussed in detail what kind of shoot we would like. Ok no big deal, we missed out on a free shoot. On the day of the wedding, Louis was kind of doing his own thing I didn't get a lot of shoots with the people I wanted (which were stated in our wedding forms). Being that the day was so hectic and busy we just went along with it and took the pictures he posed us for. We paid the balance at the end of the night. Weeks later we were in communication via e-mail about choosing the pictures we wanted as he sent us a link to our pictures. As we go back and forth for months, we finalize which pictures we want and then we start getting a no reply from Louis. It's been 9 months and we have yet to receive any of our pictures (album and print outs). He last told me he would have them done by end of March 2018. But when i reached out again he has not responded to our last 2-3 emails or texts. This is very unprofessional and has gotten me to this point of writing a bad review because that's what the experience turned out to be. We are going to continue and take action as we had paid him over $1500 for our wedding pictures.
