We had the absolute best experience with Jamie as our day-of wedding coordinator! From the very first meeting, she helped us stay organized and gave us the confidence that everythi...
ng would run smoothly. On the wedding day itself, things didn’t exactly go as planned, it ended up pouring during our outdoor ceremony (we’re talking over an inch of rain in just half an hour!) moving everything under the tent. Even in the middle of all that chaos, Jamie and her team handled it with such calm professionalism. She was literally soaking wet from walking us and the bridal party to under the tent for the ceremony. Her team also did a fantastic job with the styling and décor. We had a few last-minute changes, but everything still came together beautifully. Since our wedding was at our home (not a traditional venue), I know it made her job more challenging, but you would have never known. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jamie and her team. They made our day perfect, even under very imperfect weather conditions. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and willing to go above and beyond, I would 100% recommend Louisa Co. Events.

o much more enjoyable by lifting the weight off our shoulders. We had a very involved reception with upwards of 10-15 separate vendors and Jamie flawlessly coordinated the entire night to perfection. We were able to enjoy our night from beginning to end knowing we were in good hands. Before the event she made herself available for multiple video meetings and was very communicative to insure she knew exactly how we wanted the day to go. Jamie is an amazing human being.
