We chose Lourdes and her amazing team to plan our son's wedding. From the first moment we sat down with them we were so comfortable and felt they genuinely wanted to make this day as special for Nick and Lily as they could. Everything went smoothly, if there were any issues, they calmly took care of them and we were unaware. They were very good about making sure we stayed within budget. There were never any surprises. If I gave them any surprises, they just handled them without a problem. This is such a great team, I can't say enough about them! Can't wait to be able to have another event, so I can call them.

We had our September wedding at the Faena in August. It was August because a hurricane got the best of us and we had 24 hours to switch the date or cancel the wedding. As a bride, there’s probably nothing more stressful than a decision like this staring you in the face, and your entire family, friends, guests and bridal party are in a full panic. Thanks to Lourdes and her team, we switched the date with ease. I didn’t even have to think about it. She worked tirelessly to shift with each vendor, coordinate timelines (as start time had to shift too) and made an otherwise unpleasant experience a seamless one. Truthfully, with as many weddings as she’s done, something like what happened to Scott and I would have thrown any planner for a loop, except Lourdes. She stayed calm, she made the changes, and the wedding was exceptional. I even lost some of my extras as some vendors were unavailable, and she did everything in her power to bring as much of my vision to life. She had little surprises around every corner, and a smile on her face the entire time. I even pulled her on the dance floor! It was perfect. I can’t forget her team now. Helen is her right hand, and was my other confidant, daily phone call (literally) and honorary extension of my bridal party. You guys rock.

If you’re looking for a planner who cares about the small and big details alike than Lourdes is your person. Her love for her work transcends into every element! When planning my wedding I had this idea of everything I needed to do, but boy was I wrong. Deep down inside I secretly love to plan events, so when I went to her she asked me about things I had not thought of. You assume it’s as easy as the music, cake, flowers, catering, ceremony and reception, but it’s so much more than that. She will make sure all grounds are covered and see it through to the end. Aside from her superb taste for planning beautiful weddings, she is truly a beautiful person. So not only will you get a beautiful wedding, but you’ll get someone who truly cares too!

My friend recently got married and Lourdes was the coordinator. The wedding was honestly the most well organized and thought-out that I’ve ever experienced. From the transition from ceremony in Coral Gables to The Grove, down to the intricate details—The wedding was a dream. I wish I would have known about her when I got married. Highly recommend her!

Lourdes was hired as our planner for our wedding in March of 2019 at the Vizcaya Museum in Miami FL. She was so sweet and easy to work with from the start. I am a very particular person and very much involved in the planning process from start to finish and she never once made me feel like I was stepping over her toes or being annoying. Often times if I was stressed she gracefully handled all my questions and concerns and brought me to ease. If she said she had something done, she had it done and there weren’t any surprises. On the day of, I had the most wonderful day and most beautiful wedding. Every single guest gave such wonderful feedback and all our vendors she recommended did their jobs and did it well. Our catering company we worked with was so accommodating to our guests and I can’t tell you how many Guests said how welcomed they felt and taken care or by their staff. We had fireworks and they went off at the exact moment they were meant to go off and there weren’t any delays or issues (which I’ve heard is an issue at a lot of weddings). Thank you Lourdes for the most magical day ever!!

If I can give Lourdes and her team 10 stars I would! My wedding was a dream come true. Every detail was absolutely mesmerizing, from the flowers, to the dj/band, lighting, entertainers, etc...Lourdes went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding was perfect. Her and her team were extremely attentive to my husband and I the entire night. The day of the wedding, my husband and I were literally in shock with the beauty of it all. Without a doubt, we would recommend Lourdes Milian Productions to friends and family!! Trust me when I tell you...she is the best and I truly can’t thank her enough!!

We had my daughters wedding at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne in March 2019. Lourdes Milian was the wedding planner. I have never experienced such a disorganized and unprofessional party planner.Invitations were not proof read before she mailed them . Some guests didn’t receive invitations. Invitations were sent out late due to the fact that she gave them to an assistant who did not mail the invitations . We had to send them out late by Fedex 4 weeks before the wedding . We thought after the invitation fiasco she would try really hard to improve however the wedding was another disaster. The ceremony started an hour late because Lourdes was stalling due to the fact that she and the florist did not have the Ball Room set up. No one directed our guest to seating at the ceremony. We could not get into the ball room until 11.30 pm .Dinner was at 12.30 am. She didn’t make sure the bride and groom were feed after the ceremony. Additionally, she did not coordinate family pictures with the photographer . She was extremely expensive and had every excuse in the book for her lack of professionalism and Incompetence. I would run the other way for anyone contemplating using her. I would under no circumstances ever recommend her.

The Lourdes Milian Team exceeded our expectations! They have all the top connections and know the best of the best in the wedding industry! Our wedding turned out exactly how we planned and went so smoothly! I did not have to worry about one detail or the wedding schedule! It was a magical evening that we will never forget! I really don't know where to begin. The amount of gratitude I have towards the Milan team is immense. I was a bride who was living in San Francisco. My husband and I wanted to have our wedding in Miami, so a wedding planner was a must. We found Lourdes through Chic Parisian (the dress shop in Miami). What I think is most special about the Lourdes is her contacts. Lourdes has impeccable taste not only in vendors but with the caliber people she chooses to work with. Not only was I presented with the best vendors in Miami, everyone who we worked with were sincerely genuine people, and more importantly, people that I could trust. I was impressed (which is not easy to do) by almost everyone we worked with: special shoutouts to Stephen Starr, Joy Wallace, and UDS photography. Lourdes, on the big day, was a necessity. She was cool, calm and collected. She had my back through every step of the way. Not only is she incredibly professional, but she's kind and relatable--exactly the type of person you need on your big day. Kelly and Krystal (who are also apart of the Milan team) were amazing. Kelly answered my calls and texts in the early morning or late night. They are all truly dedicated. The team was such a blessing to work with. I'm forever thankful for them. The wedding was effortless and I don't think I could ask for much more.

Before I got engaged I followed a few wedding planners on IG, after I got engaged I decided to contact 5 of them, based on the vibe I got from them I chose 3 to meet up with. Lourdes and her team are seriously the best. They saved our wedding when I made the initial mistake of hiring the wrong planner and took a very stressful situation and made it a breeze. She is on top of literally everything you can think of, recommends the best vendors and takes your vision and turns it into everything you could ever dream of. Her and her team were so enjoyable to work with, I'm sad that the process is over but I'm thankful I gained friends at LMP who went above and beyond to insure our wedding was the best night our lives.

Lourdes and Vivian did a great job with our wedding. We live in Seattle and were getting married in Miami. My husband and I have very busy jobs and needed someone to help us figure out the whole wedding with ownership, and Lourdes and Viviana did that. We had exactly the wedding that we wanted (including all our Venezuelan extravaganzas), on the budget that we planned, and without issues. We are very pleased with the professionalism of the team. They are very experienced and have great taste, so they gave great advice on vendors that would meet our needs and desires at the right budget. When dealing with vendors, negotiating payments, paying attention to detail, staying with in budget and generally getting $#*% done. Lourdes is your girl! I literally used to stop by her office on a weekly (okay daily) basis. I am certain I was being super annoying, but all she ever did was smile! Even when I asked for synchronized swimmers! As a little girl I spent a lot of time reading story books and dreaming of a beautiful wedding. On July 12, 2014 I had a wedding better than any story book I could have ever read not only because I married the man of my dreams but because of the amazing job done by Lourdes Millian and her team. When I first met with Lourdes I asked for "simple elegance" and I got more than I could ever imagine. I got a wedding filled with romance and magic. The Lourdes Millian Production team paid close attention to every detail and was extremely professional. Lourdes attended every meeting with great enthusiasm and worked well with all the vendors. Also, Lourdes and her team did a great job assisting my husband and I through all the wedding day jitters and made sure our guests had a blast. She got along great with everyone and my wedding party loved her as much as we did. All our family and friends have not stopped talking about the amazing night and her hard work is something I can never repay. If my wedding day were like the fairytales my husband would be the prince, I would be the princess and Lourdes would be my fairy godmother who made all our dreams come true.

Upon initial consideration of a wedding planner, my husband and I scoffed at the idea of spending money on something that we both felt we could handle ourselves. With the guidance of wedding planning resources, a self-made detailed budget, and blissful post-engagement ignorance, we embarked on our long-distance wedding planning journey. Well, of course, life hits and with heightened work demands, family crises, and a few wedding inspired heated discussions later, we quickly recognized the need for a planner if not to help with getting things done but to remove the extra strain of what was becoming a second job for all of us. We promptly interviewed several wedding planners thereafter, but it was only until we spoke with Lourdes of Lourdes Milian Productions (LMP) that we realized that she and her team would be the perfect group to help translate our wedding vision at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Miami into a tangible reality. The greatest advantages of having Lourdes orchestrate our event was her connections to vendors and her ability to consolidate things like our décor preview, our dinner/cake tasting, and other key planning landmarks all into specific weekends to accommodate our long-distance planning and busy work schedules. With regards to the vendors, every dedicated professional that we worked with were not only very talented by themselves but their collaborative efforts on our special day worked so well together that it gave us a harmonious, visually beautiful, and highly entertaining event. As for our “wedding work” weekends, these involved hours of dedicated time with Lourdes helping conceptualize what we wanted while also maintaining an eye on our event budget. It was these in-person meetings where Lourdes really shined and made us feel comfortable and confident that our wedding was in good hands. As with any wedding or big event, there were times of anxiety and frustration during the planning process. Being true professionals, Lourdes and her administrative assistant, Viviana, made it a priority to communicate with us and to reach resolutions expeditiously when issues arose. For instance, early on in the wedding planning period, there was a lot of “hurry up and wait” times. Unaware of where we were in the process of things and what we were supposed to be doing, we found ourselves lost. After communicating these concerns, Lourdes addressed our qualms by creating a personalized wedding time line to guide us as well as scheduling routine update phone calls. These changes allowed us to be more actively involved in the process and presented planned opportunities to ask questions as they arose. Additionally, with an elaborate event like a wedding and the complexity of long-distance planning, some details did not present themselves until the very end, creating some stressful moments. Again, Lourdes handled these last-minute items personally with poise and confidence, ultimately prioritizing and addressing those issues with biggest impact on the wedding while also helping control our (and our family’s) pre-wedding jitters. As for our wedding...it was a huge success! Lourdes did a wonderful job of marrying our individual styles and wishes while also keeping to our established budget. We were truly blessed to work with Lourdes and the rest of the LMP team, as their care in and dedication to producing our dream wedding delivered a fantastic weekend full of everlasting, unique, and cherished memories.

I met LMP at Chic Parisien the day I bought my dress. That same day we decided to use her as our wedding planner. The whole process was so easy because she's extremely organized and knows her vendors very well. She understood my vision from the very beginning and didn't overwhelm me with options. Lourdes and her team were so easy going and calm throughout the process that my daughter and I never felt a panic even when there glitches as expected. They dealt with issues quickly and firmly but again, always keeping us calm. By no means was it a perfect event but my mark on excellence is how people handle the mistakes and issues as they come up and this team was perfect! We also really liked that Lourdes had no problem interviewing service providers that we wanted to interview and not necessarily on her list of vendors. In fact, the photographer was one of them and I believe is now on her list!

Lourdes Milian Productions saved my life! Ok, not really, but they did save my wedding. When I first got engaged, I hired a planner who had done my sister's wedding. Unfortunately for me, I hired her over the phone (since I thought I knew her already and didn't think I needed a face-to-face meeting) and wasn't told she was pregnant with twins! If one baby is demanding, imagine two? As soon as she had the babies, my wedding took a backseat. She missed appointments, canceled appointments without letting me know, made me save the dates that were falling apart- needless to say, things were a mess and it was looking like my wedding would be a disaster. She eventually quit on me, so I was left stranded. I reached out to Lourdes Milian Productions (LMP) because I had been given their contact information (along with a few other planners) from the person in charge of my venue. LMP was the only company from the list I contacted who legitimately sounded concerned with my situation, so I went with them. Best decision I could have made. From my very first meeting, I was put at ease. I knew I was in the care of professionals. They clearly understood my vision, my budget and my style. We started off on a very planner-bride relationship, but it soon blossomed into a friendship. I had a nightmare with my dress, so Lourdes accompanied me to my wedding dress store to make sure everything turned out well (it did!) I showed up to LMP's office in Chic Parisien starving and stressed a couple times, and Sandra (Lourdes' assistant) fed me! They really took care of me and went above and beyond. The wedding itself was amazing. A couple times, glasses fell and broke, and within minutes, everything was cleaned up. They bustled my dress, made sure I had food to eat, made sure I had a glass of champagne- in a nutshell, they ensured that I had a great time, worry-free. I've continued to receive compliments on my wedding and compliments on all of the staff (particularly my planners) from my guests. They deserve the 5 star rating, without a question. I highly recommend them.

Lourdes Millian carried out my dream to perfection. She exceeded my expectations with what i had envisioned. Everything from her lights design, flower design and just overall helping me get through the planning process was exceptional. i literally cried when i saw the place card table, and when we walked into the reception omg i was in my very own wonderland. Lourdes and her team put you at ease with their knowledge and preparation, they are with you from your first meeting till after the reception. they even gathered all our valuables and gifts etc after the party was over and placed them organized in our room. The guests are still raving about what an elegant, classy, and upscale wedding we had. The best part is she listens to what you like, and want and matches are her designs to your personality and wants, you will definitely not end up with a cookie cutter wedding. All i know is i couldnt have done it without Lourdes.

I was recently engaged and found myself in this outrageous, glamorous and super-stressful world of wedding planning. I was petrified to have any “wedding planning” incident disrupt what I had always envisioned and particularly my peace of mind. Luckily, the prelude of my year to follow was exceptional-- I had walked into the arms of what I like to call a “bride-genius” to conduct me through the stressful days that were in line for me. Lourdes Milian is truthfully a beautiful friend, talented creative mastermind and event-genius. What she has done with her company is awe-inspiring. Between her vendor suggestions, relationships and interactions and her own creative ideas, the team and atmosphere that she puts together not only surely brings your dream wedding come to life but also makes the experience extraordinary. My Husband and I are both extremely busy working professionals. We needed someone that could essentially take over this wedding and allow us to simply make the ultimate decisions. We did not have time to do any busy work. Lourdes has amazing attention to detail and did all the busy work. She thought of items and details to the wedding which would never have occurred to us. She helped us plan our entire menu from scratch. She is extremely organized and "on the ball". We did not have time to plan a wedding. She did it all. At the beginning of my wedding planning, I was practically on my own with contracting vendors and organizing everything for the BIG day. The day I met with Lourdes and Mayrelis from LMP, I knew that I needed them to execute the final touches and be there on my wedding day to make sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. Throughout the final 5 months of the wedding, they took charge of all the final details. Lourdes and her team made sure that we had the classy/sophisticated wedding of our dreams. We had our share of craziness leading up to the wedding. Three weeks before the wedding day, the florist that I had contracted a year earlier was not meeting our expectations for the centerpieces that we had envisioned (he attempted 3 floral samples and each one was horrific). At that time, Lourdes and Mayrelis were extremely calm and did not stress (I on the other hand was freaking out), they immediately found us another florist (Florana) who did an AMAZING job. Florana captured our vision on the first sample and was a pleasure to work with. Between Florana, Mayrelis and Lourdes they each had a special part in saving our wedding. Finally, the big day arrived and everything turned out more beautiful than I had expected. Lourdes and Mayrelis were on top of every single detail and delivered an exceptional wedding!!!
