Love and Beauty Maui

lly reveal how amazing my hair was going to be on my wedding day! Nikki did such a good job on my hair (and bridesmaids) it blew my mind. My hair stayed up and completely perfect the entire night though dancing and everything! I was super worried about how my hair would turn out weeks before my wedding simply being I’m paranoid. I loved my updo so much I screamed with delight when it was done, “Nikki you nailed it!” My hair still looked SO good at the end of the night I decided not to take it down. I woke up the following morning with my hair STILL looking amazing (not kidding) so I kept the styling in all day, for our morning after wedding brunch, AND the adventure photo shoot we did in the late afternoon! Two days of an updo for the price of one!!! Ha!! Now, let me tell you about the makeup…I am NOT a makeup girl at all. I told Nikki it was really important for me to have a natural look as I didn’t want my almost husband to not recognize me (he doesn’t like when I wear makeup) but I wanted to look good for photos. Nikki did exactly that. I absolutely loved my natural looking makeup. I looked exactly like myself just slightly smoother and eyes popped a bit more it was awesome, way better than I ever imagined! 100% go with Love and Beauty! Zero stress, Nikki is a sweetheart, and you’re going to love the way you look! Thanks for helping make my best day ever even more perfect!

her team were great to work with and I would recommend her to any bride who is planning her wedding. But especially to those who are doing a destination wedding and may be hesitant to booking a vendor that they don’t know or unable to do a trial run with. Nikki was extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with. She made me and my family feel extra special for the wedding day. Can’t thank her enough!

ds. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

day ! We wish we lived there and could see them more ! Mahalo !

favorite. But to be their bride and my family be their bridesmaids... absolutely blown away. I cannot recommend them enough! They are so talented and so sweet but something that you don't know about until you have experienced it yourself, is the level of calm these ladies provide. Once I got into Nikki's seat I felt so much love and like a true friend was working on me. She took everything I wanted and not only delivered but made it better all while having the most soothing conversation. I wanted to look my best on this day for obvious reasons, but Nikki truly made me feel beautiful. Emily was her partner for the day and Emily's work was incredible as well. I have had my makeup done professionally done a few times before and they provided the best experience and the absolute best results. Mahalo Ladies! P.S. I Danced quite literally all night and my makeup was perfectly intact and not a single hair was out of place!

ehearsal and on actual wedding day. Nikki & Becca were very professional, on time, and so personable - they were so easy to talk to and had such good vibes & energy. Our hair & make up looked soo good!!! and it translated in our photos. Look no further and book with them please! they deserve all the flowers for the beautiful work they do.

r and makeup stayed perfect throughout the entire night. She is beyond talented and you will not regret booking her.

the best job making me look good in pictures but also like myself in person. My hair was also exactly the way I pictured it!

I showed one picture to both girls for hair and make up and they created something even better than I could imagine!

. She was very fun to be around and treated me like a friend but also made me feel like royalty! I loved having my hair and makeup done by her!

lawless throughout my entire wedding. They were so sweet and made the “getting ready” process so much fun! Since we were having a destination wedding, I did not do a hair or makeup trial. I told Michelle and Becca what type of look I was going for and they completely nailed it! I would absolutely recommend them to do any special event hair and makeup in Maui. :)

ully. And my make up looked flawless! I can’t express enough how wonderful Love and Beauty Maui was to work with. I’d definitely reach out to her again in the future, if I can talk my hubby into a vow renewal for one of our milestone anniversaries 🥰

e made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and made the getting ready experience seamless. She has so much experience in the beauty industry and is so talented. I didn’t have a trial appointment either, and she did my hair and makeup perfectly. Thank you Nikki for making my getting ready experience so memorable! Hallie Frank

Makeup needs for your wedding, engagement, etc. Nikki was responsive and put my nerves to ease, she felt like a friend! My husband and I eloped on Lana’i, Hawai’i and she made getting ready so fun and memorable. She asked what look I was striving for prior to our wedding day and she exceeded my glam expectations. She is the Glam Fairy Godmother. I was sunburn, bad. She did an extraordinary job covering up the redness. She helped me get into my dress which was needed! She was so personable, sweet, humble, and professional. I am grateful that I was able to work with her on my memorable day and would not have wanted it to be any other way. I highly recommend Love and Beauty for your glam needs, you will not be disappointed. Mahalo, Nikki! YOU ARE THE BEST 😊

am still beyond thankful for!). She was so kind and professional, on time, and worked quickly but carefully. She followed my inspiration pics and made me feel more beautiful than ever, seriously! Also, the summit at Haleakala (where our ceremony was) is really cold and windy, but my hair, veil, and makeup stayed intact and still looked great even after several hours. I know the morning of the wedding can be very stressful, but Nikki actually made ours very fun, relaxing, and memorable. I 100% recommend!!

short notice. I appreciated the way they went with the flow especially because I didn't have much prepared for them in terms of styling. They were very efficient and helpful to make everyone feel their best!

also allowed you to customize as needed. They were so professional and easy to deal with!

ife. I have never felt so beautiful and flawless like I did on my wedding day. Jill brought out all of my natural features and elevated them. As a busy mom I don’t wear much makeup anymore so feeling natural and elegant all at the same time was the goal and she achieved that and more. The products she used were amazing and never caused a breakout or reaction which is always a bonus! My hair was exactly how I envisioned since I was a little girl, down and curly but out of my face. It was the perfect style for a beach wedding but still classy enough for my more traditional wedding dress. Thank you ladies so much for making me feel so beautiful and special on my wedding day:)

l, were on time, and made the day fun!! Everyone was so happy with how their hair and makeup turned out and I would recommend these ladies to anyone!!!!

knew exactly what I was going for. They arrived early and they were so fun to hang out with and to hold conversation with while getting ready. They are so sweet and do amazing work. I follow them on instagram and I love seeing what they come up with. I received lots of compliments on my makeup. 10/10 recommend!

timely, it was easy to schedule & the pricing was affordable. Definitely a must book!

but seeing their work on Instagram and their stories put my nerves at ease. The process was so smooth with them coming directly to my hotel room and they got right to work after I showed them a couple of pictures of things I liked and then they worked their magic. The love and beauty glow is a real thing. They made me feel like most beautiful bride in the world! I am forever grateful!

rofessional yet engaging and really cared about how I wanted my hair and make up done. They even did our daughter’s hair at the last minute which wasn’t even a part of the original appointment! If you need hair and make up done book these ladies! They are the best on Maui and even came to my hotel room!

verything turned out and we had great feedback from wedding guests at how stunning it all was. Would definitely recommend Love & Beauty Maui for any occasion as they are professionals and a fun team. Thank you so much for making my wedding day so perfect!

was an uncontrollable frizzy mess and my face was constantly shiny. There is no way I would have been able to make my hair and makeup last through the day on my own. They knew all the tricks to keep me and my bridesmaids makeup shine free and our hair flawless all night long! They were fun, relaxed, prepared, timely and nailed everyone's individual looks. I recommended them to any bride getting married in Maui! Destination wedding planning can be challenging and often destination brides don't get to do a trial, but trust me you won't need one with them and you will love your wedding day look!

outcome and our pictures were great!

ut how stunning we looked, thanks to their team! Their service is completely professional, and also very warm, and so friendly! We loved everything about our experience with Love & Beauty Maui from start to beautiful finish. My makeup lasted and was fabulous all day & night through all my happy tears...and my hair looked wonderful even with the strong wind at the beach. Every bride and her bridal party should be so lucky to have Love & Beauty Maui style them for the big day :)

was to find someone to bring out my beauty naturally. Love and Beauty Maui was perfect - they know how to give you a gorgeous bridal glow but you still look and feel like YOU. Fellow brides - the true test is if your future husband approves of your look - mine did! He definitely teared up when I walked down the aisle! Mahalo Love and Beauty Maui! I just wish we could do it all over again!

ve in California and was planning my destination wedding from afar for one year. After lots of research on pinterest, instagram and Yelp I stumbled upon Love and Beauty Maui. They emailed me back quickly with prices and answered all the questions I had. I knew immediately I wanted to hire them. Cut to months later it’s now my wedding day and I am exactly the type of nervous I knew I would be. However, once Jill and Melissa showed up they immediately calmed my nerves and pampered my mother, my maid of honor and me. They made all of us feel so beautiful and truly made the day even more special. Thank you so much Jill and Melissa for helping create a look that made my day a dream come true!

hair and makeup in a way that made me comfortable, feel stunningly beautiful, and fit each event appropriately! Cannot recommend them enough. I loved feeling sparkly glamorous as a bridesmaid in a formal wedding, and channeling my inner forest nymph as a bride for my low-key, earthy elopement. I can't stop looking at the pictures. :) Thanks, Jill and Melissa! So nice to meet you!!

e had awesome conversation while they were working their magic, which was important because I spent the minutes leading up to the wedding with them. I wanted natural makeup for myself and two bridesmaids, and Jill did an awesome job. For hair, we had floral hairpieces for me, and two bridesmaids that had to be worked into the style. I let the bridesmaids decide what they wanted because I wanted their individual styles to shine through. I knew that I had to find a hair stylist that had experience doing black hair too since one of our bridesmaids is black, and so is my wife (who received the “grooms’ package”). She did an awesome job on her hair, and the style lasted all night for her. I had a couple of ideas for my hair, I showed those to Melissa, and she just did her thing. I cannot tell you how beautiful they made me feel. Thanks Jill and Melissa for being so nice, and so freaking talented!

d makeup. I had no idea how to find the right person and luckily I found love & beauty. It was the best decision I made for the whole wedding process. I loved that Melissa came to my hotel room she was on time and prepared for everything. She did such a beautiful job on my hair and makeup. She also did a fantastic job with my step daughter/flower girl's hair. Her kind spirit and sweet nature really made our early morning glam time special. I greatly appreciated the wonderful level of professionalism from start to finish with this company and with Melissa if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

he final product was much more beautiful than images I had seen and suited me perfectly! Make up was beautiful and not too overdone. When I told Melissa that the flowers for my hair were missing, she was able to call my florist's cell phone and track them down within minutes. They arrived promptly on time at our condo and had us ready to go in plenty of time to get dressed and get to the wedding. I could not be more pleased with Love and Beauty Maui! Thank you!

ur hotel room at the precise time we scheduled. Our daughter showed Melissa possible hair style pictures on her phone and Melissa started working her magic. I chose an updo and our daughter chose her hair down with a few braids. Melissa took her time with both of us. She was professional, honest, sincere, friendly, and most importantly, extremely competent. Our hair looked amazing and it definitely made us feel extra beautiful for the occasion. Thank you Melissa for your amazing talent; you were a joy to work with!!

al several days before the wedding and they were able to make adjustments based on our photographer’s unique style. They were very easy going, friendly, highly skilled, and professional. They also made our bridesmaids and mothers look absolutely stunning! These ladies are experts at what they do, come prepared, and their communication was so helpful leading up to our trip. I can’t say enough about Love & Beauty but I promise you can’t go wrong if have them style you for your big day!

dding, they were very professional and super friendly. It felt like friends were there helping us get ready for the wedding day. Highly recommend these ladies for every event!

ove and Beauty Maui more! They are so nice and I am so happy that they were apart of our day!

fishtail side braid that looked phenomenal! I don't wear a lot of makeup, and I'll be honest, I was a little worried when I looked in the mirror because I was shocked at how much makeup I had on. But once my hair was done, and I got in my dress, I knew she'd done an amazing job! Jill definitely knew best! The photos of my make up and hair are my favorite part, they made me look like a model! Well done ladies! Thank you so much!

me out of her busy schedule to help me out two days before my wedding. I could’ve never pictured how great my make up turned out, she listen to my every need, and ended up doing a fantastic job. I don’t think I could suggest a better make up artist than Jill!

and after going back and forth with them via email, I already starting feeling super comfortable. They did not disappoint the day of. I was lucky enough to have a trial with them both two days before my wedding and that's when I knew I had made the right decision. They were amazing and even with taking 3 more girls hair they got everyone done and on time. Everyone loved their final look and I was covered with compliments thanks to these lovely ladies. Thank you girls so much (and for being my sounding board about my crazy family haha) for making our day that much more special. :)
