n absolute dream. My husband and I got married on 10/17/20, and we hired Amy for full service planning. We got married 6 hours away from our home at family owned property which posed some challenges. We worked with Amy for basically the full year leading up to our special day. With that said, we've grown to known her very well! Amy thinks of EVERYTHING and more. She is quite possibly the most organized person I have ever met. She figured out everything for and with us- she developed a layout of the entire wedding as the property had never been used as a venue before, she recommended and communicated with the best vendors, she scheduled meetings with them and attended them herself to advocate for us when we couldn't be there, she kept our budget in mind, she used her incredible designing skills to create the most beautiful decor, she sent us monthly (and sometimes more frequent) updates and kept us on a timeline, she helped us make decisions when COVID became a factor, she eased our anxiety and was available to talk at basically anytime despite taking care of a family of her own, she made our day run so smoothly and allowed us to actually be present in the moment and enjoy our day. I seriously could go on. Amy is so impressive and just a wonderful human. Our entire family loves her as well. She was easily THE BEST choice we could have made. We are forever thankful for her. We never thought we could miss wedding planning, but we do because of her!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Amy!!!!

every aspect of the wedding. Now that our wedding has happened I am 100% sure I could not have done this without her and would instantly recommend her to anyone I know! Amy helped early on reviewing all our contracts with our vendors to help us learn what we needed to ask for (and how to save money). She spent hours with us on the phone grilling us on every detail of who we are and how we wanted our special day to go so that she could create the perfect evening for us. She came with us for our venue walkthrough with a list of questions we would never have thought to ask (but turns out we’re super necessary) and spent the month leading up to our wedding taking care of all the details so that we didn’t have to. She contacted all our vendors to confirm and make all the needed arrangements to help the day run smoothly. She even created a beautiful 20 page document with a minute-by-minute break-down of every detail for the weekend (and provided us with a condensed version for our wedding party). She set up everything into a dream wedding and orchestrated our ceremony/rehearsal and made everything go 100% seamlessly throughout the evening. I have never been so stress-free because I knew I could trust that Amy was a step-head of us and had everything planned out for the night! Definitely will be recommending her to all my friends ;)

d all the credit goes to Amy!! I can't imagine what we would have done without her. She had every little detail mapped out, and thought of things that we would have never thought of. She made the most beautiful schedule for our bridal party that had every minute of the day outlined, and it was pocket sized! What I appreciated most though was she was willing to have the difficult/awkward conversations with our vendors, and she even negotiated the cost of our floral and saved us a ton of money, without compromising the look! Amy is so sweet, so incredible to work with, and goes above and beyond. Not one person came to me with a question on the day of our Wedding, Amy handled EVERYTHING! en I totally panicked. Luckily, by a twist of fate Amy had our date available and she totally saved my fiancé and I. From the very first meeting we had with Amy we knew she was the right decision. She is super organized, knowledgeable and has the sweetest personality. The combination of her hard work, attention to detail, patience and amazing style makes her incredible at what she does. She executed our wedding day perfectly and I could not have imagined it any better. She even set up my decor in the cutest way!!! If you are considering hiring Amy, DO IT. She was the most valuable vendor we booked and our only regret is not hiring her for full service wedding planning.

I am a small business owner and had little time to devote to wedding planning, but could not afford someone to be a full-on planner. I hired Amy to be my day-of coordinator, but she turned out to be soooo much more. I was able to bounce ideas off her here and there when I wasn't sure what directon I should take with certain details of the wedding. With Amy's help, I was able to stay sane and on track and even...dare I say... relatively stress-free through the whole process. The day-of, she kept everything moving seamlessly (she even provided little booklets to our wedding party at the rehearsal so everyone knew where to be and when), and even packed up our car at the end of the evening, so all we had to do is drive home. She is a lovely and sweet soul, kind and attentive to us and our families, and worked well with our other vendors. Even our DJ commented on how great she was to work with and that he is going to recommend her to his clients. I am so grateful for Amy! She is the best and worth every penny!!

without her for my 8/19/17 wedding in Doylestown. My husband and mom both agree that she is the absolute BEST decision we made for our wedding. We hired Amy <2 months before our wedding as a day-of planner. All of the big things were planned at that point, but we were worried about coordinating the shuttle busses to and from various locations. To look back and think that we initially hired Amy because we were worried about the shuttle busses is so funny -- she did handle the shuttle busses (perfectly) but that was really 2% or less of everything she did for us in the 2 months leading up to, and on the day of, the wedding. She poured over all of the vendor contracts to make sure she knew exactly what we signed up for (and pointed out holes where they existed), she called each vendor numerous times to make sure everybody was on EXACTLY the same page with the schedule (all of my vendors told me how impressed they were with her and that they would be recommending her to their other clients!), she spent hours on the phone with us talking through every last detail, she sent us emails reminders on days when payments to vendors were due, she drafted an enormous 20+ day-of wedding schedule, she spent an hour with us at the ceremony rehearsal making sure everybody knew exactly what to do and where to stand -- and this was all BEFORE the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she went TOTALLY above and beyond. Here’s one example -- there was a last minute change in location for the first look and nobody in my husband’s suite was answering their phones which resulted in Amy running back and forth between my suite and my husband’s suite in 90 degree heat to figure it out. I swear she ran a mile that morning!! But seriously, she kept us on schedule PERFECTLY for the entire day. I didn’t have to worry about a thing – shuttles showed up when and where they were supposed to, the ceremony and grand exit were executed perfectly (I had called Amy a week before the wedding to tell her I saw some pictures of a grand exit from a church and wanted that – she didn’t hesitate and said she would make it work), the venue looked EXACTLY how I wanted it to (I had a very specific vision for how I wanted the place settings), speeches, food, cake cutting all happened at exactly the right time, we didn’t have ANY vendor problems (and Amy handled all of the tips and instructing vendors day of), etc. etc. I could go on and on. If I could do it all over again I would have hired Amy earlier to plan my entire wedding!!! She is truly unbelievable and I would recommend her to ANYONE who wants to make sure that their wedding day is absolutely stress-free and perfect.

beyond the best planner I've ever encountered. She thinks of absolutely everything. EVERYTHING. She is always a step ahead of the game and everyone who was a part of my wedding--family, friends, vendors--loved her. My husband and I got married at home. We live on a farm and our wedding was quite literally all over the place... ceremony in the fields, dinner in the barnyard, reception in the barn. Amy made the event go off SEAMLESSLY... all while staying as devoted as we were to making the event feel quaint and homey and our own. Our guests haven't stopped raving about the wonderful time they had, and I give so, so, so much of that credit to Amy. Perhaps most importantly, my parents are still gushing about how amazing she was. As hosts of the party, they had plenty they could have been stressed about... but that never happened. Again, all Amy. I cannot stress enough how lucky you would be to book Love and Lace for your wedding. There is just no one else out there I have ever worked with who is as gifted at orchestrating complex events like Amy was.
