It’s more like 4.5, but I’m giving 5 because I don’t know who fumbled. I should start by saying the company changed hands at some point so it felt like we had a few different contacts and that's understandable. This change is why I think its important to get another review out for them for the current year. We had Jadyn and absolutely adore her. She was accommodating with my disabilities, and I appreciate that above anything. She was a wizard with my unique bustle, legit magician. Unfortunately, there were some little things I wasn't happy about. My to go boxes didn't get put out.. AT ALL. Actually, I had to remove myself from the reception to hunt them down with my girls. Very embarrassing to tell people to use the togo boxes and take some desserts home for their children. No wonder they looked so confused. Haha. Someone finally let me know there was no to go boxes, thankfully, and I did find them. Also, I bought Bride and Groom ribbons that didn't get put on our wine glasses or used at all. So, I wish I didn’t spend the money on them. They cut some ribbon from the spool I brought and used that instead ( and it was cute, just not the right ribbon ). Neither of these blunders should have happened. I took pictures of all my personal elements ( which was not many )and stated where to find them and also where to put them. All of that being said. I had a point person who I also gave all these tasks to also. And she can be… opinionated and a lot to handle sometimes. I don’t know how they delegated tasks between them. It could have been my point person that fumbled this. Even so, I hope that future Jaydn ( who I fully support and is going to kill it in the wedding industry ) will double check the work that she might be delegating out. I want to shine some light on more positive things as I end my review The company helped us build and REbuild a good timeline. They were sympathetic to our disabilities and helped us build time into the timeline for breaks, knowing we would be slower moving. The flow of the wedding march was well laid out and guided. They asked questions for other venders I would have never thought to ask. I appreciate the help gathering information as well as wrangling a few venders who were harder to contact. They “lit” all our “candles” and put all our signs out. I truly did nothing and was a pampered princess all day. If you are on the fence about a coordinator. They are worth it. We had a lowkey wedding, and I outsourced basically everything but signs so I wouldn’t have to do anything. And even then, they are worth it. I would also recommend this company and Jadyn.

Love & Light was phenomenal with helping coordinate our wedding. Katie was communicative and gave helpful advice even 6 months out when I was worried about timing. Morgan was the most thoughtful and increasingly day-of coordinator. We loved working with this team! They were inexpensive, attentive, and I could tell they cared! We even needed extra plates airing cocktail hour and our coordinator ran to the store and got more for us and did not ask us to pay them back. Truly incredible service and experience!
