Hi! For those of you who do not yet know us, we are Lauren and Ken! Married and enjoying walking with the Lord. We have two different sets of personalities and gifts which come together to make a mysteriously wonderful marriage accomplishing much more together than we could apart. This togetherness has lead us to pursue elopement, engagement and wedding photography! We have a passion for creatively capturing the most beautiful life moments blessed by God. We’d love to get to know you better!

a better photographer to work with. Ken was professional, personable, easy to work with, and we felt so comfortable with him from start to finish. His communication was great, he guided us and came up with great pose ideas and scouted out locations for our engagement photos, 1st look pictures, wedding party pics, and even around our venue. The quality of our pictures were well worth the price, and as someone who is very Type A and a bit of a perfectionist, I couldn't have been more pleased with how they turned out. We are so thankful we found Ken and I truly cannot recommend him enough. He also helped SO much with timeline and keeping us on schedule and was honestly so much more than a photographer. If you get the chance to book him, please do it! You will not regret it. He's truly a great photographer and great person all around.

uality of the photos were pretty sharp and clean. We had a challenging wedding to shoot with a large wedding party and lots of guests. They managed the pressure fairly well. I’m leaving only 3 stars because I would not hire them if we had a chance to do it all over again for our large wedding. The group pictures were all linear and there wasn’t any stacking of groups, leaving composition for prints to be be very unbalanced where people on the ends were distorted when using a wide angle lens and fall off the edge for any 8x10 prints, and everyone’s faces were very distant. We had a big group shot taken outside which was very important to us, but the photographer didn’t bring a small ladder and just used a chair to stand on which did not give a good enough angle to get everyone in the picture. I had to edit the group photo in adobe lightroom to fix the color because for some reason the sky in background was grayscale and I had to add a filter to bring the color back. It felt like there wasn’t much preparation for our wedding as much of the photos and poses were routine and similar to other weddings they photographed and they didn’t scout out the venue where the wedding took place since they texted my wife for the address at 11pm the night before the wedding. These are all details that professionals should prepare for to separate themselves from an average photographer. I’d say they do great work for smaller weddings but need more experience with larger weddings. Best of luck to them. I believe they’ll continue to improve their skills.

Ken was also flexible and able to go with the flow with our very small, non-traditional wedding, and he even managed to get some last-minute “getting ready” shots of my husband and our friends that weren’t fully planned for, which we really appreciated.
