pect. Jess and her assistant were fired by the mother of the bride the day of the wedding as they were in the process of doing hair for the wedding that day. The assistant was very rude to my client. We simply wanted each member of the bridal party to be satisfied. Some ladies had updos. Some ladies had braids. Some ladies had no braids. Some type of uniformity would have been appreciated. When asked to correct this, the assistant Ci-Ci, began rolling her eyes and speaking in a very disrespectful tone. They also stated they had another wedding later that day. By the time our wedding was scheduled to start, the hair would have started to fall. In fact, some of the ladies had already started to experience this. It was almost as if the assistant was running the show! I asked and pleaded several times for them to simply apologize to the mother of the bride so we could move forward. CI-Ci refused and Jess even agreed and stated Ci-Ci was extremely rude and her behavior was unacceptable. We asked if Ci-Ci could leave and Jess stay and we were informed that they rode together so they would have to leave together. At this point the bride is now crying! This lady still refused to apologize! I have never seen such poor behavior by a vendor, and the day of the wedding at that. I have a lot of patience, but given the condescending tone exhibited by Ci-Ci, the MOB was 100% right for firing her and Jess. We still had the bride and several others hair and makeup done. Everything still came out beautiful and perfect without Jess and Ci-Ci. They refused to simply understand what we were asking. As a professional you must understand that emotions are high the day of the wedding. Its a huge once in a lifetime event. A little self control goes a long way. Jess was paid 100% for the services, and did not complete the services she was contracted for. She has no control over her staff. Save yourself the heartache, do not book with them. ZERO stars.

of us just hair and one tattoo (burn) cover up) at 8 in the morning. We were not allowed in the venue until 9 that morning. After many text messages relaying the time (this should have been a heads up) she finally agreed to 9. As far as hair goes all we wanted was some up and some down with curls .. pictures were sent.. we wanted uniformity.. her assistant argued the meaning of uniformity.. a couple of the girls had braids and the MOG had an updoo.. NOT UNIFORM.. the assistant was asked to apologize by Jessica and she refused. Then we asked the assistant to leave.. she refused then argued with me (MOB) and then threatened the me (MOB). They were ultimately asked to leave with no services really done (only 3&1/2 girls had their hair worked on) because we all had to redo hair .. this was the worst experience of my life .. the bride was crying and inconsolable.. now Jessica will not respond to my messages asking for a refund.. I WOULD NOT recommend her to do any service.
Everything started off fine until it was time to schedule the hair and makeup the morning of wedding day. We had 6 people getting hair and makeup and 2 people getting one service. ...
The ceremony started at 5 p.m. and Jessica wanted to start hair and makeup at 6 a.m. I was blown away because the girls would NOT be fresh 11 hours after hair and makeup. I asked her to please start later in the day so everyone would be fresh and she absolutely would not! She insisted with her years of experience we need this time. {We had to be done by 2:30 p.m. to leave for the venue.} Thus far, Jessica was the only vendor that added undo stress to our wedding week. Wedding day came and there were several “unprofessional” moments between the team of 3 people. There was obviously a newbie who needed to show her makeup to Jessica for approval throughout applying and was scolded in front of everyone when using lip gloss the wrong way. Needless to say she was done with everyone’s hair and makeup by 11:30 a.m. 3 hours before she said they would be done. It threw off the morning and the girls plans after all the back and forth. The girls felt like she had somewhere else to be even though she said she did not. Jessica and her team might be good for small events or one at a time but I would not hire her for a wedding!!!
