My experience with Love Bird Bridal exceeded any wedding dress expectations that I had. Andi at Love Bird Bridal made my wedding dress dreams come true, creating the most incredible custom dress from the most luxurious fabrics. I cannot thank Andi enough!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Andi and her team at Love Bird Bridal Shop in Mystic. In searching for my bridal gown, I was struggling to find one that was made in the US (I was on a time crunch, worried about my gown arriving from out of the country on time, and would rather keep the money in my own community). I was thrilled to find that Love Bird right in my hometown of Mystic not only had US-made gowns, but custom-to-you gowns made right in CT as well! I met with Andi many times to select and customize my gown from her own line (Andria Bird). Andi created the gown of my DREAMS for me - simple, classic, and including some sentimental and handpicked components that I never would have gotten from another bridal shop. Andi's attention to detail, personality, and laid-back energy (MUCH needed in the wedding planning process) are amazing. I am still receiving endless compliments on my gown, and am going to treasure it forever. Andi, I cannot thank you enough for everything!

Love Bird Bridal shop did an amazing job on my wedding dress. They worked with me to make additions to one of their base designs that came out unique and beautiful just like I wanted. I was able to incorporate a removable lace skirt, jeweled belt for the reception, and lace trimming. They were very accommodating with alternations throughout the process, even performing one a few days before the wedding at the last minute. I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful Andi was throughout the whole process. Thank you!!

Andi and this shop are amazing! This was the only bridal shop I visited for my wedding gown, and found the perfect one on my third dress; a beautiful gown from Love Lives Here Bridal. Andi was so awesome when we accessorized and I ended up going with an Andria Bird sash and veil as well, each just as gorgeous as the dress! Additionally, when Covid messed up my 2020 wedding plans, Andi was so helpful and calming when I was trying to figure out what to do for another dress for a small 2020 wedding. After trying on another round of dresses, I ended up going with an Andria Bird original dress and absolutely loved it! Andi also turned two of my grandmothers brooches into a beautiful hair comb that I wore for both weddings! Throughout the entire process (two dresses, accessories, fittings, etc.) Andi has been so incredible, I’m definitely going to miss going to the shop, and I get teary eyed every time I drive by!

Love Bird Bridal Shop was the first and only place I visited when looking for a wedding gown. Andi was so wonderful to work with and super accommodating every step of the way. I had a vision of what I wanted my dress to look like and Andi made it come to life! I loved the fact that my dress was made locally and the fact I was supporting a very talented/local designer. I definitely recommend all brides to visit this shop!

There are truly not enough words to express how grateful I am to Andi at Love Bird Bridal Shop. From the day I tried on wedding dresses at her shop to the week before the wedding, Andi has been genuine, friendly, and simply amazing! She was able to hear what I wanted in a wedding dress and what I wanted to try and helped me find the dress of my dreams. Her shop/studio is also adorable and gives off such a fun but calming vibe. Additionally, Andi navigated bridesmaid dress shopping with my girls during COVID - lots of phone calls and measurements over FaceTime - and did it with a smile on her face. She also made all my wedding day accessories - earrings, garter, hair comb, veil, face mask - and the results were simply stunning! I had brought her an inspiration photo for the earrings and hair comb and what she created was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. (I wish I could wear them all day long!) After one conversation with Andi, one can tell that her heart is truly in this industry and making brides feel absolutely gorgeous on their wedding day. She also recommended the most wonderful seamstress, Melissa, who sometimes is at her studio who made my dress fit like a glove! I would HIGHLY recommend Andi/Love Bird Bridal Shop to any and all brides looking for a dress or accessories for their big day!

Wedding dress shopping at Love Bird was such a fun experience! They had an amazing selection of dresses and they were such high quality. The dress that I found was so comfortable throughout the entire wedding and Andi answered all of my questions and was so helpful. I would highly recommend!!

Going to Andi's shop in Mystic is one of the first and best things I did when getting ready for my wedding. Forget the stuffy wedding boutiques you're used to, this place is a breathe of fresh air. Not only is the shop itself cute but the dresses Andi stocks are unique and traditional at the same time. Andi made the dress process so easy and fun and even got me to try on some dresses I felt weren't my style but actually looked great on me. I ended up loving the 2nd dress I tried on (the first Andi picked out based on hearing what I liked). I got my dress before Covid and Andi was so helpful along the way. We ended up getting my bridesmaid dresses there when my sisters saw a dress they loved on the rack. And don't sleep on the accessories! Andi helped me pair the perfect belt with my dress and I couldn't say no to a veil and comb - both of which she made. I cannot wait to FINALLY wear this dress in 3 weeks!!

Support this woman owned small buisness! I went to eight different salons across three states to find my dress. What sold me on Love Bird was not just that I found an amazing gown at a good price -- it the sweet and funky feeling of the place and Andi's willingness to work with me during my private appointment and after to make sure my dress was perfect (we added breakaway sleeves and a special sparkle underlayer to the skirt AND Andi made my veil by hand). An added benefit - she partners with the best seamstress in house who is both fun and totally reasonable. You will never feel rushed or like you are just a number at Love Bird. Andi, who is a fashion designer by trade as well as an expert in making brides feel comfortable during what can be a VERY stressful experience, will listen to what you need and do everthing in her power to make sure you look and feel your best. I cannot recommend Love Bird enough!

When I searched for bridal shops, Love Bird caught my attention above all others, and it exceeded my expectations. I did not care at all that it was an hour drive from where I live, it was SO worth it. The boutique is so cute and cozy and Andi makes you feel so comfortable (even in pandemic times!) from the start and she knows exactly what she's doing. She designed my dress herself, and it was stunning. She was also very accommodating in helping me style the dress to my exact liking (we brought the cleavage up a bit, added some lace on the nude panels on the side, added the sash I wanted, the way I wanted it). Everyone, even the wedding officiant, commented on how beautiful my dress was. Melissa, the seamstress, is also so kind and excellent at what she does. I would recommend Love Bird Bridal Shop without any doubt. Thank you Andi and Melissa for everything! I'm lucky I found you!

This small, local, woman owned business completely made my wedding. This shop is what this community is all about, and should be where every bride within 100 miles gets their dress. The staff and the owner is incredibly kind, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. The staff is very educated on styles and fits, with fashion degrees and a lot of wedding experience. They made finding the perfect dress a very relaxed and fun time. Their selection is the absolute BEST and highest quality. When I had to cancel my wedding due to corona virus, Love Bird was the BEST vendor I dealt with by far. They were supportive and kind through the entire process of shipping me my dress, and honestly made that time so much better than it would have been without them. I am so so thankful for Andi and Love Bird Bridal!

I can’t recommend Love Bird enough!!! Andi is amazing! The shop is so cute and it was so fun picking out my dress. Melissa, the seamstress, is the BEST! Highly recommend making an appointment and trying on dresses here! Andi was so wonderful. She has a wide variety of dresses in many sizes. I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day! Andi made the whole experience personal and fun. She even personally designed a hair clip for me based on some pictures I sent her.

My favorite part of wedding planning was picking out my dress. Andi is an incredible soul and takes true pride in her brides! Melissa, her accompanied seamstress, was delicate, informative, funny, and made me feel more than comfortable throughout the alteration time. I could honestly not recommend this shop, or Andi and her team more!

My experience with Love Bird Bridal was terrific. I was apprehensive about planning a wedding and the thought of finding a dress was so overwhelming. I started looking for local bridal places in Mystic and loved the whole vibe of the store. I went to check out a sample sale and the second dress I tried was "the one". Andi was great to work with! I had shown her a hair clip from Nordstrom that I ordered for $250 and she said she could make one for under $100. It was perfect. I also decided to get a veil the day before my wedding, she made that (and the hair clip) that morning and dropped both of them off at my nail appointment in the afternoon! I was blown away. I cannot thank Andi enough, and also Melissa (deMelis Atelier) for the alterations. Highly recommend whether you are local or not!

Andi is absolutely amazing! Love Bird Bridal shop was the third place I went looking for my wedding dress. Andi listened to my wants and made my dress came to life. She was able to help me create my dream wedding dress. She is always easy to get in touch with and very flexible with appointments! She is super creative with accessories too!

Love birds was the first boutique wedding dress shop I visited and I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! All of the dresses were so beautiful and fit my boho wedding style perfectly. Andi was so accommodating and even sewed my wedding sash that I bought off of Etsy onto a new fabric when it did not match correctly.

From start to finish, this was absolutely the best place to find my dress! Andi was kind and welcoming to me and my family/friends throughout the entire process. She heard me, took time to listen, and gently steered me in the right direction. She had fantastic suggestions without pushing and she helped me feel beautiful for my big day. She was respectful of my budget and assisted in making a one of a kind dress for me. Words cannot properly express how happy I am with my experience at Love Bird.

I can’t say enough positive things about Love Bird! Andi is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Her shop has a wonderful variety of designers and she helped me find something made ethically in the US, which was really important to me. Her space is lush and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I really appreciate that she offers private appointments because her focus was totally on me and and helping me find the perfect dress. She designed and made a gorgeous sash and lace top for my dress that customized it so I had something unique to me. I highly recommend Andi and her beautiful shop.

Absolutely amazing bridal ship and owner! Andi is the sweetest most caring shop owner ever! Not only did I get my gown from, but so did my sister 5 yeard ago! I also bought my bridesmaids dress and all my custom made accessories from Andi!

Where do I begin? From the moment I walked into Love Bird I knew that’s where I’d find my dress. Andi was amazing start to finish. Always made me feel comfortable and confident and beautiful. Her array of dresses are absolutely stunning and there’s a dress for every persons style. I also got my bridesmaid dresses there that she sent out for a custom color. Overall I couldn’t imagine a better experience. I’ve also sent a few other brides to andi and they’ve love their experience as well!

I highly reccomend Love Bird Bridal Shop in Mystic. I loved how the appointment was private (just me and my maid of honor, with no other customers) and the experience was personalized (my name was on the welcome board and Andi helped me find the perfect dress that flattered my body type and was within my price range). Andi knows a lot about fashion, textiles and accessories which helps when adding those special touches. She even sewed lace on my straps! You can tell she genuinely cares about how you look and feel, unlike the big box stores. The dress was reasonably priced too which I didn't expect considering the area. I highly reccomend this shop. You won't be disappointed.

Love Bird is in the perfect location in downtown Mystic! The shop owner, Andi, made me feel so special and comfortable every time I visited! There were so many unique dresses to choose from and Andi picked some amazing ones for me to try on! She is extremely knowledgeable and helped me create the dress of my dreams! Also, she made my veil, hairpiece, belt and garter all by hand. They all came out PERFECT and the belt MADE my dress! Andi was extremely accommodating leading up to the big day, putting the final touches on my dress, making sure everything was perfect! My experience at Love Bird was amazing and very personal, it’s hard to put into words! Thank you so much Andi!!!!

After having a hard time dress shopping elsewhere, I had the good fortune to find Love Bird. The shop is a gem and the owner is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. She took the time to make sure she understood my style and pulled several beautiful dresses from her impressive collection for me to try. She immediately seemed to have one dress in particular in mind for me, which turned out to be "the one!" All the dresses I saw in her shop were beautiful and high quality, and the prices were much more reasonable than many other bridal boutiques. You can tell the owner really cares about getting each bride her perfect dress. Love Bird is dress shopping how it's meant to be!

The Owner was so wonderful I cannot rave about her more! She made every effort to make me feel comfortable, excited and beautiful! She has an eye for bridal gowns and accessories and what looks good on different body shapes. I highly recommend that every bride visit this lovely boutique! You won’t be disappointed!! I can't recommend Andi and Love Bird Bridal enough! Andi is amazingly talented and so wonderful to work with. Her shop has a great, unique selection of dresses, and since she is a designer herself, she is willing to make custom dresses. I chose a dress from her shop but we worked together to make custom changes that made the dress truly special and perfect for me. The experience was amazing every time we went to her shop, which was a lot! Thank you for everything Andi!!

I have been struggling to find the words to explain how amazing this experience was. After a few failed attempts at dress shopping, I cut down the amount of people I was bringing with me and realized I needed to find a shop with several dresses in my style (and price range). My mother found Love Bird Bridal in a hashtag on Instagram and we knew we needed to make the trip. Andi greeted us at the door and made me feel so comfortable from the beginning. A tip to all brides out there... be open. Andi asked if I was open to lace... The answer was no but I said yes anyway knowing that I had to keep an open mind. I tried on several dresses I liked but didn't feel like i had to have them. After putting on the one Andi picked out, I knew it was my dress. Andi was able to take the small description I had provided about my style and vision and make it all come together. She also has her own bridal accessory line so you can really finalize your entire look! Pay a visit to Love Bird Bridal- you won't regret it.

I wish I could give Andi 10 stars. I had gone to one bridal store before meeting with her because they carried a specific designer I was in love with. I hate trying clothes on in general so I wasn't overly excited about finding a dress. I had an okay experience with the shop, but the designer I was in love with was wayyy out of my price range. When I first met with Andi I explained the styles of dresses I tried on and still wasn't overly excited about the process. She has an eye for body shape and what dresses are complimentary to you. After showing her pictures of the dresses I was in love with (but couldn't afford) we began discussing how we could try and make my vision work. I also voiced that I wanted to use pieces of lace from my mothers dress and to incorporate somehow. Well needless to say she is my new BFF. We met multiple times and created my "dream" dress with my mother's dress and Andi's impeccable eye. She also added a sparkly belt and created a hair piece with the lace from my mom's dress as well. I received SO many compliments and was so happy with how it came out. Andi came to all of my alteration appointments and made the process so easy. I also got all of my bridesmaid dresses from her which also was pretty effortless. Andi's ability to make each experience personalized is what sets her apart from other bridal stores. You will not be disappointed trust me! You will be doing yourself a disservice by not going to her!

After going to a few different bridal shops, Andi's Boutique was a breathe of fresh air. Not only did she book a private appointment for us (complete with Mimosas in Mason Jars), she worked with exactly what I wanted and found the perfect dress. Andi measured me perfectly, causing my alterations to only entail a quick hem. Though they were minor alterations, Andi still found a seamstress for us and joined us for the fitting. Andi has gone above and beyond to make sure the entire dress process is enjoyable and stress free. She even made me a custom headpiece using pieces of my Mother's veil. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and will recommend her to anyone who asks. Schedule an appointment with her, you won't regret it.

I came to Andi feeling super overwhelmed after trying on way too many dresses at a previous bridal salon. Andi was so great at redirecting my search and honing in on what I envisioned for my wedding day. Her background in fashion should not be overlooked - she is truly qualified to help you find a dress to suit your need--or, in my case, to help create one! I loved the structured Dupioni silk top of one dress but the flowy chiffon skirt of another. Andi worked with Quality Alterations by Robin to make me a beautiful chiffon skirt overlay - it was perfect for our wedding on the beach! Her selection is well curated, featuring high quality materials from many understated domestic designers.

My experience with Andi could not have been more perfect. She knew exactly what dress to try on me and even though I had come to try on something different she was totally right and I went with her suggestion. She also made the accessories for myself and my bridesmaids and they were beyond beautiful. She is attentive, fun and has impeccable taste. She helped me through the entire process including the alterations and any time I needed her she got right back to me. I'm only sad my wedding is over and I don't get to visit with Andi anymore!

Andi's boutique is so darling. It is small, intimate, personal (in the best ways!), I can not say enough great things about Andria Bird Bride and Andi herself. I finished this whole wedding dress and accessory process with a friend, she is an amazing person and amazing at what she does. I bought a Nicole Miller dress from her, she applied her own custom beading to the neckline of my dress herself, and helped me create my entire headpiece with her own accessories! She was there with me through every step of the tailoring process (the tailor she sends you to is absolutely amazing!) The final look was absolutely flawless thanks to her!! Love her!

With Andria Bird Bride, you get the best. It's as simple as that! Andi buys from American made designers, who use natural fabrics (satin, silk, duponi), and the best techniques to create one-of-a-kind, well made, quality gowns. Her commitment to buying American made drew me to her store. Her devotion to me and my special day, attention to detail, and beautiful hand sewn custom made belts, veils, and head pieces, were icing on the cake. I wish I could get married all over again so I could go back and get another dress from her!
