Cayla did the most amazing job on our graphics for our wedding! Everything from our save the dates to our day of stationary was beyond perfect and unique to our special day. She was so easy to work with and spent time before the big day to understand our vision and did everything gin her power to make the day perfect!

Carley from Lovebird Events was honestly my saving grace through the planning process. She made is very convenient to schedule the every 6ish week meetings. Highly organized, and honestly so friendly. It’s like if your best friend was your wedding planner. Carley helped find a variety of vendors for me when my brain, just couldn’t and I had decision fatigue. She connected with all of my vendors prior to the wedding an ensured that they were ready to fall in line for the big day. She discovered a couple of holes that the vendors weren’t covering which would have been pretty tragic day of, and we were able to hurry to fix the week of the wedding. There were a couple of instances that I was like “ahh I’m panicking” and she was like girl don’t let’s hop on a call, and figure it out. Of everything I picked, and planned, and of all the vendors Carley is the one that I would choose again, and again, and again. She brought the most value for what I needed, and is so affordable (Carley you deserve more money!). Carley ran our rehearsal, and I of course was having a little mental breakdown when I arrived she and I had a real quick brainstorm, and I was able to brain dump everything before we got the rehearsal started, she ran everything and used her “teacher voice” which I loved when you need to deal with groomsmen, and a bit group of people. The day of the wedding Carley was there when the venue opened and was the maestro for the day. She got everything setup, and made sure everyone was on the timeline, made sure my husband and I were good, and were having a good time. She kept everything cleaned up with the venue staff, and did the tear down. At the end of the night I literally couldn’t stop hugging her because our day was perfect, and she had her hand on every piece, and I was going to miss talking to her. If there is one thing you need for your wedding it’s Carley. 15/10 highly recommend. Carley is easy to reach via text, and will also be your hype girl.

Where do we even start??? After a year of being engaged, we had barely made any wedding plans because we were so clueless. We hired Carley for her full service package and it was the very best money we spent on the whole wedding. We had periodic meetings where she gave us awesome tips, recommendations, and put our minds at ease about anything we were worried about. We had so many dumb questions that she fielded gracefully.
Carley made everything run so smoothly on the day of the event. I didn’t know a wedding planner would do so many of the nitty gritty tasks like pick up a cake, deliver buckets of flowers to an Airbnb, disperse tips to vendors, and pack up all our decorations at the end of the night. Having her take care of everything for us really meant that we could soak up all the fun parts of the day and not sweat about the chores and logistics. This is why we believe it was the best money we spent - the wedding was only 8 hours long, we invested so much time and energy planning it, and having Carley there the whole day put us in a space of mind to make those 8 hours the best they could be.
If you’re thinking of hiring Love Birds Events for your special day, absolutely do it. You’ll be happy you did.

Carley was just amazing as our full service wedding planner and day of coordinator! We had monthly meetings to make sure we were on track and she’d always ask if we wanted her to do anything for us to make the planning less stressful. Personally I wanted to do a lot of the planning myself but if something got too stressful, I’d text Carley and ask her to take over because I wanted to do all of the fun parts of wedding planning and none of the stressful parts! Carley was amazing on the day of our wedding. She handled all of our vendors and checked in with each of us to ask if we needed anything. She’s wonderful and you need her as your planner

Working with Carley was a dream! She helped me so much in creating our wedding day timeline and keeping vendors and the wedding party organized and on time on the wedding day. She is super easy to talk to and was more than willing to help me when I got overwhelmed. She is incredibly professional and responsive to emails or text messages. Would recommend Carley to anyone that needs a wedding coordinator!

Carley was a pleasure to work with. We hired her for day-of coordination. All the vendor coordination was done smoothly and well ahead of time. She helped with decor set-up and tear down and ceremony timing. The day was much less stressful because of her!

If you're looking for a wedding coordinator in central Iowa, look no further! We are SO grateful we hired Carley to coordinate and support us on our big day. She really held the day together by coordinating vendors, acting as point person for communication, and taking the time to understand our vision to make the best decisions on our behalf. Our day was stress-free as a result! Carley is such a kind, thoughtful person with a can-do attitude and great sense of humor. Can't recommend her services enough!

I cannot explain how amazing Carley was to work with! Our wedding was October 8, 2021. We hired her back in Nov 2020 and she was so helpful throughout every step of the wedding planning process. She had a wedding planning check list, budget spreadsheet, and a day of timeline. We had scheduled times to meet and chat about planning and she was always available whenever I needed to chat about something. Carley made my wedding day run so smoothly! I didn't have to worry about being the person for vendors or to answer questions. I got to enjoy my day and be in the moment. Carley was my go to person for those vendors and mishaps and she went above and beyond what I expected. She is the absolute sweetest and truly cares about you as a couple. If you are on the fence about hiring her, go for it! I cannot recommend her enough!

I do not know what we would have done without Carley. I noticed a vendor was late right before walking down the aisle and Carley was already handling it and no one except for myself and a few others knew any different. I would recommend her to anyone, I got so many compliments from my in-laws about her professionalism and organization.
