I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Lovebirds Events! From the very beginning, they were there to help every step of the way. They took on so many things, helped keep everything organized, and made the entire wedding planning process feel so much less stressful. They are incredibly efficient, kind, and always looking for ways to make things easier for you. Having them there made such a huge difference because I never felt like I had to figure everything out on my own. They were always willing to help, answer questions, and take things off my plate when I needed it. If you’re planning a wedding, I cannot recommend Lovebirds Events enough. Having someone there to help guide you, keep you organized, and make sure everything runs smoothly is truly worth it. They made such a positive difference in our wedding experience, and I’m so grateful we had them!

Carley was absolutely amazing, and hiring her as our wedding planner and day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! She made the entire planning process so easy by communicating with our vendors, answering every question, and offering great recommendations along the way. I was never stressed because I knew she had everything under control. On our wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly, while also always making sure we were okay, seeing if we needed anything, etc. She also set everything up and tore everything down which was amazing. We are so grateful for everything she did and truly couldn’t have had such an incredible day without her. We can’t recommend her enough!

She was very responsive to emails and very helpful when answering all our questions. She was fantastic wedding weekend! Not only was a she a joy to hang out with, she coordinated the vendors, the bridal party, and the family to make sure the timeline was perfect. I'd hire Sarah again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Sarah if you're doing a mostly DIY wedding! I underestimated how much work wedding planning is and don't know if I could've done it without Sarah. Thank you, Sarah!!!

ortunately, I was extremely disappointed, and it felt like a complete waste of money. She did not answer calls from my vendors, forcing them to contact me directly while I was getting ready and in the middle of photos. This is exactly what I hired a coordinator to prevent. The food room had a visibly dirty table before guests entered, and she didn’t bother asking the servers to clean or tidy it. I specifically asked her to instruct the servers to distribute desserts and fruit cups after dinner alongside the cake, but she never did. All of the desserts and fruit cups were left untouched and eventually thrown away, resulting in significant food and money wasted. Throughout the event, my family and I ended up running the wedding ourselves. Whenever we needed her, she was nowhere to be found and would not answer calls. We had to repeatedly ask her to please respond. Instead of making the day smoother, she made the entire process more stressful. Seeing how professional coordinators normally operate only made it more disappointing, because we received none of that level of service. While we were refunded $200, it was not nearly enough to compensate for the stress, wasted food, and lack of coordination. For the $1,200 paid, I could have hired additional help. The purpose, however, was not just help, it was to have the wedding run smoothly, and she completely failed to deliver that.

Cayla was our content creator, and she captured all those behind-the-scenes moments and meaningful clips that we’ll cherish forever. It’s such a great option if you want to stay within budget and still have beautiful videos from your day without hiring a full videographer. Both Carley and Cayla were so kind, down-to-earth, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. We’re so grateful for everything they did and can’t recommend them enough!

service! Sarah single handedly kept us on schedule when it came to all things wedding planning. Our monthly meetings included brainstorming and pinpointing our actual wants for our day, outlining tasks to complete within the month to ensure timely arrivals, and finally going through a step by step plan for our day. Sarah’s laid back approached was so appreciated on our wedding day. She penciled in alone time and was flexible with day of events. Sarah was instrumental in the ease and flow of our day. When faced with the need to move our dance floor indoors due to heat, Sarah responded with “Give me 10 minutes.” She was key to keeping us on schedule in the end to ensure we exited the venue on time and tear down was efficiently executed. We highly recommend!!

Carley compared to our other wedding expenses. I'll be honest, at first I thought we could save on the budget by figuring out a lot of this stuff on our own, but I was totally wrong. Carley kept us feeling totally in control and on top of everything throughout the year-long planning process. Having her there to keep things moving during the rehearsal and coordinating with all of our different vendors on the day of the wedding was a godsend. We really didn't have to worry about anything. She's confident and friendly and is a calming person to have around on a very crazy day. Thank you so much Carley!!!

onestly so friendly. It’s like if your best friend was your wedding planner. Carley helped find a variety of vendors for me when my brain, just couldn’t and I had decision fatigue. She connected with all of my vendors prior to the wedding an ensured that they were ready to fall in line for the big day. She discovered a couple of holes that the vendors weren’t covering which would have been pretty tragic day of, and we were able to hurry to fix the week of the wedding. There were a couple of instances that I was like “ahh I’m panicking” and she was like girl don’t let’s hop on a call, and figure it out. Of everything I picked, and planned, and of all the vendors Carley is the one that I would choose again, and again, and again. She brought the most value for what I needed, and is so affordable (Carley you deserve more money!). Carley ran our rehearsal, and I of course was having a little mental breakdown when I arrived she and I had a real quick brainstorm, and I was able to brain dump everything before we got the rehearsal started, she ran everything and used her “teacher voice” which I loved when you need to deal with groomsmen, and a bit group of people. The day of the wedding Carley was there when the venue opened and was the maestro for the day. She got everything setup, and made sure everyone was on the timeline, made sure my husband and I were good, and were having a good time. She kept everything cleaned up with the venue staff, and did the tear down. At the end of the night I literally couldn’t stop hugging her because our day was perfect, and she had her hand on every piece, and I was going to miss talking to her. If there is one thing you need for your wedding it’s Carley. 15/10 highly recommend. Carley is easy to reach via text, and will also be your hype girl.

he very best money we spent on the whole wedding. We had periodic meetings where she gave us awesome tips, recommendations, and put our minds at ease about anything we were worried about. We had so many dumb questions that she fielded gracefully. Carley made everything run so smoothly on the day of the event. I didn’t know a wedding planner would do so many of the nitty gritty tasks like pick up a cake, deliver buckets of flowers to an Airbnb, disperse tips to vendors, and pack up all our decorations at the end of the night. Having her take care of everything for us really meant that we could soak up all the fun parts of the day and not sweat about the chores and logistics. This is why we believe it was the best money we spent - the wedding was only 8 hours long, we invested so much time and energy planning it, and having Carley there the whole day put us in a space of mind to make those 8 hours the best they could be. If you’re thinking of hiring Love Birds Events for your special day, absolutely do it. You’ll be happy you did.
