York I happened to click through the site and realized there was an authorized retailer in Norfolk! I scheduled my appointment and sadly the dress was not there, but there was a similar dress so I tried that on. I was set on the original dress so we ordered it. It's here, I love it and Shan made the process very easy. The only hard part was waiting for it to get here. 😩 Tis beautiful though. Love Bride also has veils and jewelry from what I saw.

her boutique is absolutely breathtaking (super cute, immaculate, and chic). Chan is extremely compassionate about what she does and was very patient with me. There was a sense of intimacy and love in the atmosphere during my appointment with perfect music and good vibes. She catered to and nurtured allllll of my needs, making me even more comfortable as I tried on different styles of dresses she had preselected. (In which all of the dresses were so perfect to my style and taste!) Chan listened to all of my wants and needs and provided solutions to anything I may have questioned! What was a bonus for me was that throughout the whole entire appointment I was never pressured nor did I feel forced or rushed to make a decision that day!! She wanted and allowed me to feel All of my feelings so naturally!! I couldn’t have been any more pleased with the phenomenal experience and the exceptional quality of service I received at Love Bride Boutique. OF COURSE I SAID YES TO MY DRESS! To top it all off we celebrated with a complimentary toast! Cheers to that!

had had a long day and I really didn’t want to waste time trying on dresses I knew I wouldn’t like. Once we arrived she had several dresses a.ready picked out in my size to try on. I tried on about five I believe but I fell in love with the first pick. She was such a blessing to me. Even the little things like music, and the way she clamped me into the dress I extremely appreciated. But the BEST thing of all is that this Bridal Boutique was BLACK FEMALE OWNED. I have been bragging to so many people about this boutique. I pray that this boutique brings her so much business she’ll have to find a bigger store because the experience was that good,I wouldn’t change anything about it.

Shan was so welcoming and apologetic (since she thought she was the one who made the mistake even though it was embarrassingly my mistake) and immediately got everything ready for us. I tried on a few dresses that weren’t my style, and when she realized this she completely listened to everything me and my family and friends said, and pulled some others until we found the perfect dress for me. I really didn’t even try that many on, I think she just did a marvelous job in putting together her collection of gowns. Of course we all cried when we found it, and then all celebrated and had champagne! I had gone to one bridal shop before this, and felt that the previous shop really tried to push me into dresses THEY thought I would like and tried to pressure me into buying one on the spot. Shan was encouraging, uplifting, and just so calming, which really helped me feel confident and beautiful in my dress. She made me feel like it was all my decision no matter what, which is how it should be! I could not recommend her enough. She has kept me up to date on the status of my dress and has helped make this process really easy for me, especially with me mixing up all of my appointments! Maybe I came here by mistake or maybe it was fate, but either way I am so so glad I did.
