Love boutique was my first boutique experience as a bride and I could not have asked for a better start. After being discouraged at David’s bridal I was happy to have a wonderful environment that restored my faith in dress shopping. Though I did not find the dress, I highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely loved my dress shopping experience! Chan was AMAZING and so patient with me and my family during our visit. We felt comfortable and the entire time and I even found the perfect wedding gown!

I found THEE DRESS!!!!!! I went in already discouraged from previous shopping trips. Chan was very personable and definitely understood the assignment. She immediately picked up on my style and picked out some GORGEOUS gowns. I loved the aesthetics of her studio especially because it offered a one on one shopping experience without interruption. I attended my future sister-in-law’s dress fitting and the experience was amazing! Shan made it feel so intimate and feel like we were royalty. Her dress selections are jaw dropping! I knew when we walked in this was going to be a one stop shop for my future sister-in-law. The boutique is beautiful. Elegant and clean, the aesthetics just top tier to what I would want a private boutique to be! Shan was so super sweet through out the whole process. Definitely recommend for a bride that wants a beautiful gown and an amazing experience when picking their wedding dress!

Love Bride Boutique’s owner Chan is such a gem and a pleasure to work with! The shop is a little small, but I managed to find my dream dress with the selection there! Chan answered all of my questions and was very accommodating! She recommended a seamstress for alterations and would still be in touch for any additional needs for the dress. Thanks Chan!

#1 Shan is amazing and genuinely a kind spirit. Story: I found a dress on IG that I instantly fell in love with so I tried to figure out how I could get the dress. It was at a boutique in New York (Pantora). While I was planning my trip to New York I happened to click through the site and realized there was an authorized retailer in Norfolk! I scheduled my appointment and sadly the dress was not there, but there was a similar dress so I tried that on. I was set on the original dress so we ordered it. It's here, I love it and Shan made the process very easy. The only hard part was waiting for it to get here. 😩 Tis beautiful though. Love Bride also has veils and jewelry from what I saw.

I didn’t expect to find a dress on my first try but this boutique had amazing designs. Not to mention that Chan worked with my budget, created a vibe that was intimate, fun and felt like family instead of business. I definitely recommend Love Bride boutique for all future brides searching for their dress.

What a beautiful experience it was to see my daughter try on such elegant gowns at love bride boutique. The ambiance was perfect and beautifully decorated. We experienced exceptional customer service and i enjoyed the intimacy and the sparkling beverages was such a sweet touch for the sweetest day. My experience at Love Bride Boutique was one of the greatest experiences I’ve had thus far on my wedding planning journey. From scheduling my appointment with Chan, to my departure, everything was just pure bliss. First of all let me say that her boutique is absolutely breathtaking (super cute, immaculate, and chic). Chan is extremely compassionate about what she does and was very patient with me. There was a sense of intimacy and love in the atmosphere during my appointment with perfect music and good vibes. She catered to and nurtured allllll of my needs, making me even more comfortable as I tried on different styles of dresses she had preselected. (In which all of the dresses were so perfect to my style and taste!) Chan listened to all of my wants and needs and provided solutions to anything I may have questioned! What was a bonus for me was that throughout the whole entire appointment I was never pressured nor did I feel forced or rushed to make a decision that day!! She wanted and allowed me to feel All of my feelings so naturally!! I couldn’t have been any more pleased with the phenomenal experience and the exceptional quality of service I received at Love Bride Boutique. OF COURSE I SAID YES TO MY DRESS! To top it all off we celebrated with a complimentary toast! Cheers to that!

I am so glad the original bridal boutique I went to recommended me to her. From the very first phone call she was very pleasant and inquisitive about how I imagined myself in my wedding dress. We had driven all the way from the DMV area, so we had had a long day and I really didn’t want to waste time trying on dresses I knew I wouldn’t like. Once we arrived she had several dresses a.ready picked out in my size to try on. I tried on about five I believe but I fell in love with the first pick. She was such a blessing to me. Even the little things like music, and the way she clamped me into the dress I extremely appreciated. But the BEST thing of all is that this Bridal Boutique was BLACK FEMALE OWNED. I have been bragging to so many people about this boutique. I pray that this boutique brings her so much business she’ll have to find a bigger store because the experience was that good,I wouldn’t change anything about it.

I never imagined my bridal appointment being so intimate, emotional, and personal. I felt so taken care of by Chan. The shop is GORGEOUS, all white and silver with fur and sparkles and chandeliers, and the shop owner provides everything you’ll need to feel comfortable and pampered. She has a variety of dresses and ***listens to what you want*** (can’t emphasize this enough). Chan took her time with me, talked me through my options and consoled me when the tears began to flow. It felt like I had another bridesmaid in the room with me, a close friend. This is such a pivotal time for me as I transition to being a wife and Chan is one of those people that you know listened to her calling and who is divinely well-suited to help women through their transitions. I said yes to the dress at Love Bride Boutique and I'm so glad I did. Chan was awesome! Her professionalism and personal touch really made my experience even more unforgettable. I really felt like she listened to me and she was super attentive to me during the entire appointment. I brought 4 people with me to the appointment and even they felt special. Okay - so long story short, I totally didn’t make an appointment here because I somehow got it confused with a different place I made an ACTUAL appointment with. I don’t know how it happened, but somehow it did. When I arrived out of the blue, Shan was so welcoming and apologetic (since she thought she was the one who made the mistake even though it was embarrassingly my mistake) and immediately got everything ready for us. I tried on a few dresses that weren’t my style, and when she realized this she completely listened to everything me and my family and friends said, and pulled some others until we found the perfect dress for me. I really didn’t even try that many on, I think she just did a marvelous job in putting together her collection of gowns. Of course we all cried when we found it, and then all celebrated and had champagne! I had gone to one bridal shop before this, and felt that the previous shop really tried to push me into dresses THEY thought I would like and tried to pressure me into buying one on the spot. Shan was encouraging, uplifting, and just so calming, which really helped me feel confident and beautiful in my dress. She made me feel like it was all my decision no matter what, which is how it should be! I could not recommend her enough. She has kept me up to date on the status of my dress and has helped make this process really easy for me, especially with me mixing up all of my appointments! Maybe I came here by mistake or maybe it was fate, but either way I am so so glad I did.

From the beginning Chan was extremely attentive to my vision for my dream dress. Chan made sure to have dresses picked out for me in advance that fit my description perfectly.
