We are so glad we worked with Haley from the Travel Byrds to plan our honeymoon! We normally plan all our own travel, but we decided to use the Travel Byrds for the honeymoon since we were busy planning the wedding - we are so glad we did! Haley helped us plan the perfect honeymoon in Hawaii! She was great to work with upfront and was quickly able to respond to all my questions before the trip. When we were in Maui, there was an accident that shut down the one road that connects one half of the island to the other and we completely missed our reservation at Mama's Fish House. We reached out to Haley from Hawaii and she worked magic to get us in the NEXT DAY! Will 100% be leveraging her services again!

Byrd and her Team are AMAZING! They went above and beyond in planning all the details for our Honeymoon in Costa Rica. Byrd's knowledge of the Country, and her experience in the industry helped us pinpoint the perfect locations and hotels to stay in. Even better, she got us the perfect rooms and amenities for our special occasion. Her consultative approach in hearing and understanding the experience we were after translated into an unforgettable trip! The communication was above and beyond, and perfectly timed. Two days ahead of the trip she even filled us in on important details we never even considered (ie., conversion rates, our ability to use USD in most of the country, etc.). We will use Travel Byrds for ALL of our vacations from here on out!

Byrd and her team were phenomenal. We met over a budget and what we were looking for, they came back with three packages, and we couldn't have been happier with both the support we got all along the way but the trip itself. The Travel Byrds were amazing to work with, especially our particular travel agent, Monica. We decided to travel to Thailand for our honeymoon, but knew little about our destination in terms of hotels or excursions. We told Monica what we envisioned for our trip and she nailed it! She took care of everything from researching hotels, setting up transportation, to helping with flight issues. I could not recommend Travel Byrds enough.

Planning our wedding day was incredibly time consuming and stressful, but we still wanted to have an amazing honeymoon. Tiffani made the process so easy: she understood what we were looking for, our budget, timeline, and talked us through every concern. The hardest part of planning our honeymoon was choosing where to go. We decided on a resort in Jamaica that was outstanding and we didn't have to worry about a single thing - from travel arrangements to a VIP lounge, we had the best honeymoon anyone could ask for!

Lauren was the best travel advisor we could ask for. My husband and I planned our honeymoon with her and had an amazing experience. She gave us multiple options within our budget and helped us through the whole process of choosing a location, preparing to leave, answering all of our questions about the location + experiences we booked, and making sure everything went to plan while we were gone. Haley was so great to work with! My fiancé and I had a small idea of where we wanted to go and do for our honeymoon but Haley really helped by giving us tons of information on different areas we could stay and all the activities around those areas. She was available any time that we had questions or concerns and she was even available to us when we were halfway across the world! She really does have a passion for the job that she does and truly goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy and well taken care of. We loved working with Haley and can’t wait to use her again in the (hopefully) near future!

My now wife and I felt completely overwhelmed when we first started to look into our honeymoon. When we reached out to travel agents, the Travel Byrds, specifically Shannon, quickly responded to our request and we are so grateful they did. After meeting with us virtually, Shannon was able to put together several package options that met our budget as well as the type of honeymoon we were looking for. She was incredibly responsive to any of our questions or requests but was also patient as our hectic lives meant our responses weren't always as timely. She gave us great tips as to the tipping culture of our destination as well as dealing with aggressive vendors at the airport. When we were concerned that we were being held up by a long line in customs and might miss our transport, a quick email to Shannon and she had them adjust their pick up to compensate. Nikki handled EVERYTHING with our trip so we did not have to plan both a wedding and a honeymoon. The Travel Byers app made traveling to different countries so simple by keeping track of our itinerary, tickets, hotel reservations, and extra fun things all in one place.

I was referred to Lauren Chaffee for help with planning our honeymoon. We went to Greece and as this was my first time taking an international trip, we needed professional help! Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with from the start. We felt like she really listened to exactly what we wanted and gave us amazing options. Tiffani was absolutely amazing. I used her to plan my honey moon for my wife and I. My wife wanted it to be a surprise and Tiffani went above and beyond to make it the best honeymoon ever. My wife was completely surprised and Tiffani event put together a binger for her to open up to show where we would be going for our two week trip. Tiffani was available as much as we needed her to be while we were traveling (even with a time difference of 6 hours) made sure all of our tours and guides were ready to go for our scheduled events, and let us know when one of them cancelled, but she quickly turned things around and scheduled something else in it's place same day!! Getting to hotel from airports and back was easy with the car services she picked out for us. We highly recommend using Tiffani if you want to travel anywhere, she is a great resource and has immense knowledge of the travel world and what it takes to have an amazing trip! I am grateful for finding her and will recommend her to everyone and I will use her again for other big trips my wife and I will be taking.

The last thing I wanted to do in the midst of planning my wedding was to plan my honeymoon. I had never used a travel advisor before, but a friend mentioned Byrd to me, and I'm so grateful she did! Working with Byrd was seamless from start to finish. After giving her a budget, travel locations, and things we wanted to do on our honeymoon, she got back to us within a couple of days with different options. We booked an all-inclusive in Mexico, and she was able to get us some incredible deals! We didn't have to worry about anything - transportation to and from the airport or to excursions outside of the resorts, flights, meals, drinks, etc. We also got some extra, unexpected goodies thanks to booking through Byrd. I seriously can't say enough about how incredible it was to work with her. I am not much of a planner when it comes to certain things. My wife was heavily involved with planning out the honeymoon. After talking with our travel agent I felt that we have made a really solid choice of who to plan our trip with. Before we departed and during our stay at our resort, Travel Byrds was able to keep us informed of our itinerary and any changes that occur during our stay. Even though we had one slight problem with one of our excursions they were able to help fix it within a matter of minutes. Travel agent extraordinaire Beth Sunderhaus is an absolute gem! My husband and I recently honeymooned stateside in New Orleans due to the pandemic and were so overwhelmed with wedding planning we had zero time to arrange the vacation of our dreams. That’s where Beth came in! After a thorough Zoom consultation, she sent us a list of fabulous lodging options and recommendations for experiences that fit our interests. They were all big hits - a hands-on cooking class and walking jazz tour with a local artist among the highlights. Beth was also able to quickly adapt to last-minute changes beyond her control. When our original condo was out of service due to Ida, she found us an EVEN BETTER place in the heart of the French Quarter directly on top of an adorable Creole restaurant. And when our original dinner cruise was canceled due to boat maintenance issues, she was able to quickly book us another. We cannot recommend her and the Travel Byrds enough!

I booked a VERY last-minute Co-Vid vacation to the Riviera Maya with the Travel Byrds (literally less than a week's notice) and Byrd pulled it off at the snap of her fingers! My job had me working around the clock, unable to plan for myself, but Byrd never had to pull me away from work to get it done. I felt like I had my own personal vacation fairy godmother who knew exactly what I wanted.
