I loved that he was able to make it a spiritual ceremony yet with a twist of humor that made us comfortable and kept our wedding guest’s entertained . Unforgettable! He was so fun!
My husband and I were so impressed with Bishop Marcus’s knowledge about weddings, the bible and his overall confidence. It was clear we made an excellent choice with him.
The day before my wedding, I was your typical anxious bide that had a million questions and a big case of the jitters , he reassured me and was so very kind . I felt like I was talking to a friend I had known for years. What a God send! He reassured me that all would be ok on my big day. He was absolutely right! We were so grateful we selected Bishop Marcus, we hope you do too!
I would liken our experience with Pastor Marcus Hill to that of a wise elder of our very own family. My husband and I had no prior experience with Pastor Hill before coming across ...
his listing on the app and reaching out to request a booking. After our first meeting which took place over the phone, we walked away feeling as though we had known him forever. One of the first things that we noticed about pastor was that he does not carry that air of superiority or importance that you sometimes encounter when interacting with members of the clergy. Having a conversation with Pastor Hill was like talking with an older sibling or uncle which was comforting. He is super personable, down to earth, kind, accommodating, patient, and full of wisdom. Pastor Hill took part in all of our festivities leading up to the big day and that included the rehearsal and dinner. He made sure everyone knew their roles and offered cues for the forgetful when needed. During the ceremony and reception he mingled with our guests and used his quiet charm and charisma to make folks feel at home. By the end of our celebration everyone walked away with the same feelings we had upon meeting him and had dubbed him the “cool” Pastor. We hope that this encounter will be the start of a forever friendship. 😊

discounted his services due to this as well. The ceremony was short, simple and sweet! We look forward to visiting his church in Buffalo, NY. Bishop Marcus Hill is the ultimate wedding officiant. He’s passionate about marriage and very professional. He’s the author of One Last Try: Reclaim Your Marriage, Family, and Life. Additionally, he does weekly lives on Facebook that relate to marriage in some way. I couldn’t have asked for a better leader to officiate my wedding.
