If you are looking for a vendor that does a sneak peek post wedding, this vendor is not the one. Contract states 30 days - but in fine print says it can take longer. (Which it does). I cannot talk to how the editing is as I have not received my pictures yet, but the communication before the event was not good. I had to email multiple times to get a response (same with text if they texted me). I was nervous that they wouldn't show up day of when they didn't reply to my emails as we got closer. The only reason I am giving them any stars is because our actual photographer was AMAZING. He gets 10/10 stars. (Garrett) If you are lucky enough to get Garrett - then you will have a fantastic experience day of wedding!
Updating my review as I received my edits about 3 weeks ago. An hour and a half of my wedding pictures are missing and the vendor has gone silent on me. Ignores me when I ask to speak to owner, and doesn't message me back for days - even when promised an update the following day. I have not been given a straight answer if they are actually missing or not. As a bride, this is an absolute nightmare, especially with all the money spent. I get ghosted for days before I get an "update" that never makes any sense . This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. If you are getting married in Maine, I most definitely would NOT recommend this company. I wish I saw a review like this before I went with them.

I wish that I could give a better review to Love Exists but our experience has been very frustrating. We did not receive a name or phone number for the photographer prior to our wedding day and had to station some out front to try to spot her when she arrived.
Our contract with them stipulated that we would have our photos within 30 days or earlier. To date, we have received nothing and have had to chase down Sheila there to even get updates. They tried to tell us that the delivery window was 30-60 days but the number 60 doesnt even appear in our contract. There is a note that during peak windows there may be delays, but we would have expected ANY kind of communication about that and we have received none. The last we heard from them, our photos would be delivered by TODAY. We followed up this morning with no response. We are now over 2 weeks past the 30 day mark.
That being said, the photographer on site was absolutely lovely and we were thrilled to have her with us on our special day. That is why we can give 2 stars. We just wish that the delivery of our assets was handled in a more timely and professional manner.
I hate to give this kind of review but it's very frustrating.

The team brought such good energy and was so fun and comfortable to have around! The final product was INSANE! Thanks for capturing our special day! We used Love Exists Photo & Video as our videographer. They were very independent and sometimes I forgot they were even there, they needed so little from me! The video arrived just in time to share with our loved ones for the holidays. The video ends with a dip and a kiss on the dance floor, it’s perfection!

Our friends raved about the "epic" short film Maribel did for us. Her style was different from a lot of the other wedding videos we saw. I cannot say enough good things about Love Exists !! Maribel and Alena were AMAZING to work with! They were super thorough and worked so hard to make sure our day was perfect and that we had the best time. They checked in with us each month leading up to our wedding and even provided recommendations for a few vendors we still needed to book. The month before the wedding they made us feel so much more confident that everything would go smoothly on our big day and they followed up with every single vendor, making sure everyone was on the same page and knew what they needed to do and when. On the wedding day, everything felt incredibly smooth and it was so nice knowing that if anything came up they would take care of it so we could just enjoy our day. We would recommend them 1000%!!

Communication was open throughout the whole booking, planning, and asking questions process. And the day of, they knew exactly the shots they wanted! You can tell they know what they're doing, they flowed well and were on top of their stuff! Seeing them filming the short shots here and there for them, in addition to them constantly filming, and seeing the final product was CRAZY! We got the same day's edit (which is a must by the way) and we were blown away! All of our guests loved it and kept asking who the videographer was. One last thing I want to add is that there is always a person filming, at times there are 3 people filming! It is so important because you know that every moment of your wedding was captured.
