Alex and his team believe that a great wedding video is one that couples will want to rewatch and pass down the generations. That’s why they’re focused on quality rather than volume. They do everything in-house, and they take on only a limited number of clients per year. When you book Alex and his team, you’re getting a group of talented artists who really care about you and your day. They want to understand who you are as a couple: the journeys you’ve shared and your hopes and dreams for the future. Knowing you will inform their approach and enable them to create a video that captures the beauty and essence of your special day.
Love Genre Films offers a range of wedding packages to choose from. Their basic package includes six hours of coverage, one videographer, drone footage, montage and full-feature films, a one-minute social media teaser, digital delivery, and two Blu-ray copies of your films. Live streaming, guest commentary, additional coverage, and same-day editing services are available as add-ons.

Its been over 10 years since I shot my first wedding. I fell in love with it. Coming from a creative film background I was able to bring my story telling aesthetics to craft films that couples cherish for a lifetime. Its that sense of sentiment that pushes my passion for wedding cinematography. As the owner and main cinematographer of Love Genre Films, I am present at every wedding we book. No contracting or outsourcing. Even when it comes down to the editing, its all in house. There should be no surprises when it comes to your wedding day.

We asked him to help us recreate a viral tik tok video and he went above and beyond- didn’t charge us and turned it around in only a couple of days. As part of our package we got a 1 minute montage, 8 minute montage, and full length ceremony and toast videos. All of them turned out great and we know we will cherish these for years to come. day. We came across another project he had done for an old friend on Instagram and we immediately knew he was a candidate for the job. Alex initially stood out to us (and ultimately lead to our decision to go with him) because of his quality/style of work, packages and pricing. I was extremely picky through the process of vetting out our vendors and I am so happy we chose Alex to be our videographer. He did exceptional work capturing all the emotion and special moments through the day and exceeded all our expectations - we love his style of editing and everything he includes in his competitive pricing (specifically, the drone and raw footage stood out to us!). Alex has a true talent and eye for what he does which we could see from the jump - but what we didn’t know and learned in the process of working with him is how kind, communicative/responsive, and easy to work with he is - from our first interaction to the final product, Alex was so pleasant and professional. He managed his time well, always reminded me to smile (which I needed while under all the wedding day stresses!), and he understood the assignment! He never missed an opportunity to capture a moment big or small. He and his second shooter were also faced with working around/with our two other hired photographers and a content creator and he did it so well and smooth! We would choose Alex and Love Genre Films over again if given the opportunity.

His response time throughout the process was rapid and that ensured that we felt comfortable and stress free.
On the day of our wedding Alex was timely and made us feel so comfortable. The behind the scenes filming of a wedding can feel awkward at time but Alex knew just what to say to loosen us up and make us feel confident.
He returned the video in under 3 months which is quite impressive given how detailed and well edited the final product was. We had our wedding in high season so we can only imagine how much he must of had on his plate.
We have gotten so many compliments on our video and have been so proud to show all our friends and family.
Planning a wedding can be stressful and the last thing you want to be worried about is your vendors. Well Alex ensured that we had one less thing to worry about because he was a master at his craft. He even pulled out a drone for some great footage of the venue! That was a surprise we were not expecting.
Pricing is also an important factor when deciding your videographer and Alex offers a very competitive rate. Money well spent!

ork. Alex was more affordable than other videographers and I got lucky that he did not have my wedding date booked already. I think his work is better than other videographers, and he could easily charge higher prices. He is great with drone footage and paying attention to little detail Don’t waste your time with shopping around and comparing video packages.
My husband is super quiet and there was no way I was going to convince him to wear a mic during our private vows. He was very adamant that it was not gonna happen. Somehow Alex convinced him to wear the mic! Alex was so calm and professional, he made us both feel so comfortable. I am forever grateful he got my husband to wear the mic. Several of my wedding guests told me how much they liked my videographer and how professional he was. Alex was also kind enough to take some still shots of my wedding details since my photographer hadn’t arrived yet. I am so happy with my montage and all the recordings of the day. What made it even better was Alex, has experience working with the wedding venue where my husband and I got married at so whatever it was he suggested to us just confirmed that this was our cinematographer for our special day.
From the moment of our communications, correspondence throughout the planning process, to the days leading up to the wedding, wedding day and post wedding day, Alex has been extremely understanding and accommodating.

As you can see from his online portfolio, his artistry is apparent and consistent with all of his clients: you will end up with a cinematic masterpiece if you hire Love Genre Films. He manages to capture the magic, intimacy, and emotions of your special day as though you were reliving the moment every time you watch his videos, which is not an easy feat to replicate. He is very experienced and made the actual wedding day so seamless. I didn't need to stress about coordinating everything -- he did it all, no questions asked. He knew just where to go, who to reach out to, what shots would work best for the film, etc. In the contract, he also states the predicted timeline of when your edited videos will be ready, and just as stated in the contract, he was punctual with his services. Alex is a seasoned veteran to weddings, for sure. I would hire him again if we did a vow renewal in the future, and have been nonstop suggesting his services to all of my couple friends. 1000% recommend!
