literally two weeks to the date after our wedding! I mean, that timeline is just insane, and we couldn't believe we got them back that quickly. Susan was such a dream to work with, and she made us feel so comfortable from the moment we first chatted and booked with her. From helping us craft a wedding day timeline to bringing the absolute best attitude and spunk, this superstar does it all! We had so much fun with her during the planning process, and she brought so much joy and energy to our wedding day. Susan does such an incredible job of getting the right balance of traditional shots and more candid, in-the-moment shots. She is so wildly talented, and we feel so beyond grateful we got to work with her! We will treasure our wedding photos and the experience forever thanks to her. We cannot recommend Love Hunters enough!

captured us in our favorite places (in several different locations), so not only were the pictures amazing but also very meaningful to us. On our wedding day, she and Sam were very organized and made sure we got every photo that we wanted and needed. She captured every special moment and detail from the day, so we can relive it over and over! The pictures turned out beautifully. I could not be happier or more appreciative that she was our photographer for our special day!!

s loved her ability to find the perfect balance between traditional wedding photos and modern shots that are personal only to the couple. I immediately secured her for photography, but was hesitant with videography. In my mind at the time, it seemed like an extra perk and we didn’t have room in our budget for extras. As time got closer to the wedding, I came across a wedding video that made me begin to regret my decision to not add videography. After much deliberation, we secured Susan and her husband, Kevin, to shoot video as well. The day was perfect to say the least, but went by immediately. To say it was a blur would be an understatement. We received our photos first, our expectations were greatly exceeded. Susan captured our day (while very pregnant I might add) perfectly. Each shot was well thought with us in mind and she got every detail I spent many restless nights worrying about. Even at the end when I was ready to eat, she pushed us to just get a couple more…those photos are by far my favorite and are currently hung up right next to me. So after being so incredibly happy with our photos, married life started and we only revisited our day every now and again with happy stories and instagram scrolling. While celebrating another month down, we received our video. This video completely left my husband and I speechless. Many tears were shed as we listened to my sister tell our love story as our day unfolded right in front of us. We were able to relive our perfect day, see our family smiling, friends dancing-we were immediately taken back to the best day of our life. Our video passed expectations I didn’t even know I had. Our video will be there during the happy moments, hard times and all of the in between days in our marriage. I cannot wait to show our children, grandchildren and great grand children how much love there was on the day of October 5th, 2019. For all those that are questioning adding on videography, believe me I was there. I never really got into other wedding videos, and only until after seeing ours, it became clear that our love story is only ours, just like our timeless video. So when considering if this extra perk is worth the money, keep in mind that you’ll quickly learn it’s not a perk, it’s up there with venue, dress, and booze-it’s essential. And when you are considering Love Hunters, I would 100% recommend, absolutely no question-she is one of the best in the business.

My husband was dreading having to be in front of a camera for a couple hours, but Susan immediately helped him feel comfortable and let our shoot flow. ess of the photos were exactly what we were looking for! Susan was amazing to work with planning everything with my busy schedule. Planning a wedding is no joke, even with a wedding planner. After scheduling, and rescheduling, and finally choosing a place for engagement pictures, Susan worked with our awkwardness and crazy dogs to create BEAUTIFUL photos for us. Fast forward to our wedding day. The craziness began, but Susan started work, pretty much without me knowing to be honest, and I loved that. She worked so well with our videographer (Happy Camper Film Photo) and was not in the way at all. I told her what I was wanting ahead of time, and she got everything. It was not until later that day that I met her work partner Sam--he spent the morning with the boys, and bless him for that. My husband is not very chatty and does not enjoy pictures, but he was able to make a fun environment to get some great shots! Susan & Sam are a well oiled machine. They made sure we got time to eat dinner (thank goodness because I get hangry so fast) and got amazing shots just the 2 of us after the ceremony without disturbing the vibe of the wedding. After the wedding/honeymoon hype wore down, we received our photos and flash drive in the mail in the chicest way! The box they delivered our photos in will be treasured forever and really showed they cared about details. We are forever thankful for Love Hunters and they will be apart of our lives for many years to come! r anything better. In my initial conversation with Susan, I immediately knew I wanted to hire her as our wedding photographer. She was so easy to talk to and understood what I was looking for. Susan was also extremely flexible with our engagement photos. There was bad weather on our initial date for the engagement photos, and Susan did not hesitate to move them until the weather improved. During our engagement photos, Susan and Sam were so great at directing us on where to look, what to do, and made it so fun. We were ecstatic with how our engagement photos turned out. They're beautiful! Leading up to our wedding, Susan was great about making sure our timeline and schedule of photos was set and made a list of all 'Must Take' photos. It was a breeze scheduling this, thanks to Susan. The day of our wedding couldn't have been more perfect, and Susan and her team at Love Hunters were a big part of how great our day turned out. Not only were they professional and made sure we kept on schedule and got all the photos we wanted, but they were so fun to hang out with. Several members of the bridal party mentioned to me how great they thought Love Hunters was and were impressed. Now that we have our wedding photos back, I cannot thank Susan, Sam, Kevin and Love Hunters enough for capturing the beauty of our day perfectly. The pictures are stunning and I can't stop looking at them. We got our wedding video back and I watched it 8 times in a row, no joke! The music is stunning. The edits are perfect. The moments captured are unforgettable. I get emotional watching it still, months later. It is the perfect combination of pre-wedding, ceremony, and post-wedding footage. The special moments and emotions of the day were captured perfectly - laughs, happy tears, love - it's all there for us to re-live. Our friends/family love our wedding video too and have all positive things to say. Picking Love Hunters to capture our wedding photos AND wedding video was 100% the perfect decision for us. I would hire Love Hunters a thousand times over and am so thankful we found them!

details and timeline! She has a wealth of knowledge on how weddings work and she, so kindly, provided all her best practices to me while I worked on our day of timeline. We had at least phone calls to talk through the timeline and then she kept us on time the day of the wedding, it was incredibly helpful!!!! Her photos are amazing, I have been a bridesmaid in 2 of her weddings before so I knew the product was going to be fantastic! She provided sneak peeks of our engagement and wedding less than a week after, it was amazing!!!! I can't sing her praise enough, she is truly one of a kind and one of the most helpful people you can have throughout your wedding planning process!!!!

ve Hunters as the wedding photographer. Susan took the time, at the engagement photo session, to get to know Rachel and Lucas. Because of that effort, the chronicling of the wedding captures their personalities, as a couple, and as individuals. They respected the couples desire to have fewer formal pictures, while having enough to satisfy the parents-a true balancing act. From the details of the flowers, to the huge group shot of each side of the new family, with so many candids in between, Susan and Sam preserved the day for us to enjoy forever. During the formal shots, Susan had a vision that was very efficiently communicated, from where to put your hands, how to hold the flowers, etc.. so that the wedding party looked their best. The candid pictures taken captured the joy and happiness expressed, from the bride and groom, to the friends and family in attendance. In particular, the photos of the band and the wedding guests enjoying themselves were so much fun to see. Our only regret was failing to have a videographer. In hindsight, the extra that we would have spent, was not much, for the return of having another view of the day. Hopefully, we’ll have a chance to correct that omission the next time we have a family wedding. Can’t wait to use the service of Love Hunters again!

sband and I weren't interested in doing an engagement session but she highly encouraged it. By the end of the session, we had to admit we were so glad we did it. Susan has a way of making it all feel natural. She was easy to get a hold of and very adaptable to any special request we had. And since she has so much experience, Susan was also able to help us identify any issues she thought we may run into on the big day (i.e. helped with our timeline). On top of all of this.... she takes AMAZING PICTURES!!!!!! You will not be disappointed :)

m. Love Hunters was the perfect selection for our engagement and wedding photographers. For our engagement session, their team picked the perfect time and locations for our shoot. They were able to not only capture the beauty of the scenery around us, but our personalities were evident in the shoot. They easily made us laugh and feel at ease so our photos looked more natural and fun. We got so many compliments on our engagement photos and even displayed them at our wedding. Then came the wedding, which was no easy task for Love Hunters. We had a large wedding with 4 different locations for the two different wedding preps, wedding ceremony, and reception. Love Hunters went to each location and operated a photo-booth at the reception. With their team they captured everything from candid shots of my niece, our guests, the table arrangements, cake, etc. to the formal shots of our families, bridesmaids, groomsmen, guests both in and out of the photo-booth, and just the groom and bride together. After the wedding Andrew and I were excited to see pictures and were surprised that we received a sneak peak of our wedding photos so soon. We also received our wedding photos and jump drive much more quickly than what we anticipated. The pictures not only capture the entirety of the day, but the beauty and emotions of the day. I am beyond grateful we chose Love Hunters as our photographers and for their amazing work. I have been able to relive our wedding day through these photos and will continue to do so in the future. Love Hunters has the talent, friendliness, hard work, and professionalism you want for your special day.

o driver and prevented the wedding ceremony being way off schedule -- not at all in her scope of duty, and oh boy, did we appreciate it.) Most importantly, we've gotten a million compliments on Susan's excellent photos! thanks, Susan! Two notes: we signed on with Susan before the brand name change, and as mid-30s bride and groom, we much preferred the less cute/youthful brand name. I noticed that she does mostly photograph folks who are younger than ourselves, though, so the brand name may target her market very well! Secondly, make sure you take note of the tasks at hand AFTER the wedding and be proactive about getting those selections made. We were slower than molasses getting Susan our album choices, and I do wish she'd gotten on us more with gentle reminders as the months dragged on! Susan is a great photographer and a very thoughtful human -- highly recommended!

ck to Susan's photos, and none seemed to compare to how much we loved her work. When we got our engagements photos back, we knew we made the best choice. Susan and her associate photographer, Sarah, captured our wedding day. They were both very attentive and always giving us little tips to position ourselves or make sure my hair or train was laying perfectly. They captured everything we wanted and more. Susan sent us a few teaser shots within a week of our wedding and the rest about a month later. They are truly the most beautiful photos! Our family and friends have not stopped commenting on how fabulous Susan and her photos are, and we couldn't be happier with choosing her as our photographer!

easy to work with. They invited us to look at all of their products at their studio and let us choose the appropriate package we needed. We had no idea what we truly wanted, but had small ideas. We trusted their judgment and style, and as they guided us through the entire process, everything exceeded our expectations. We didn't know where we wanted our engagement shoot to take place, but Susan and Sam had some hidden gems in mind. Our engagement shoot was full of fun and laughter. As for our wedding photos, we were overwhelmed at how wonderful they turned out. Susan and Sam went above and beyond to get so many different shots that we never would have envisioned. I may be biased, but I truly love their style and work ethic. You cannot go wrong.

. We literally met with 11 different photographers in Louisville, but from the moment we met with Susan and Sam we were sold. We wanted to have professional, timeless, and beautiful photos. But we also wanted to be comfortable and to have fun. We did our engagement pictures with them first which allowed us to get to know them casually before the big day. Talk about a fun experience! Our wedding day was amazing, and both Susan and Sam kept us relaxed and having fun. I could have not asked for a better team. We had a lot of luck from Mother Nature, but Susan and Sam's ability to find the angles and light that make beautiful photos is second to none. Highly recommend. If I ever got married again (to my husband of course 😉😉) they would be my photographers.

Susan was great at directing our somewhat rowdy families and keeping as close to the schedule as possible. We originally didn't order an album but are considering adding one on since we love our pictures so much!
