LIB was always very chill to work with and never stressed me out about anything, I was short 2 boutonnieres day of my wedding (my miscalculation) and they made them for us on the spot while setting up.

What was most disappointing was how argumentative Heather was when I called her right after delivery, a hour before starting hair and makeup. She gave every excuse in the books including that she has no control on what flowers are delivered to her and how nature can make flowers bright and bold instead of the soft pale hues you ordered. She was determined to tell me that I was overreacting and being unrealistic. I asked what we could do to fix, adjust and Heather continued to argue her point of view. She provided no viable solutions saying she had nothing at her shop to help rectify, not even the simplest of white flowers were offered. She was not interested in helping. Considering flowers are such a special detail, I was truly disappointed. I am so grateful my wedding day was perfect in every other way. Recommending you look for a florist that truly cares, listens, takes the time and can provide positive energy on one of the most important days of your lives.

I have to say, out of all the vendors we came across, Heather at Love in Bloom was one of the best. She listened to all of our specific and crazy editorial Vogue wedding issue requests, processed them, and came back to us with a vision that was feasible, in budget, gorgeous, and ultimately, a perfect representation of what my partner and I wanted. After the passing of my Grandmother, I requested that Heather incorporate a piece of my grandmother’s jewelry into my boutonniere. She did so with absolute pleasure. It meant so much to have a piece of her by my heart at my wedding. When we finally got the opportunity to meet her at our venue walk-through not only was Heather beyond prepared with planning, she was able to provide input on event set up and design that was invaluable. Even more important to us, Heather also seemed genuinely excited to execute our event. Something we truly take to heart. Thank you to Love in Bloom for your passion and dedication to our wedding.
