e that lives out of state I was so nervous that the hair and makeup planning process would be a nightmare, but Love, Johnny & June made it easy and helped me schedule a trial on a weekend I was already traveling to the area. When I did a full 180 for what I wanted post-trial (shoutout to the indecisive brides like me), Amanda made me feel comfortable and confident--totally without judgment. I never felt afraid to ask for something different or change my mind.
On the day of the wedding, Amanda and her team brought such calm and joyful energy to the getting ready process. It was so lovely to see my maid of honor and mom treated with just as much care in the beauty process as I was. The team really listened to what everyone wanted and did an incredible job. My hair and makeup were absolutely perfect, photographed beautifully, and lasted through a whole night of dancing, drinking, and joy (and possibly a dip in the lake). We couldn't be happier with the quality of care, professionalism, and final product.

: her attention to detail was unmatched, and both my curls and makeup lasted perfectly all day. I received so many compliments, and she gracefully incorporated all my questions and requests. My wedding hair flowers were quite finicky, but she managed to secure them beautifully.
Their team, including Amanda and others, was equally wonderful. Both moms looked stunning and were thrilled with how they felt: “themselves, but elevated", which was exactly what we hoped for. The bridesmaids’ looks were also exceptional. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, each girl had a style tailored to her preferences that suited her perfectly.
I could not recommend Love Johnny and June more highly. Thank you for making me feel my most beautiful on such an important day.

he nailed my hair and makeup perfectly: natural and polished, very much felt "me" (not overdone or costume-y). She also did my whole bridal party, and what impressed me most is how seamlessly she and her team managed everyone’s requests. None of my bridesmaids had clear ideas until the morning of, and Amanda handled each brand-new style or look on the spot without hesitation - every single person walked away looking gorgeous. As for my bridal look, Lindsey Bigness really went above and beyond and did literally the BEST hair and makeup I could have asked for! She was kind-hearted, knowledgeable and well organized from day 1 when I met her at the trial 4 months before the wedding! She kept me well informed of the day of schedule and even added an extra stylist last minute to help things go smoother! She took her time on my makeup and hair but it was so worth it -- it was SO beautiful!!! I will never forget how I felt that day thanks to her and her amazing talent. It was also a July wedding and our dance floor was crazy, but despite the sweat and movement, everything stayed well and I could not thank Lindsey enough!! That trust couldn’t have been more warranted in this team. They gave me dates for my trial that worked within other appointments while I was visiting. They were the right balance of communication of being informative and asking questions to me for my vision. They have continued to impress me even after my wedding day (6/29/24). Myself and fellow bridesmaids have still talked about how obsessed we were with our makeup and hair to the point where we reached back out to their team for details regarding brands used so we could try to recreate our looks. Endless thanks for making me feel like my most beautiful self on the most important day of my life.

We didn’t have a chance to meet ahead of time, and she was willing to make a change when I had a doubt about my lashes and wanted to add more color to my eyes. While I wear makeup day to day, I haven't ever had my makeup done like I did for my wedding. I did not feel at all overdone and everything Amanda did looked very natural, but so elevated. My hairstyle was soft and very flattering and my bridal party also looked amazing!
My hair and makeup stayed great looking all night. Would recommend Amanda and her team to anyone looking for HMUA in the area!

my trial and share in the memories. I love that their work is 'enhanced natural beauty'. A lot of my girls are not make-up wearers and they all loved their looks. No one felt caked on. Everyone's hair and make up stayed in place for a very long day. I also loved that she used products that I normally use on myself so it prevented any fear of having a reaction or not sitting right on my skin. The day of, they were all fantastic! They kept everyone on time and truly felt like they were there to share the day. They made everyone feel so beautiful. I'm not used to wearing a lot of makeup, so I was nervous about having a makeup artist overdo it. But Lindsey did a great job with the trial and was really responsive to making changes before the big day. I was impressed and eased by Lindsey's flexibility and willingness to make expert suggestions without being judgmental about what I wanted. She and Eva also did a phenomenal job with my bridesmaids and mother, most of whom also aren't accustomed to wearing a lot of makeup. Everyone looked beautiful but also comfortable in their own skin. The two were also just really pleasant and nice to be with on the big day.

On the day of the wedding, I considered changing my hairstyle from my trial due to weather, and she was completely on board to do that too. Honestly, I didn't do any touch ups over the night. My makeup was not overdone at all and looked myself :)
Lindsey, is amazing. I have been in many weddings as a bridesmaid but my wedding updo was everything and more. Lindsey is so easy to talk to and had no issue when we mixed different updo ideas together in order to get what I envisioned. My hair stayed perfectly throughout all the dancing and looked amazing in photos. Furthermore, the mom's and my sister in laws hair and makeup were all on point. If I could repeat my wedding day I would choose Lindsey and Hannah hands down every time. Can't recommend them enough!

After my trial with Amanda I left feeling so confident and excited for my special day. She listened to what I wanted to try and what my normal style was to help create a beautiful look.
The day of the wedding Amanda arrived on time. She was very organized and this allowed myself and my bridesmaids to be ready when the photographer arrived which made the rest of the day to run smoothly so we could enjoy all of those fun things you spend so much time planning.
Amanda met and exceeded every hope that I had for my look on my wedding day. She made me feel beautiful and I felt like a proper bride.
