to Katie whom I knew through work. She responded quickly and we scheduled a shoot soon after. She kept our nerves at bay by conversing with us, making us laugh, and directing our poses. Her guidance and warm demeanor were exactly what we needed and the shots were beautiful! :D As we sorted out our needs and wedding timelines, she was very informative and always willing to help out however she could. When it got closer to our wedding date, she was organized and flexible, coming up with a timeline that suited our needs. She made us feel supported, important, and assured. On our wedding day, she photographed me and the girls at our parlor and then headed to our venue with Denise. Both of them worked seamlessly together and were considerate of specific pictures that we wanted with our families and wedding party. To no surprise, we felt at ease being photographed and appreciate the balance that Katie has between candid and posed shots. The previews that we got are lovely and we look forward to seeing the remaining pictures further down the road!
