n went above and beyond as a day of coordinator. She attended meetings, ran our rehearsal, created timelines and kept everything on track on the big day. In addition to that, she filmed cute content, kept me sane, and made sure that all of our belongings made it home with us at the end of the night. She came highly recommended by our venue, The Barn at Raccoon Creek and has done lots of weddings there. It was so wonderful to see the relationships she had built with the other vendors we used and everyone at the Barn. We had several guests tell us it was the most well run wedding that they had ever attended. I could not recommend Caitlin enough and feel so lucky that she was there for us on our big day!

SO thankful we had Caitlin for our big day! We had Caitlin as our “day-of” coordinator at our venue, The Barn at Raccoon Creek. She helped us with the coordination of our rehearsal, day-of timeline, decor, and many other day-of items that we didn’t even account for. We did a lot of DIY decor, and bless her heart for taking my scatter-brained instructions and materials and bringing the vision together! She kept everything throughout the day running smoothly and according to our schedule. It was also so great that she had pretty much worked with everyone at our venue before, so there was great communication and coordination between vendors. Our families, my (now) husband and I are so thankful for all the time, assistance and attention to detail from Caitlin on our wedding day, it wouldn’t have been the same without her efforts!

ext steps as we had to postpone from fall 2020, to spring of 2021, to the fall of 2021. We used her month of services, but she was still super involved over email before the event ensuring that she had everything she needed and understood our vision heading into the big day. The day of she did such a wonderful job of wrangling the vendors and wedding party, giving us updates through the day but also letting us have time to ourselves and keeping things stress free. The cherry on top was managing a difficult DJ and keeping him on task and everything running smoothly without worrying us (don't worry the DJ has left CO!). We cannot thank Caitlin enough (and I'm so sorry this review is so late!) and I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

recommended to me by my wedding venue (Barn at Raccoon Creek) as a month of/day of planner because I needed someone to help me coordinate vendors and put up decorations and help me feel more organized overall in the couple of months leading up to the big day. I am so, so thankful for Caitlin - she was so much more than just a planner. She is warm, enthusiastic, positive, kind, so organized, supportive, and will do whatever she can to make your day special. Everything ran so smoothly on the day of and it was all thanks to her attention to detail and communication skills. The venue we booked came with a day of coordinator, but as Caitlyn mentioned the first time we met her at one of our tastings, the venue coordinator was there for the staff, and we wanted someone there for us. We met with her via zoom once early on, and in person about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. I consider myself a decent planner (type a personality 🙃), but there’s no way I could have thought of each and every detail beforehand. Let alone the day of putting decor out and place cards etc. She was so kind and you can feel that she cares about your day. We appreciate Caitlyn so much and will send anyone I know getting hitched her way! Thank you!!

ft. At first, my mother and I were a bit apprehensive about planning a wedding in a different state, but having Caitlin in CO made all of our worries disappear. Caitlin is super easy going, but totally on the ball. I am extremely busy with work with very limited time, so having Caitlin to research vendors (she has amazing relationships), negotiate terms, and help us develop our vision was priceless. She even physically went to the floral warehouse to develop the flower types, colors, style, bouquets, etc., sending us pictures throughout the process so we could narrow our vision. I'm SO glad we went with the full package! On the day of, I could not have asked for anyone more supportive and positive. Everything flowed absolutely flawlessly (or even if it didn't, we certainly didn't know) and I completely attribute that to Caitlin. From step one, to the millions of steps throughout our wedding day, she was there. I have no idea how she does it, and I know I didn't even see the tip of the iceberg of all the work she put in, but we are eternally grateful that she made our day absolutely PERFECT! Caitlin will always have a special spot in our hearts and we really do consider her family now. <3

Her support was especially appreciated as we were planning our wedding out-of-state! The weekend of the wedding, her help at our rehearsal plus the day of the wedding was priceless. It was so nice to not have to worry about all of the details and really be able to enjoy our wedding day. She did an incredible amount of work throughout the day- from helping with the set-up, decor, coordinating with vendors, making sure the timing of the wedding/cocktail hour/reception "flowed," and staying after to complete decor take down. On top of this, she helped handle a few unexpected issues that came up- fixing our seating chart and getting extra chairs for our ceremony. She is motivated to make sure everything goes smoothly and if anything needs to happen, she will make it happen! She helped keep everyone relaxed and having fun throughout the rehearsal and wedding day. We had so many of our friends and family tell us it was such a fun wedding and so perfect/personal to us as a couple. Caitlin's help was such a big part of making that happen. To anyone considering a month-of coordinator- we can't recommend her enough!

I think one of my favorite parts of Caitlin being apart of our wedding was knowing she was in my corner at all times.
