Kate designed a wedding invitation that featured the chapel my husband and I got married in. She even sent us the original artwork which I immediately had custom framed. I display it on our mantel and it is such a wonderful reminder of a beautiful day. She cares about all of the details, too. She listens to you and will make edits to your quote based on feedback she receives. Kate provided advice regarding the number of invitations to order, cost of postage, factoring in weight of wax seals, etc. She also packages her products beautifully (and safely). There is no way they will bend/wrinkle in transit! Lastly, Kate is genuinely kind. Kate pours her heart into her work, and it shows. Kate did my calligraphy as well and it looked so beautiful. My invitations were delivered alphabetized and extremely organized, which made stuffing them simple. When I texted her telling her my fiance's mom forgot someone and that I just needed to order more envelopes, instead she asked for the name and address and did the calligraphy in one day - amazing! Kate will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your invitations. You just can't get that kind of personal touch and attention from Shutterfly or Minted.
