Love Like Crazy

search, we were trying to find the team that best understood our vision, budget, and meshed with us the best. When we told Amy about our vision to have a baseball themed wedding, with a separate opening day ceremony the evening before, her response was, “hell yea!” and then she proceeded to tell us about her family’s love of baseball and additional rental items her team could provide to help us achieve this vision. Her prices were significantly more affordable than other local planners we interviewed. It was important to us that we make our event kid-friendly, and she had lots of tips, tricks, and solutions on how we could do that without breaking the bank. Amy and her team helped us search for venues, play around with decoration themes, booked dress appointments for us, shared vendor contacts, built the cross and arch displayed at the ceremony, and coordinated with everyone who would be a part of our wedding so we had less of that burden. I wouldn’t say that my now husband and I were the “bridezilla-couple-from-hell” type but boy did we take forever to respond to a message and only to then reply back with 50 more questions. Amy and her team rolled with us and learned how to keep us on track with deadlines. If we had listened earlier in the process, we could have saved some time in booking our dream venue and florists – seriously, our venue was everything we wanted it to be, and our florist was the kindest woman alive – both of these came from Amy’s preferred vendor list. Love Like Crazy’s biggest strength is their ability to pull you into their family and give you the local’s only treatment. As a SoCal native, working with her felt like I was talking to my cousins or my school best friend – the only thing missing was tacos and beers (though champagne did arrive a couple times at meetings :P ). My husband and I are both middle children and often have a hard time having the attention all on us.  In those moments when we were flustered, Amy was our biggest advocate. During our events, she was hustling and kicking butt making magic happen, yet she never broke a sweat. She was poised, organized, graceful, and friendly with all our guests, and helped us stay 100% engaged in the magic of our wedding weekend. Everything was beautiful, and so many people complimented us on how flawless it all went. Literal direct quotes: “You outdid yourself!” “One of the best weddings I have ever been to” “Congratulations!! It was seriously the best wedding I’ve ever been to. It had great flow, good tray pass, the location was beautiful, the decorations were perfect, the ceremony was concise, the kids stuff was perfect…I honestly can’t think of anything I would have changed. All the details were great. You guys did well!!” Thank you again to everyone at Love Like Crazy! If there’s another big family party in the future, we will definitely give a holla!

I highly recommend Love Like Crazy for any event planning needs you may have.

Never once did i doubt either of them would produce the most perfect day.  She handled everything: set up was flawless and beautiful, every detail was taken care of, and she was always there for me whenever I had a question or needed reassurance. Because of Amy, I had zero stress and was fully able to enjoy the best day of my life. Everything went perfectly, smoothly, and exactly how I imagined it and that’s 100% because of her professionalism, calm presence, and expertise. I cannot recommend Amy and Love Like Crazy Events highly enough. If you’re even considering a coordinator, stop looking and book her. 💕✨
