Love Me Knot Weddings

on about 15 minutes AFTER we were scheduled to do something (cake cutting, garter toss, etc) and ask when I’d like to do the activity. I would have rather she come up to me about 15 BEFORE the scheduled event and let me know ahead of time. There were also some things my bridesmaids told me about that spoke to her character that were not very flattering...

sure your guests have a good time at your wedding. What I wasn't thinking about until towards the end was how important it was to have someone who would wrangle all the various puzzle pieces together and make sure the wedding ran smoothly. Kristen was right there every step of the way in the month leading up to my wedding and was a total savior the night before and night of the wedding. I really didn't think I needed a very involved coordinator due to the fact that my wedding was on the smaller side (less than 100 guests) and in my parents backyard with a lot of family helping out (MIL making the cake, SIL doing my makeup, parents hosting the event, family friend arranging the flowers). But wow was I wrong. You never know if part of your wedding party will show up 45 minutes late to your 30 minute rehearsal. Mine did! And it was only because of Kristen's professionalism and calm leadership that everyone was able to still learn their marks without biting each others heads off in the process. Not only did she keep all of my family and vendors on schedule the day of the wedding, when I realized 2 weeks prior to the date that I wasn't going to be able to extend my photographer for an extra hour and a half to capture the end of my wedding and sparkler exit, I turned to Kristen with a "what now?!?" email and she was quick to respond with multiple options on how we could still capture the end of the night. Ultimately, I saw her personal photography portfolio and hired her on the spot to shoot the end of the wedding. What's better than a coordinator who's a jack of all trades! The photos of the last hour and a half of my wedding are absolutely beautiful and everything that night ran as smooth as could be. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator or photographer! Kristen is professional, flexible, personable and totally calm in a sea of chaos.

o without wedding planner. Even though I had the majority of the planning done already, Kristen took all my worries away the day of the wedding. I didn't have to worry about where the vendors would set up or what we were going to do if the heat began to melt the cake. Kristen had everything under control and I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day. She was punctual, flexible, professional and fun! Kristen went above and beyond and I would recommend her services to anyone looking to have a stress-free wedding day.
