Simply put, we could not have gotten married without Kara! Our day was perfect, and it's all thanks to her! Initially, I was one of those stubborn brides that thought I didn't need a wedding planner. I was so wrong! I instantly felt at ease after hiring her, and looking back, having her made all the difference! Leading up the wedding day, Kara not only answered all my many questions but she crafted our timeline, updated vendors, you name it, she did it all! On our wedding day, Kara took care of everything! She did the setup and our wedding looked beautiful! The entire day felt so smooth and flawless. On top of that, Kara makes you feel so special and you feel like best friends after working together. One of our best decisions was hiring Kara. I feel so fortunate to have found her and I'd recommend her to anyone/everyone in a heartbeat! Thank you for all your hard work, Kara! We love you!

Kara jumped in to help us plan our perfect wedding in Beaver Creek in less than a year's time. She connected us to incredible vendors, organized countless timelines, and executed our vision seamlessly. As you know the lists never end with wedding planning, but Kara was there every step of the way to make us feel cared for and organized. When I was overwhelmed she was there to help me breathe and calm down. She is so incredibly punctual (down to the minute) so when I threw her the curve ball of not feeling well the morning of our wedding (thus pushing things back a decent amount) she adjusted and kept on going! Kara is an absolute gem! She is not only a fantastic planner, but a wonderful person. I honestly don't know where to begin because I have so many things I want to write. First, our wedding turned out more magical than we could ever have imagined. Kara did a great job of listening to us and understanding our vision and what was important to us. She had great ideas for how to make the weekend even better. The end result was unbelievable and we were thrilled all weekend! Second, Kara made the whole planning process as easy as it could be. She was super responsive and she always provided awesome suggestions. There are infinite options and things to think about when planning a wedding - but Kara was able to narrow things down for us to keep it all manageable and make sure we were able to focus on the things we really cared about. Kara was also super organized and made sure that all of the pieces fit together. I never had a doubt that it would all come together knowing that she was at the helm. Finally, Kara is an amazing presence. She is supportive and kind and just a joy to be around. We just loved spending time with her! I cannot recommend her enough.

Kara is absolutely amazing! HIRE HER!!! She went above and beyond my expectations and styled/ran the most beautiful and seamless wedding for us. Neither me or my mom lifted a finger on our wedding day. I received compliments from WEDDING GUESTS on how organized, wonderful and FUN she was. Leading up to the wedding, she kept me on track with decision making, then took over and made them for me when I got overwhelmed. She was reasonable with budgeting and made recommendations for areas to cut costs without compromising quality. Also, she had relationships with our venue, photographer and florist which helped with negotiating and finalizing a design style. She was even able to accommodate my last-minute changes and diva bride requests. Love love LOVE Kara as a vendor and friend. You will too :)

In all honesty, I’ve been procrastinating this review because I don’t want it to end (but realistically, it won’t because we’re friends for life now). I love Kara so incredibly much. As a wedding photographer and a bride, she knew exactly what I was thinking at all times. A year of phone calls, emails, plane rides, tears, and triumphs, I can confidently say… look no further. You will be lucky to have this incredible STONG woman on your side. She was my rock throughout my destination wedding and there is no way I could have done it without her. She put herself first throughout every single situation and went above and beyond what I expected her to do. By the time the wedding day came around, she was just another best friend in the room with me. I’m tearing up right now thinking about how perfect our wedding day was and it’s all because of her. Kara knows everyone and holds fantastic relationships with each person she meets. She truly has a niche with the wedding world that not many people can handle. Kara, you are such an inspiration to me inside and outside of the wedding world. Thank you for taking care of Holt and I, we are forever grateful for your selfless being. You’re right where you need to be.

Kara is hands down THE best wedding planner in Colorado! She helped me plan my wedding from start to finish and made it exciting and fun vs. stressful and overwhelming. She has an AMAZING design eye, especially if you're looking for a lux mountain/ranch wedding (which I was). She also has awesome relationships with vendors all over the state (and probably beyond) so she knows how to pick people that will fit you and your specific vision so that you don't have to research and get a million quotes. Instead, she guides you the right person, and at my wedding, every vendor was absolutely amazing - from florals to the band to the invites to hair and makeup - they all completely knocked it out the park! And when we did run into issues, she helped solve them right away while still holding a smile. You cannot go wrong with Kara - she will literally be your best friend and your savior during what is the most exciting (but also naturally stressful) time in your life. I cannot recommend her enough!

I thought finding the love of my life was lucky...but finding Kara was the definition of luck! Haha ;) She was fabulous to work with- from her amazing Google Drive skillz to dumpster diving on the wedding day to search for a missing heirloom. I looked forward to our communication (and I miss it now!) She put me at ease on our first call and kept me there through the process of planning. Our wedding party was so impressed with her! Plus- she's really great at wrangling groomsmen when they aren't listening to instructions! Hire Kara immediately, if not sooner.

Kara is literally the best possible thing that has ever happened to wedding planning!!!!! Kara is responsive, professional, she has great ideas, she is SO easy to work with, and she is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Kara nailed everything about planning my wedding and is so great that I even hung out with her for a few minutes during my own wedding reception! We worked together for about a year and a half planning my wedding and I can honestly say that it would have been nowhere near the wedding of my dreams without her. She knows her stuff and I didn't have to worry about anything the day of my wedding. She is worth every penny and more.

Kara and Love This Day Events is easily the best choice you can possibly make for your wedding! She is the kindest person and is totally on top of everything that she does. Because she is so kind and experienced, she can refer you to a network of other totally talented individuals that help create the perfect wedding team! She is organized from the moment you talk to her. She helped guide me through decisions throughout the wedding planning process that helped make it fun and manageable. She has a knack for beautiful detail and has a calming fun spirit that you will fall in love with. Our wedding venue was way less than helpful and she took care of it all and gave us the wedding of our dreams! She coordinated moving our wedding inside due to change of weather conditions and it was absolutely stunning! We were able to enjoy our ENTIRE wedding weekend because we knew she had all the small things taken care of ahead of time. I cannot say enough how much I am grateful for her experience and refreshing genuine kindness! You should choose her because you will never look back and you will have a flawless stress-free wedding!

What can I say about Kara that hasn't been already said?! Well I will double down on all of it! We found Kara and she basically became the third musketeer to my mother and I through the whole planning project. We are from California and she made every call, email, text, facetime and IN PERSON appointment possible for our Winter Park winter wedding. She knew all of the best vendors but also was very open to us looking for new options out there. She most importantly suggested our band that actually might have been the best band I have ever seen (no bias promise) and made the party beyond fun. She was there all the way leading up emailing back in the middle of the night, texting me in between breaks during her own meetings and just being such a positive light in a time that kind sometimes be stressful. She was a great liaison between ourselves and the venue since we weren't there in person and always had 2 to 3 solutions to a problem if it arose. She kept track of hundreds of email chains between a bunch of vendors and just kept everyone moving forward. She made the tough calls to vendors if you were in a pickle and took a lot of pressure off. Kara I consider more than a planner but a friend and I don't think anyone could have listened, executed and go BEYOND like she did. My wedding was as perfect as it could have been all planned and ran smoothly my Kara. I can't say thank you enough and recommend her enough to anyone getting married - she is the real deal!

Kara might just be super woman in disguise, but really, she was amazing! I could call her with any question/concern and she was always on it. She had a very calming, yet demanding presence which was wonderful when getting stuff done behind the scenes. Sarah always knew when to step in and when she could melt into the background. Throughout the whole event I knew that Kara was working hard and thinking of everything two steps ahead so that I wouldn't have to worry about it. I didn't have a worry in the world after the ceremony because of Kara Delay and I HIGHLY recommend her services! Thank you!

Kara was so great to work with as our wedding planner! We used many of her vendor recommendations and they were all wonderful too (Florist: Rachel Smith, Photographers: Brinton Studios). We had the month of package with Kara. At our first meeting, she came with a list of questions to run through to make sure we had covered all of our bases. For the things we had not done yet, Kara quickly gave us recommendations when she saw the look of panic on my face. For example, when we started talking about table clothes and napkin colors. I was so done making decisions. Kara realized and just chimed in X color and X color would look great with what you already have planned. Kara put together a timeline for us for the day of. It was great. I would have planned much less time for everything, but she really knows her stuff. It took every second she planned. She communicated with all of our vendors for me the month of - making sure they were showing up on time, making sure they had all they needed, making sure they were paid on time (because no bride wants to worry about those things on the month of their wedding). Everything went so smoothly. She even packed up everything for us after the wedding! I woke up to our slice of cake, my wedding shoes I changed out of and left in the dressing room, my mom's cake server, etc. It was so nice to not have to worry about packing things up at the end of the night. Kara is such an joy to work with and I'm so glad she put all the pieces together for our special day!

Kara and the Love This Day Events team are always an absolute pleasure to work with! Kara is very responsive and always available to her Clients, Vendors and to her venue managers. I have never worked with another wedding planner in Colorado with better design and attention to detail. I highly recommend Kara she is wonderful and will make your special day better than you could have every imagined.

Kara is worth EVERY penny! Let's begin by discussing how she instantly makes you feel special and important! She is on top of her game and responds very quickly! Talk about the most upbeat and kind person I have ever met! She continuously tried to make every detail as soon and reasonable as possible! Don't look any further... She's the BEST!!

Can I add more stars? I don't even know where to begin with this review, except if you need the most beautiful and creative wedding ever, book them! Rachel and Kara became people I care about! We hit it off from the start. and there wasn't one second in the entire process that I questioned their abilities. They love what they do, they love their clients, they whip the vendors into shape, they made my groom smile in pictures (a very hard task) and they calmed me down right before I walked down the aisle. (some serious joke telling) If I could have them move in with me and manage my life I would, but I am so thankful for the job they did with our wedding and making great new friends! Hire these ladies, they are the bees knees!

We are so happy we worked with Kara and her team at Love This Day Events for our destination weekend Colorado ranch wedding! Being far away in New York City, Kara helped us find the best vendors in Colorado within our budget without the stress. She helped us stay on top of our timeline and listened very carefully to everything that was most important to us. Everything we wanted became a reality, thanks to Kara!

I have nothing but 100% positive feedback about working with Love This Day Events. We hired them for "month of" coordination as well as all decor, rentals, and flowers for the wedding and rehearsal dinner. In no way was this limited to "month of" work. Kara is a blast to work with and her happiness and creativity are contagious. She is an charismatic ball of energy and will totally get whatever vision you have and turn it into something more amazing. My wedding pinterest board had exactly 1 pin (I'm not a pintrester), yet she was able to understand my ramblings, ideas, thoughts, etc and turn it into the day of my dreams. Even more amazing, she was able do it all within our budget. Kirsty came along later and worked with us more month of and day of. She is fantastic and executed everything absolutely flawlessly. So many friends and family members have told me how impressed they were with Kirsty that day. She made any little misstep a non issue. We forgot the cake topper in our home state... NBD the flowers on top were even better! No guest book? Who cares, the postcards she put out were perfect! MOH with some serious stomach issues? Gross, but she handled it perfectly :) Rachel's flowers were stunning. My bridesmaids were obsessed w/ the crowns and they all looked and felt gorgeous. Because of LTDE, we didn't stress at all the entire weekend and truly had the time of our lives. If you're even slightly considering hiring someone for total or partial coordination, DO IT and hire them. As out-of-staters I don't know how we would have pulled it off w/out them. One more note, I was 100% satisfied with all of the other vendors they recommended.

I can’t say enough amazing things about these ladies. I honestly don’t know how any wedding can happen, any time, anywhere, without Kara’s master timeline. She is the ultimate professional! We hired LTDE for month-of coordination and flowers/décor, but they were really behind the scene every step of the way. We worked with primarily with Rachel for the planning, and she created the wedding I never knew I always wanted. She quickly responded to every whim and request, and she was always respectful of budget concerns. She even showed up with lunch for my entire family the morning of the wedding! Her flowers and table settings were beyond beautiful. It was so easy to enjoy each moment of the wedding because I knew there was nothing to worry about - Rachel had it all under control. Hiring LTDE was the best decision we made for our wedding!

My husband and I could not recommend Kara and Kirsty from Love This Day Events any more highly! They were such a pleasure to work with and helped us have a seamless, beautiful and special wedding day. I can't imagine the planning process or the actual wedding day without them. Kirsty is extremely professional, organized, responsive and -- most importantly to us -- very kind and a true pleasure to work with! Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly detail-oriented, making sure that we had a solid plan in place and coordinating behind the scenes with our vendors. She was also willing to field random questions from us and always had an expert opinion or advice to share! On the wedding day itself, Kirsty was on top of everything and attended to every little detail to make sure the day went smoothly. She even helped safety pin my dress when the bustle wouldn't work. Everyone in our wedding party had so much respect for Kirsty and told us how much they enjoyed her presence as well -- she kept everyone smiling and knowing where to be at any moment. And most importantly, she was so kind and caring to me and my husband, which helped make our wedding day even more special. Likewise, we loved working with Kara as well, who is extremely experienced and has truly seen it all! She always had an expert opinion to share with us and always made sure we were on task and focusing on what was most important. Her vendor recommendations were truly phenomenal -- I don't think we could have assembled a better vendor team. And the floral design she prepared for our wedding was GORGEOUS. We couldn't have been happier with our flowers and how she helped the room come to life with small touches. She is very talented at both the planning and design elements of this job! We recommend Kara and Kirsty extremely highly -- anyone would be extremely lucky to have them as part of their wedding day!

Love this Day Events was our coordinator and provided flowers/decor as well. Kara and Rachel were professional, artistic and wonderful to work with. My flowers were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined! They took the time to choose each flower and it really showed. I would recommend them to anyone!

My biggest regret of my wedding is that I didn't hire Rami and Pick me! to do all of my day-of coordination as well as the flowers (She just did the flowers and decor - which were phenomenal). Rami goes above and beyond for her clients and is a wonderful, friendly, fun, personable artist and wedding professional.

Pick Me Floral and Event Design are Amazing!!!! Rami made my dream wedding come true! We had a destination wedding in beautiful Tabernash, CO at Devil's Thumb Ranch. It was a very intimate with 13 of our closes friends and family. We had our dinner in the wine cellar and I was speechless when I saw the room! It was exactly what I wanted a very romantic look with lots of candles and flowers. My flowers were beautiful and I could not ask for more. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them for any event! I look forward to seeing my pictures soon.

I planned my wedding long distance...I live in Florida and my wedding was in Aspen, CO. With that said, I found Rami and Pick Me! online and from the first phone call I knew we were going to work well together. Rami is such a fun, relaxed, and amazingly talented planner! She went above and beyond by visiting my venue and helping me coordinate all details from rehearsal dinner, wedding, and Sunday brunch. After all was said and done, my mom and I both agreed that choosing Rami was the best money we have ever spent. She made the day stress free for me, my family, and everyone involved. Best of all, she was also my florist.....incredible!!!

I really could not have pulled off the ceremony, reception, grooms dinner or all the other details, without Kara! She is fantastic! She made me feel very special and made my wedding celebration something I will never forget. And, I will never forget her!

i never once saw Rami because I had a destination wedding. We talked on the phone multiple times and she somehow delivered exactly, precisely what I wanted. She was able to work with my budget and still make beautiful bouquets. Definitely recommend this chick!

Kara seems to have cornered the market and PERFECTED the mountain wedding. But when I saw what she did in Napa and several other destination weddings, I KNEW this was the planner for me. Not only does she have incredible creative intuition (seriously? my ideas for my wedding were such an abstract mish mash and she made them a gorgeous reality), but she makes the process fun! Her excellent artistry, combined with top notch skills in wrangling people make her a must for any event. It will be done with excellence, a wink in the eye and a lot of laughter. Seriously...book her YESTERDAY!!!
