remely stressful for me as our initial proof was a near copy of one of my inspiration pieces and that lack of integrity really disappointed and confused me. The edits were made quickly but I had to be very specific about things like grammar and capitalization. Then shipping was very frustrating as I was not provided with a tracking number ever, after multiple requests, and I was told they would arrive on a Friday and I did not receive them until the following Saturday. I was however refunded for my shipping.
