Jessica was my month of coordinator for my wedding on April 23, 2022. I first talked with her in December of 2020 and she was SO helpful from the first moment we talked! She answer...
ed all my questions and provided a lot of helpful information. She was very quick at responding to all my questions. She gave me input when I asked and never judged any of my decisions. When it got closer to the wedding, she was the main point of contact for all my vendors which took a lot of stress off of me! She created a timeline and was very specific with each detail. My wedding ran so smoothly thanks to Jessica and her details and communication! Thank you Jessica for EVERYTHING! My wedding was so amazing and happy and I have Jessica to thank for that!
Jessica deserves ten stars not five! I cannot imagine what our wedding would've been like without Jessica. Every single step of the way, Jessica was there to answer our millions of...
questions, help with the small details, and overall put us at ease when it came to stressing over the wedding. When our May 2020 wedding had to be rescheduled to Nov 2020 and then to August 2021, she made us feel at east about it all and never stopped helping us along the way. She made the months, weeks and days leading up to the wedding actually enjoyable because we trusted her with coordinating the vendors, handling logistics, etc. I cannot recommend her enough. She is thoughtful, gracious, patient, I could go on forever. Hiring Jessica was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding!!
Jessica is my hero! She was our month of coordinator but she was a huge help during the whole wedding planning process. She was a life saver during replanning for Covid. Not only w...
as she great at her job but she was also so thoughtful and called me the day of our original wedding to make sure I was doing okay! I would highly recommend Jessica for all your wedding planning needs.
Like some other reviewers, I WISH I could give more than 5 stars to Jessica and her company Lovebird Lane Events. She was so incredibly great and is so gifted in the services that ...
she offers. As Mother of the Bride, I was involved in every aspect of helping to plan our daughter’s (May 2021) wedding. I booked the vendors, helped with the wedding design, details and worked with our daughter to plan the wedding of her dreams. Truth be told, early in the planning process, I wasn’t even sure we needed an outside wedding coordinator since our venue offered some of that help as well. Boy was I wrong! I just can’t say enough GREAT THINGS about Jessica Hernandez/Lovebird Lane Events and the incredible job that she did! She literally saved the day! The saying goes… “you don’t know what you don’t know.” So true! Jessica stepped in and handled all of the hundreds of details and vendor communications months ahead of the wedding. She took so much off of my plate allowing me to be in the moment, and enjoy not only the wedding weekend itself, but also the days leading up. She offered much needed advice on so many different decisions, helped us pivot to a new location just eight weeks out from the wedding date (our original venue cancelled due to winter storm damage), coordinated all of the moving parts seamlessly, was the calm voice and SO ORGANIZED in making sure that everyone knew where and when to be on the wedding day. One of the most important things she did was draft an incredibly detailed schedule for our vendors, wedding party and photographer so that all of our wishes were heard and executed perfectly. Jessica handled conversations with some that could have been difficult with such grace and efficiency. All of the above resulted in a beautiful wedding that our whole family and the bride and groom celebrated, all without the “wedding stress” of a very busy day. As MOB, I was truly able to be present in the moment. Best of all, Jessica is a lovely, kind person who truly cares about the brides and families that she serves. She was so easy to contact and very available for all of my many questions. I highly recommend her services and cannot imagine our daughter’s wedding without her!
Can I give more than 5 stars for Jessica & her team? The amount of help and time Jessica spent preparing for our special day, definitely helped my type-A stress level. She bent ov...
er backwards to make sure I was taken care of fully...through all my text, calls, and emails, Jessica remained professional and patient with me.
HIRE HER. She will give her professional opinion but make sure to follow your vision. My day turned out perfect, literal perfection.
Having event planning as my background and being a control freak...Jessica made sure to remember who I was when helping 60-days out and the day-of.
Jessica was amazing from start to finish! I found her through a friends wedding that I was in and the second I saw her I knew I needed her for my wedding. She is direct, to the poi...
nt and gets the job done. She has the biggest heart and truly cares about her brides. I knew Jessica was going to make my special day perfect and she did not disappoint. I called Jessica the morning after my wedding just to thank her for making my day perfect and for being there for me every step of the way. I was on cloud 9 and I am truly so grateful for her and her team. If you need a wedding coordinator/planner, Jessica is your girl and she will not let you down!
Jessica is THE BEST! She was the first vendor I booked after getting engaged because of the other amazing reviews, and she totally lives up to her reputation. She is 100% professio...
nal, super organized, and a boss at this business. Her knowledge with all things wedding and vendors and schedules, etc. was incredibly helpful. Despite her title as a month-of coordinator, she worked with us in detail starting two months out and was always available for questions along the way during our 16-month-long engagement. We literally did not have to worry about a thing on wedding day! I always heard the saying "something will go wrong on your wedding day" and maybe it did, but I never noticed it. She led the charge on everything from setup to tear down and fixing my veil in between pictures... not to mention she is so kind and calm, and such a steady presence throughout the wedding planning process and on the big day. <3 Jessica is worth her weight in gold and you need her!!
Hiring Jessica with Lovebird Lane Events was THE best decision we made in our wedding planning process, hands down. I would hire her over and over again. Booking her pre COVID-19, ...
little did I know (at the time) how invaluable having her would be.
Not only did she pull together all the final details of our wedding absolutely perfectly (she's so well organized, you really won't have to think about ANY logistics day of), but she helped us navigate the uncharted waters that COVID-19 brought just a few weeks before our big day. Jessica remained calm and level headed as she presented us all of the options and talked through the pros and cons of each. She took many phone calls (and heard many tears) from me during this time, before and after work hours. This alone is something I cannot thank her enough for. She was truly our sounding board and confidant when it came to all things postponement: logistics, vendors, guest communication, and more. It was so incredibly helpful for us to have a third party, non-biased friend to discuss and navigate these decisions with.
On top of all of this, Jessica took it upon herself to communicate updates with our vendors as we worked to make our decision about postponing. She took the time to send several emails and make many phone calls to bounce available dates back and forth, in order to hopefully line up as many vendors as possible for our new date. The fact that Jessica took this off our shoulders during an emotional and stressful time truly shows how much she cares about her couples. To say she went above and beyond her role would be an understatement.
She is my right hand woman, my go-to, and is so incredibly easy to be around. I would recommend her 100x over. Hire Jessica and I promise it will be the best decision you make during the wedding planning process! We cannot wait to CELEBRATE with her in April 2021 at our wedding!!
If you want a STRESS FREE wedding I would highly recommend hiring Lovebird Lane Events. Unfortunately my wedding was postponed due to Covid and Jessica reached out to all my vender...
s and I didn’t have to do a thing. She went above and beyond in making my wedding absolutely perfect. She is super organized and makes sure everything is exactly how you pictured it. She will also give suggestions to make sure everything runs smoothly on your big day. I can’t say enough good things about her and will miss working with her on a daily basis.
Choosing to hire Jessica and her team was by far the best decision we made through the whole wedding process! After our first meeting with Jessica, we knew she was going to be a go...
od fit for us. When entering the process, she took full control of all contracts, communication, and coordination to the final day. She was constantly checking in with me (the bride), keeping me on track, and making sure every decision made was something I wanted. She really took a lot of the pressure off of me before the wedding, giving me time to actually enjoy the process. With me being a very particular person when it came to my wedding, she made sure my vision was executed to exactly what I wanted. On the wedding day, it was important for me to have someone who is type A and just particular as I am with the set up of everything, and she was there to make sure all things ran smoothly and perfect. She helped make my dream wedding come to life. If you go with Lovebird Lane, you will not be disappointed!
Jessica was everything we hoped for in a wedding planner. She was always kind & professional! Just as I hoped she was very detail oriented, organized, punctual & helpful! We had we...
ek of planning, but she helped my daughter after our first meeting almost a year before the wedding! She was a helpful consult during the entire process! The day of was not without its issues, but she knew when to ask our opinion and when to make decisions without our help! I would highly recommend Jessica at Lovebird Lane Events! She helped me give my daughter a wonderful wedding day!
Jessica was absolutely wonderful! She was very organized, thorough, and fun to work with. My wedding day went so smoothly because she was there working behind the scenes. Her ideas...
are creative and unique and she knew exactly the type of bride I was after our first meeting. I have recommended her to many people after our amazing wedding experience and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for an awesome and professional wedding planner!
We debated for a while about hiring a wedding planner but after our first meeting with Jessica we knew we had to hire her! I'm an out of town bride so planning a wedding on my own...
in another state that's far away was way more stress than I wanted to endure. Jessica was a month of coordinator for our wedding, but you really work with her for way longer than that it felt like. I did a ton of research on planners and the value you get with Jessica for the price did not compare to any other vendor. She was super organized and thorough. She read through each and every contract as they came in and called out any issues or concerns (huge help!). On our wedding day, she kept us on track all day and night so we never had to stop to think about timelines or what we needed to do next. If you are considering hiring a planner, Lovebird Lane is the way to go!!
From the very beginning, we were sure Jessica was the ideal wedding coordinator. She was informative, timely in responses, and took charge as requested. The day of the wedding, s...
he handled every little detail with ease and everything was flawless. She was there from early morning until way past midnight. Couldn't ask for anyone better!!!

edding. She assists you months and months out giving you a guide of vendors she's worked with, keeping all vendors organized, and staying communicative throughout the whole wedding planning process. You can text/email her anything wedding related and she will have an answer for you. Closer to the wedding, she was invaluable in keeping things organized and stress free. She will make you a timeline of the whole day so you know exactly what you need to do and where you need to be. She notices small things and will offer up advice on changes to make things easier. I was rarely stressed during the wedding planning process, and even less so the day of because of Jessica. Her type A personality and sharp attention to detail make her an amazing wedding coordinator. She is also very professional and a warm person to work with. Do yourself a favor and book her now! Our wedding would not have been the same without her help!

hich I think clearly describes how AWESOME Jessica is at her job!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Jessica - she deserves it. I hired Jessica almost a year before the wedding as my coordinator and really started working with her at the 90 day mark. I wanted to plan the wedding and really needed her for the final details and day of, especially since I moved out of state in the summer. Jessica is caring, but tough and can lay the hammer down - which you will need!! She had the tough conversations with me about details of what needed to happen, the seating chart, the timeline, vendors, etc. She always gave me options and let me pick what I wanted at the end of the day.
The last month everything was in Jessica's hands and it went perfectly! I can't think of one issue that she didn't plan for in advance or handle so it became a non-issue for me. Not only is she tough, she is genuinely a good person. Things got a little tense when my mom & sister & aunt were trying to bustle my dress quickly and she knew I was stressed - she assured me that everything was good, was very calming, and got me a drink! She was always checking in on me and my husband, guiding us, and making sure through all the craziness of the wedding that we were with each other and enjoying each other. I am so thankful for Jessica and her constant communication! I will honestly miss talking to her everyday!
Thank you for everything!
I cannot say enough good things about Jessica! She was our "day of" coordinator for our wedding but we met and hired her about 15 months before the big day and she was such a huge ...
help throughout the planning process, checking in and providing helpful tips about vendors and so many other things along the way. I planned my wedding mostly on my own and there's no way I could have pulled it off without Jessica's help at the end. She is an absolute professional, highly organized and detail oriented. She thinks of absolutely everything. She was so caring and thoughtful, especially with our guests, but she was also tough when she needed to be - to address the challenges and problems that will inevitably come up on any wedding day. We got married at the Dallas Arboretum and she coordinated our myriad of vendors under a very tight, strict schedule. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would actively try to persuade any of my friends to hire her for their big day. If you are looking for someone who you can trust and who will help make your wedding everything you've dreamed of, look no further - it's Jessica!
Our wedding truly wouldn’t have happened without Jessica. We hired her as our month-of coordinator because we live out of state and needed more assistance in the home stretch. Howe...
ver, she really started working with us several months out, answering questions and pricing feedback on vendors we were considering. In the final month, Jessica ran the show. It made it so wonderful for me as the bride to know that everything was being handled. I could focus my efforts on last minute details and just enjoying the process. A week before our wedding, the weather was looking grim. Jessica called us to talk through options and we decided to go with a tent. We talked to her the morning before we were flying to Dallas. By the time we landed, she had a quote, measurements, and all the details we needed to make the final decision on the tent. On the day of, everything ran smoothly. She was on top of everyone and made sure that people were where they needed to be and when, and we received several compliments from family and bridal party about how awesome she was. I’ve already recommended her to another friend who is getting married in Dallas because my husband I both agree that it was the best money we spent on the entire wedding!

ocess. I can’t thank Jessica enough for all that she did for me. I am typically a nervous person, but I was extremely calm on my wedding day thanks to Jessica. If anything went wrong during our wedding day, I will never know because she handled everything and made it the most perfect day for us! Thank you Jessica for being a friend throughout the process and for making the wedding planning process easier. I cannot recommend her enough! We are so grateful for you!
Upon our first meeting at a local breakfast joint, Jessica was right on target from the very beginning. In fact, she was my first meeting for wedding planners, and I knew it would ...
be a great fit! Between figuring me out as a bride (detailed oriented, wedding goals, vision, etc.), and then connecting dots for me as far as how to best plan for the wedding, she went above and beyond. Let me not fail to mention the fact that my now-husband and I moved to Virginia half way through the planning process (to still be married in DFW). Jessica remained intentional, straight forward, and a reliable source through it all. And when the Big Day finally did arrive, she made my vision happen, and made sure my husband and I had a perfect, worry-free wedding. My entire family LOVES her. Highly recommended.
I was skeptical at first. Wasn't convinced we "needed" the service. However, Jessica surpassed every expectation. She took so many tasks and trivial matters off of our plate we act...
ually had time to enjoy our day. It's because of her, that we have the memories we have.

ng her to be your coordinator. It was clear coordinating a wedding is not an easy task but Jessica is an expert!
I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Jessica and her crew at Lovebird Lane Events. My husband and I weren’t sure we wanted to hire a coordinator, but after seeing Jessica in ...
action at a friend’s wedding, it was a no-brainer. Jessica was a benefit to us and a de-stressor every step of the way. She was professional and polite to other vendors, as well as interacted positively with family members and friends. If anything went wrong that day, we can honestly say we didn't know because they handled it so quickly and discreetly. I can 100% say that our day would not have been as wonderful as it was had we not had LLE running the show!
Jessica and her team were wonderful! Jessica was with us from the very beginning and she helped us with everything from choosing vendors to the tiniest of details. Jessica gave us ...
the confidence we needed before the wedding that everything would go smoothly and then on the day of she ensured it did! Her and her team kept everyone and everything on track and made sure the day was beautiful. We are so grateful for Jessica and her team and would 100% recommend her services!!!!
Jessica was worth everything I paid her and then some. She was very helpful during the planning and logistical phases prior to the wedding and gave us some great advice. But on the...
day-of, she was just something else. She fought problem after problem (WAY more issues than you would expect to occur!) that arose for us on the day of the wedding, all the while making sure the groom and I were content. I am so thankful that I selected her as my coordinator, as she was competent and decisive with every issue that arose. I don't know how we would have survived the wedding day without her!
I cannot put into words how much Jessica meant to us on our wedding day! She is the absolute best at making sure every single detail of the wedding day is accounted for and runs sm...
oothly! My husband and I both said there is no way we could have done the wedding without Jessica! From making sure everything was in place and that the events of the day were on time, to making sure we got slices of cakes, water bottles, and pictures in the photo booth, Jessica made it all happen. We were so less stressed and so thankful to have her there.

le detail was laid out perfectly. She was always available via phone, text, or email for any random questions that I thought of. She coordinated EVERYTHING with ALL of our vendors. It was so nice having a one stop shop for everything. We lost our Venue Coordinator the month of our wedding but you would have never noticed. Our wedding ran SO SMOOTH because of Jessica! She thought of absolutely everything and executed everything FLAWLESSLY! I can’t say enough amazing things about her, she is the best and you will be SO GLAD that you called her.
Jessica was amazing! She took care of everything for me. The Day of all I had to do was be in the right place at the right time. Any errands that needed running, Jessica or her ass...
istant Erin were on it. Member of the Bridal Party sat at the wrong table? She was on it. Corralling family members for photos? She had it handled. Bride needs a drink? She would already be at my elbow drink in hand. She did an amazing job, and she is also very open to your personal whims and suggestions. She is there to do whatever she can to make sure your special day is everything you want it to be. I could not have done it without her. Highly recommend!

d out to be! Jessica was so so sweet and very organized. She was easy to work with and truly wanted it to be an easy planning process and a perfect day. Throughout the planning process she would email updates to all of the vendors and planned a day of schedule. She organized the day and kept it flowing so I didn't have to worry about anything. My mom and I loved having her help us when we met with her before the wedding because she gave us tons of ideas and helped us talk through logistics of making the day flow. She kept our mind at ease about all of the details and helped us to work it all out. She was so encouraging and helpful giving little tips from her expertise and experience with other weddings. During the wedding she would give me little reminders of what we had scheduled and would come back in more time if we weren't ready for the next part yet. I probably would have let the night get carried away and not have gotten to all of the fun things we had planned if it weren't for Jessica! She was so on top of it and helpful! We absolutely loved working with Lovebird Lane Events and would recommend them to everyone!
The best coordinator in all of DFW! Jessica was incredibly friendly and professional and knows her business. From the first time we spoke, I knew I was in good hands. And through...
out my short engagement and planning process, she kept me sane and on track. The planning session we had 2 months out got me organized and helped me iron out the details and her consistent willingness to answer my questions and provide opinions was so valuable. I never felt alone in the mayhem and was able to stay sane thanks to Jessica! The day of my wedding was absolutely amazing - I was able to fully let her handle the details while I enjoyed the morning and afternoon with my girlfriends at a different location. And when I arrived on site, Jessica ensured I was protected from any of the stress ongoing with other vendors and was able to stay blissfully unaware and uninvolved. Better yet, when I walked into the reception room for the first time, I was speechless at how beautifully she had made sure the vision was executed. A lot of hands were involved as we had a mostly DIY wedding, but she was able to navigate through some crazy family dynamics and ensure that everything was executed properly. Jessica - you made my wedding day everything I ever dreamed of and more. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Jessica handle our wedding extremely well. She truly went above and beyond to make myself and my bride happy. She made sure our day went perfectly.
Jessica was super woman at the wedding - we were really thankful we hired her!

ith many last minute changes she was very professional and handled everything so well. Jessica and her team are very detailed oriented which was really important to me! They literally thought of everything. There wasn't a cloud in the sky when we started the ceremony but out of no where it rained as soon as the ceremony ended. However, she had umbrellas ready for us! Our wedding party and guests had so many great things to say about her. We received so many compliments from our family of how amazing she was and her execution of our timeline. Asian weddings are notorious for being late but we were EARLY! Which gave us plenty of time to actually enjoy our wedding. All of our guest enjoyed the wedding and many said it was one of the best/smoothest weddings they had ever been to! We really can't thank Jessica enough for making our day so perfect! If you are looking for someone who is detailed, organized, thoughtful, and just an amazing person overall, Jessica is definitely the person for you!

very organized and motivated to help your wedding go off without a hitch! I'm forever grateful!
We hired Jessica Hernandez for my daughter's wedding in October , 2016. In a nutshell, she was perfect! Before the wedding she prepared me for the usual hiccups that can occur on ...
Wedding day. But she also told me that I should be aware that people's real personalities come out on wedding days and it can cause problems. As much as I thought I was prepared for that to happen, I really wasn't. And when "other's" opinions and directions and panic attacks started, Jessica was absolutely excellent at 1) protecting the bride from any negativity 2) directing me, as the MOB on how to deal with situations 3) putting out the fires. I am so thankful we hired Jessica. I can't imagine how the day would have ended up if we didn't have her. Plus, she has a brilliant eye for the look of the overall wedding. She understood just what we wanted and made sure (while I was getting ready and my vendors were decorating) that the final look was exactly what we wanted. Jessica is a top-knotch professional and I highly recommend her. In fact, we have hired her again to do my second daughter's wedding in September, 2017.
Jessica and Trina worked tirelessly to make our daughter's wedding day a special one! Jessica was creative in her approach to handling our daughter's wants, our budget needs, and ...

Events was available on our date, because it was the best decision I made throughout the entire process. Even so late in the game, she made time to spend two hours with my daughter, and me, worked out a very specific timeline for the day, coordinated with all our vendors for delivery and set-up, handled the rehearsal, and stayed with us to handle most of the tear-down. I was free to completely enjoy my daughter's wedding day, and be present, both in mind and body, for every moment. If you're on the fence about whether you need a day-of coordinator, let me just push you off and tell you to call Jessica. She's worth every penny.
She saved my day and my sanity. We loved her and she is worth every bit of what she chargers .

to take some of the stress out of the wedding day. Jessica was a patient at my sister-in-law's chiropractic clinic and she offered to help when she heard about our wedding. What we didn't realize was just how available and helpful she would be! She was always available for questions and called and texted constantly to check in leading up to the wedding. She also worked with our schedules so that we could meet and go over details. She knows her stuff too, one meeting and that's obvious. Jessica thinks of the little things that can make your night perfect.
She's extremely professional and an asset for a perfect wedding. I recommend her to everyone I meet that is getting married. Not only do I feel that we hired an amazing coordinator, I feel like we found a friend. Thanks again Jessica for making our wedding the best day of our lives.
Jessica is the best! She is very attentive and there for you every step. She makes sure your day ends up how you want it! She is very knowledgable and is great at making sure your ...

the day with my daughters, and not be distracted with details. Jessica took away all the stress and made sure everything was perfect. All details from the rehearsal to the receptions were handled perfectly. We even had a medical emergency the night of the wedding. Jessica made sure that too was taken care of. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. I can't even imagine the day without her.

y to me for any minor issues or timing questions day of and my sister had the best day of her life... and never knew about any of the behind the scenes issues! I worked so well with Jessica and preferred her straight forward style that I knew I wanted her to be there on my big day too. My wedding was a destination wedding and Jessica worked within my budget and tailored her services to what I really needed. I booked and planned a lot of my wedding because I knew exactly what I wanted, but Jessica was always there to provide insight for all of my vendor contracts, what to ask for, what to expect, etc. She has so much experience working with wedding vendors, who can sometimes be difficult, but with her on my team I always felt confident. Jessica and I worked together to come up with a weekend of itinerary which included a lot of setup on her part and she nailed it! We had a lot going on with koozies, party favors, cupcake tables, centerpiece decorations, down the aisle decorations, etc and everything was perfectly placed. She even brought in our outdoor flowers from the ceremony in to the reception building to get more use out of the beautiful bouquets! There are always some bumps for big events, we had hired a shuttle to bring all of our family to the ceremony and they were 45 minutes late, so our wedding was delayed getting started. But Jessica was in the bridal suite with me keeping me calm and provided updates because she was on the phone with the driver. And even though we got started late, she is an expert with time management and we were caught up with almost everything in no time...so we could spend maximum time dancing! I can't say enough good things about this incredible person and planner. Without her my big day would not have been what it was...AMAZING!
