On the day of our wedding, the Lovehaus coordination team exceeded all of our expectations and proved to be an invaluable part of the day. Lovehaus felt like family! Our wedding day was SO much better because they were apart of it. The hard work, love, and care the Lovehaus team poured into our wedding created memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. At one point, Danny told me that we were 40 minutes ahead of schedule… a bride’s dream come true. They made taking pictures a breeze, which can always be a little painful for the bridal party. And, they did it all with smiles on their faces while having fun with us. Our families and bridal party continuously talk about Lovehaus and how essential they were on our wedding day. We were really able to be present and enjoy the day because Lovehaus had everything covered. I simply can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. They watched her transform our space and said she worked her butt off and said she inspected every item that went into place and she was ON IT. A friend recommended Lovehaus and we're so thankful she did. Tabitha was our coordinator and she is a real-life angel organizer, who kept all our timelines on track, kept us in check, and handled all the coordination with our vendors so that we could have a stress-free wedding day. Not only did she work directly with all our vendors so we didn't even have to think about it, but she also helped us make decisions when we were indecisive (which was more often than not) and shared her recommendations for vendors and helped us choose the ones that best fit our needs. She joined all the vendor meetings too, asking questions I would never have thought of and helping me to create shot lists or decide on food options. Separate from vendor coordination, she helped to style the beautiful wedding we were hoping for, creating a style guide that perfectly reflected what we asked for and choosing or creating design elements (linens, florals, signage) we loved. She even helped share recommendations for all the bridal party dresses that everyone loved using as their inspo, which helped to create such a beautiful and fun pink moment for my bridesmaids. In addition to all her planning expertise, she was amazing the day of the wedding with her assistant, Shaun. The two of them kept our timelines on track and got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. No one had to stress about a thing as they had everything covered. They were even able to get a lovely orange stain off the front of my dress from the pollen on a flower in my bouquet before the ceremony. Everyone in the bridal party was raving about the Lovehaus team and how well they handled the whole day. I cannot thank Tabitha and the Lovehaus team enough for all they did for us. 100/10 would absolutely, most definitely, without a doubt, recommend.

When she came up with designs she took our budget into consideration and was so responsive to feedback. We had a vision but it was scattered and all we were sure of is how we wanted to feel on our wedding and what the vibes were. Every detail was stunning! The invitations were such a hit that I literally got phone calls from guests telling me they loved them. One guest even brought the invitation to their work to show it off! Every detail from the logo to the font styles to the cups on the table was thought through with careful attention and when we finally saw the reception space for the first time, it just felt so us! Tab was our coordinator. I own a bridal shop and had partnered with Tab before on styled shoots, so I knew I wanted to work with her. She worked around my impossible work schedule for meetings and was so responsive. She is the kindest person and she really lives for her couples. She always shows up with a big smile and isn't afraid of tough questions. She was our advocate and friend through the whole process. She's so incredibly organized and detail-oriented that we really felt that we could trust her with our wedding. My husband and I had been together 15 years. Plus, we are both in the wedding industry. So trusting our coordinator with a day we had anticipated this long and that mattered so much to us was SO important. We had a serious family event that happened during wedding planning and my husband and I fully stopped paying attention to our wedding because of it, but we knew that we could because Tab kept the wheels turning. We just knew that the wedding would go off perfectly with Tab at the helm (and we were right). The whole day I was perfectly calm because I knew that the LH team had everything covered. She handled my family so well and navigated some truly challenging situations without showing a sweat. She valued us and made sure that every other vendor we partnered with knew our vision and understood our goals. She brought our vision to life and made our day what it was. I can't (and don't want to) imagine what my day would have been like without Tab there. I wish I could fit in more about them because even more things happened leading up to and on the wedding day that they deserve applause for handling. My venue had amazing bones to it but I wanted to do something totally different that I hadn’t seen in pictures. I mainly worked with Andrea and she brought my vision to life. Elevated industrial romantic! They took care of the set up and break down of everything while ensuring the rest of the decor matched perfectly. We incorporate rentals and I did a couple DIY/etsy things and they were so flexible and easy to work with! I can’t say enough amazing things about this powerhouse company. My only regret is not hiring them for day of coordination or planning. I think I would have been less stressed the month of and a couple things would have gone smoother. Love you guys!!

These girls are the Jordan and Pippen of wedding design. On the day of the wedding, they executed the event flawlessly. Everything was organized and ran on schedule. There were no issues that came up that weren’t quickly addressed and handled. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the day and made sure that everyone had a wonderful time. Huge shoutout to Danny who was a real life Ninja and took care of all my needs as a bride. Overall, we were so happy with the service and attention to detail that LoveHaus provided. They made sure that our wedding was a day to remember and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Couples say that wedding planning is so stressful, but we did not feel that way at all! We were so relaxed the month of the wedding. She took care of everything and made sure everything was seamless. From contacting vendors, to creating timelines, to her being at the hotel to ensure I packed everything and has it on the shuttle. Neither of us had to think about anything else on our wedding day but tying the knot. That in and of it self was worth it. My biggest piece of advice from brides to be is to get a PLANNER!!!! It was the best investment we made for the wedding. You will NOT regret it, especially if it’s LoveHaus. Lovehaus also handled the design of our wedding day and we haven’t stopped receiving compliments about everything from invitations to the table settings and entry wall.

The logistics could seem daunting to a naive hopeful groom or bride, but Lovehaus pushed us along when we needed the push, and smoothed the way to an easy, breezy evening of joyous celebration. We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding turned out and Tab was indispensable - professional, knowledgeable, a silent hand that made everything run smoothly. We hired Lovehaus for pretty much all the major elements of our wedding: Save - the - Dates Invitations All day of items (escort wall / ceremony programs/ table identifiers / menus / custom signage/ custom monogram / cocktail napkins) Month prior and Day Of Coordination Thank you cards In a nutshell they delivered!! Our invitations were beautiful & unique. Our escort wall reflected us as a couple and I still use my monogram to this day! All of these elements were perfect but their 30 day + Day Of coordination was priceless!! The Lovehaus team of Dre, Tab, Danny, & Pam were so crucial. Having a Guinness World Record size wedding party that all traveled for our big day was a breeze because of Lovehaus. We had the best day because we didn’t have to coordinate our vendors, plan out any schedules, or think about anything expect getting married because they were there for us. From tying bow ties to wrangling 6 flower girls (Yes, 6!) to being a sounding board of advice (aka late night text messages about ring boxes LOL) to keeping my gigantic wedding party on time! There is going to be so many decisions you will have to make about where to invest your money, it gets tough and complicated but the easiest and best decision you can make is booking Lovehaus. They are true wedding professionals that will not let you down. Their experience, knowledge and working relationships will ensure you will have the wedding of your dreams and actually get to ENJOY IT!

Thankful they were the first vendors we secured for our wedding because it was worth every penny!

Had I found them sooner, I would have engaged them for more services, as they were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout our planning period. Drea and Laura (owners) attended a walkthrough with us, taking copious notes and asking all the questions we would have missed or overlooked. Danny and Tab (lead planners) were with us on the big day, as well as orchestrated the entire timeline in the weeks leading up with all our vendors, and made sure every detail was perfectly and effortlessly executed. They drove the timeline, as well as ensured our personal items were displayed as we intended, and really went above and beyond to meet our every need that day. Whether it was scrubbing the bottom of my city slicked dress, putting my veil on, off, and back on again, making sure we were hydrated and warm, fixing my hair after everyone I hugged pushed a bunch of pins out, or running things back and forth to our hotel room, every little bit made all the difference in us truly enjoying and savoring the moments of the day. I cannot thank the LoveHaus team enough for the hard work, attention to detail, and general ease they brought to our wedding!

Though they shined on the design side, the day-of planning process was ABOVE AND BEYOND my wildest dreams. We worked with Tabitha for the month prior to our wedding -- we give the strongest recommendation for working with her!! I am currently a medical resident without much time to respond to emails or take care of the last minute details that popped up (e.g. getting vendor meals, organizing vendor walkthroughs, coordinating timelines, confirming vendor arrival times) -- Tab took care of every detail with precision, and she was flexible with scheduling meetings with me at odd hours to work with my schedule. She lifted a HUGE weight off my shoulders, and I am beyond grateful for her organizational skills and expertise in working with wedding vendors. She also created a detailed wedding timeline that was sent to all vendors and all wedding party participants -- this kept everyone on the same page and answered everyone's questions for the day of. During the day, she ensured that first look happened seamlessly and that we maintained on time schedule for photos/pre-ceremony activities. Our ceremony then unexpectedly went overtime, and Tab worked behind-the-scenes to seamlessly coordinate the venue and the band to adjust the cocktail and reception timelines. She was present throughout the night to make sure everything was handled -- from the cake cutting to the group photos that we wanted to gathering up the ceremony items to putting gifts/cards in a safe space at the end of the night to handing out tips to our vendors to extending our photographer's time. I truly cannot imagine our wedding night without her, and I am forever grateful for all that she did to create a magical experience for us!!!!

They escort wall was so gorgeous and personalized with words from our wedding song that it became a focal point during our cocktail hour. few months to go before the new date we realized that we needed help pulling it all together! Lovehaus was able to take us on and we were so grateful! Laura and Andrea helped us figure out rentals, coordinated everything between vendors, set up a thorough day of timeline, and even (very last minute!) pulled together the cutest custom koozie design. Where they really shone, though, was day of--Laura, Andrea, Tabitha, and Danny were a dream team that made everything so seamless. We literally did not worry about a single thing on our wedding weekend because this team took care of everything. We weren't initially going to hire planners/day of coordinators but we are SO SO glad that we did, and so glad that we had Lovehaus! 100% worth it, especially with such wonderful people at the helm!

They took charge of making sure every little thing was in place according to our vision, made sure the day ran smoothly, and ensured that everyone was on the same page and knew their role in the timeline. The day was 100% stress free totally thanks to Tabitha and Danny, they even made sure we had drinks and food all night and gave the groom a ride to the venue when we realized we mixed up our transportation plan. during the time of COVID-19, and LoveHaus made it happen. They are officially the "pivot" queens of 2020. Everything had to be adjusted, the major one being that we moved the venue from indoors, to outdoors, oh you know just three weeks before the date. They helped coordinate and confirm all the details with all our other vendors so that I could focus on further details surrounding the day. My parents still talk about how beautiful the day was and how attentive the LoveHaus team was to their needs throughout the whole day. They took some things to the reception venue in the morning, so I could focus on relaxing and getting ready. I forgot my mask in the car on the way to the ceremony; boom, they handed me a face mask so I could walk down the aisle (#COVIDbrideproblems). My shoe was rubbing before I even left the hotel; boom, they handed a bandage. I changed into my second look, and the team was there to help ensure my hairpiece was placed correctly. Not to mention, they made sure I was on time, which was necessary, considering I'm not on time for anything. I'll never forget, thinking to myself throughout the process, "I don't need a day-of coordinator or wedding planner" - man, I was so wrong. You need one, and you need LoveHaus.

I cannot thank them enough for having our day run perfectly smooth!! They were brought on about two months before our wedding day and we had a TON of vendors to coordinate with (and our rowdy bridal party too haha). The ease with which they were able to create our custom vision for our special day meant so much to us! We truly appreciated being able to incorporate special details into our day, from custom designed cornhole boards with decals of our dogs, repurposing yard stumps to a prefect photo op, and walking down the aisle to my favorite “Love Actually” song. n the craziest year, we enlisted Lovehaus 5 weeks out from our wedding which had changed multiple locations and dates. While this may have stressed most out, Laura and Andrea sprung into action. Laura took the reigns with all communication and coordination with our vendors. Andrea put together a design package that blew us away. On the day of, Laura makes sure the day stays on schedule. This may sound like not a big deal but trust me it is. Laura and Andrea make you feel calm and allow you to just live in the moment on your wedding day. They make sure you’re on schedule, wrangle bridesmaids/groomsmen, parents and even last minute sewing needs. They were flexible and just an overall joy to be around every step of the way. When we walked into our reception, we didn’t even believe it was our wedding. Andrea’s design touches and direction to the venue left us and our guests speechless. I can’t tell you how many people still compliment our venue and how everything came together. Getting married in a global pandemic is challenging and crazy enough. Please do yourself a favor and get Lovehaus in your corner. You will not regret it and you will have the most amazing day ever.

then when we hit that wall,we called in the troops and they were amazing. Andrea and Laura listened to my daughters’ visions for the wedding, took our ideas and ran with them. From the invitations, to the signage and table assignment wall that turned into our photo booth backdrop, they really came through with genius!! I only wish we had hired them from the beginning. Do yourself a favor and do it!!! Hire them from the start…it is well worth it!! I am thinking of how I can hire them again!!!
