This is a wedding-not an election and I personally hope lovely bride will take a less evasive stance when it comes to politics..I did however, book an appointment because they were the only bridal shop in my zip code with a specific brand I was dying to try. With all of that said, this was one of the most wonderful experiences in customer service I have ever had. Having been a veteran to retail for many years, I want to feel the feels-someone going to work for me and my best interest. JORDAN did just that. She was patient, kind, understanding, empathetic, flexible-literally anything and everything you could want in a bridal appointment and more! I purchased my dress and I’m so glad I did to support her. Jordan girl, you’re going places and thank you so much! Lovely bride, I hope you take notes for the sake of making each individual bride feel appreciated, regardless their political stance.

leave empty-handed, I asked Jordan to pull something SHE thought would look best based on our conversation to get to know each other the day before, and based off of my personality. The first dress she pulled for me was it. As soon as I stood in the mirror, I cried. We put on a veil, popped champagne, and celebrated. I could not have done it without Jordan and Lovely Bride. and the lighting in the shop is perfect! The big windows let in enough light that you know exactly what your dress will look like. Enough about the shop though, the girl (I believe her name is Jordan?) is the sweetest person! She was extremely accommodating, and she already had my top pick dresses out a d waiting when I got there. She offered my entourage something to drink, and we headed back to try on dresses. This girl knows what she is doing, and I'm going to assume every other person that works in the shop is the same. She was able to piece together what I wanted in a dress after trying a few that I liked but didn't love. SHE was the one that found the dress the I bought. SHE was extremely kind in the fitting rooms offering worlds of encouragement and letting me vent. SHE handled my eccentric famy with grace. SHE made this experience the best thing ever! She even checked up later on about my purchase to make sure I was happy.. I even went to a few stores after and NONE OF THEM compared to this place. I highly recommend finding your perfect dress with the people you love here. Great experience and if I could give this place a 10000/5 stars I would. my dream dress at Lovely Bride. From the start, the experience was like no other shop. They make you fill out a “personal profile” online and pick out 5+ dresses before going in, which really helped Tory (my bridal stylist) understand the type of dresses I was looking for from the get-go. I found 2 dresses that I absolutely fell in love with and tried each one on about 5 different times before deciding on my dream dress. Tory didn’t rush me or make me feel uncomfortable that I was so indecisive. I felt so comfortable and it made the overall experience that much more special. She was there when I needed her help and knew when to give us space. The one thing that bothered me about other stores was the pressure I felt about purchasing a dress on the spot that I was unsure about, but it felt completely different here and made my decision to get my dress at Lovely that much easier. I would 100% recommend Lovely Bride to anyone looking for a relaxed yet luxury experience. Plus literally, every dress in the store is absolutely stunning!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to find your dress!

self! Though smaller than the other shops, everything they have is beautiful. All of their dresses were stunning and incredibly comfortable unlink some other shops. They were supportive and helpful and not pushy with their dresses. I loved the laid back atmosphere. In the end I came back twice to their shop and they were happily ready to assist me in trying on my favorite dress, which I ended up saying yes to!! They even honored a 10% discount for us since my parents would be out of town the following weekend during their discounted trunk show. The girls were super sweet and I recommend them highly!!!

like this set the stage well for a great experience. I specifically worked with Tory, who has wonderful personal style, so I was excited to hear her thoughts on the dresses I had selected. She simply allowed me, my friends, and family time to just enjoy the moment together, which I appreciated. I was the only appointment at the time, which I think is significant because it shows how much this shop cares about their brides-to-be. Tory continued to help me even after I left the store, staying in touch about the timeline and helping me to select accessories prior to my big day, which was an elopement with little notice. With that said, I’m impressed with how personable Tory was. She certainly went above and beyond. I know my experience was wonderful, and I feel that you’ll be in good hands if you find yourself at Lovely Bride.

While I was at my appointment I brought four other guests limiting my count due to Covid - as soon as we walked in we were told only two guests so we made it work and changed our guests to view the dresses I loved. I made my appointment prior to Covid and had to reschedule through email rather than their website. When I told them their confirmation emails did not express the guest limit and that we were blindsided by their request their response was “we’re living in a pandemic” like I had no idea. During the appointment while trying on dresses I felt like an inconvenience to be there and did not want to commit to a dress even thought I FELL IN LOVE WITH ONE! I did not want to work with people who treated me like this throughout any process of my wedding even if I loved a dress. A week after the appointment, the manager called me, left voicemails and even texted me asking if I wanted to purchase the dress with them to which I replied and told them unfortunately I cannot go with the dress not because I did not love it but due to lack of communication and customer service. Instead of apologizing and taking ownership of the situation - she screenshotted the online confirmation you received when you go to make an appointment on their website to prove to me that I was in the wrong. However because I had to reschedule my appointment through email I truly did not receive this information. If you would like an unwelcoming and cold experience, please go ahead and book with lovely bride.

We were lucky to have the whole shop to ourselves for two hours (unheard of!) due to a cancellation in appointment after mine. Beyond finding my dress and the initial dress searching - Hannah helped us with stresses of fittings, veil searches and just truly being a warm person through this sometimes stressful moment in a brides life! Girl is fun, but very professional, with a no pressure attitude that makes you feel right at home. She asks great questions to get you thinking, "Is this my dream dress?" I did not feel rushed for even a moment of my appointment. In the end the dress that was shipped from another location was not meant to be, but I did find the perfect dress for my wedding. I left confident that I had made the right decision without a doubt in my mind that I had found the right dress for me.
