She created a beautiful hairstyle that matched exactly what I had envisioned for my big day. My hair is quite tricky to style, but Lindsey's amazing work stayed in place throughout my entire wedding and looked stunning in all my pictures! And my bridesmaids were over the moon with how their makeup and hair turned out! Adrian did an amazing job! I told her my vision of what I wanted for my wedding day and she delivered perfectly. Working with Lovely by Lindsey was easy, straight forward, and everyone was very friendly throughout the process. Both my hair and makeup lasted perfectly for over 12 hours and it was 97 degrees on my wedding day! I would definitely recommend hiring Lovely by Lindsey for your wedding.

I think I stumbled upon Lindsey on Instagram. I changed my mind about my hair 3 times during planning, probably messaged her a million times, and she had patience with me the whole time. Albeit, I was a bit nervous hiring someone I didn’t know of, but it was the best decision. The day of, my hair and makeup was amazing. My makeup stayed on the whole time, and my hair was perfect.

Lindsey & Angelica were a wonderful addition to our wedding weekend! They balanced professionalism and friendliness so well which was a perfect fit when coordinating my wedding. Communication was quick and thorough. The portal was so convenient to use to manage our vision, dates and payments all in one place. Angelica was on time, used high quality products, listened closely to our preferences, took great care in the small details, and had a comfortable set-up on site. She also matched the atmosphere of the morning and everyone loved having her there getting ready with us! I couldn’t ask for more!

I couldn’t recommend Lindsey more, her and Jackie were my hair and make up artists for my June wedding. They are a dream team and can make your visions come to life. I didn’t want to look to “made up” or over done, I just wanted to look like a fancier version of myself and she did exactly that. She also did the perfect not all the way pony or half up and down but a wonderful combo of the two for me. I loved it so much! told my girls to look on her social media and pick a hairstyle, they executed all of them beautifully and all the girls were so happy with their hair and make up. It’s always a trusting process when you have someone do your hair and make up especially on your wedding, but when I found Lindsey I knew I had to have her. If she’s available, book her you’ll be so happy that you did.

Angelica and Team did a fantastic job of making us look beautiful!! Angelica put me as the bride at ease and gave me the exact look I wanted for my wedding. She was a true expert and got to share her expertise with my bridesmaids, my daughters and my husband's daughters. The Team of make-up artists were outstanding and all our looks held up throughout the day. Lindsey's coordination of services was top notch, easy to schedule and she was especially flexible when I needed to add people! I recently got married in Wilmington, NC and searched for quite awhile for a hair/MUA that I felt truly understood my style and that I connected with. After a long search and multiple trials, I came across Lindsey’s work on Instagram and messaged her immediately. During the trial, she took the time to understand my vision and asked me tons of questions before and during the trial, which I really appreciated! Fast forward to my wedding day, she was timely, professional, and so kind. We had to start hair and makeup at one location, then switch to getting the remainder of the bridal party done at the venue. Lindsey was so accommodating with this and was even kind enough to put my wedding dress in her car so that it didn’t wrinkle. It was no surprise that my bridesmaids and mother LOVED her! They still talk about her and say how she was the best hair/MUA they have ever met at a wedding. She made sure all of them looked and felt gorgeous, giving each a glam/natural makeup look and stunning hair styles that looked exactly like the pictures they showed her! By the end of the day, it felt like she was apart of our group and we didn’t want her to leave! And even before she left, she made sure that everyone received touch ups and ensured her work was perfection. I could not be more thankful to have found Lindsey and have her be apart of my wedding day! She is truly the best!!!

If you're looking for the absolute best in hair and make up, look no further than Lovely by Lindsey. I'm local to the Boston area but got married in Charlotte, NC. Every single person I asked for HAMU recommendations in Charlotte mentioned Lindsey and her team. So, I booked a trial at her home studio to meet her and do a test run for HAMU. Not only was she incredibly welcoming and easy to connect with from the start, she did an absolutely amazing job. If you're doing a trial, her home studio is incredibly cute! So, I booked her and her team for the wedding weekend for me, the mothers of bride/groom, and my bridesmaids. I also ended up booking her for the rehearsal dinner as well (a must!). Lindsey was incredibly professional and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Lindsey is an artist that takes your inspiration and makes it come to life. I couldn't recommend her more. If you want someone who is going to give you the best vibes and incredible HAMU to boot, you need to book Lindsey and her team :)

Lovely by Lindsey came highly recommend from our wedding planners at Magnificent Moments Weddings! Unlike many brides, I didn't have a lot of opinions and Lindsey helped me make sure I felt comfortable to find the best natural look during my trial and on my special day. My mom(s) and sister(s) also loved the special attention they got during their makeup session given they didn't get to have any trials :) Would highly recommend!

Lindsey did hair and makeup for myself, my three bridesmaids, and both mothers. Everyone looked absolutely stunning, like the very best version of themselves! We just got our photos back, and everything photographed beautifully, but I still felt like I looked like myself in person, which was important to me. I have never felt more beautiful, and she even tweaked my hairstyle on the fly on wedding day-- it was perfection! I went over budget on HMU to hire Lindsey after I had a really bad experience elsewhere with hair and makeup for my engagement photos, and I am so glad I did-- she was worth every penny! Lindsey has such a lovely, happy, calming energy, and she was an absolute joy to be with on my wedding day. I highly recommend her!

I was a good bit late to the game in figuring out hair and make-up for my wedding, and right when I started getting very nervous, Lindsey responded to my inquiry. She was so kind, helpful, and responsive! Lindsey got me all set up with one of her lead artists Angelica, and I'm so grateful I was paired with such an experienced and thoughtful artist! During my hair and make-up trial, I felt very out of my element (my hair is in a ponytail 99% of the time and I only wear make-up a few times a year), but Angelica met me where I was and worked with me to figure out what I would enjoy most for my wedding day look. She brought up details I'd never thought to consider, and she was so patient as we explored multiple hair styles. We landed on the look of my dreams, and I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out at my wedding. Plus all of my family/friends who worked with Angelica that day loved her too!

Lindsey did a fantastic job on hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, my mother, and mother-in-law. I have very curly hair, but wanted a blow-out with soft curls for an outdoor wedding in May. She worked her magic and minimized my frizz and my hair lasted all night! Our makeup was flawless and also lasted all night in the high humidity. Lindsey is also has a very calming demeanor which helped with my nerves on the wedding day - she truly is Lovely!

I originally booked Lindsey for May 2020 wedding. Like many couples our plans changed and Lindsey stayed along for the ride. She did my hair and makeup plus the makeup of my mom and cousin at our small ceremony, then came back in 2021 to do our original plan with my bridal party. She has a heart of gold and is wonderful to work with. Even without a true trial she hit exactly what I wanted (with a brief convo/pictures) and recreated it a year later. You can feel her joy in helping you feel and look your best on your biggest day. Love love love her!

I booked Lindsey to do my hair for my wedding and I couldn't image having anyone else! Let me start by saying first that Lindsey is so sweet and SO kind! It's important to surround yourself with vendors who you enjoy being around on your wedding day because the people around you will set the tone for your day. Lindsey was the perfect person to have get us ready! She did my hair, all 5 of my bridesmaids, my Mom, Grandmother, and my MIL's hair. Every SINGLE person was absolutely IN LOVE with their hair!! Every one of them got compliments all night long about how great their hair looked! As the bride, I was THRILLED with Lindsey's work! I had a trial before the wedding where Lindsey showed me two hair styles (both of which I loved) but then on the wedding day I showed her a style different from both of the trial styles. I had no doubt I could trust her and she NAILED it!! It was the perfect glam wave hairstyle to go with my makeup and dress and overall vibe. I would recommend Lindsey to anyone a thousand times over!
