o be very professional not only during the wedding, but in the weeks leading up (and following) our wedding. He was very responsive to any questions that we had about the services we selected. If any bride is looking to have a unique guest experience at her wedding, I would highly recommend a photo booth provided by Lovely Day Photo Works.

I would definitely them at the regular price. I absolutely know that my guests had a fabulous time especially the children!! For that I also appreciate their patience becuase I'm sure that the childen took more than a dozen pictures a piece. Patience and service is certainly a great key to value for us.

ity at our reception due to a bad storm that knocked out power, so the photobooth wasn't fully operational (obviously through no fault of anyone). William staffed the booth for our reception and we were still able to use the booth, though with limited capabilities (you could take pictures, but you could not see them on the screen or get printouts). He was able to make it work, which was great, considering the circumstances. A few days after the wedding, my sister, who was my wedding planner, sent an e-mail to Danette asking if the printed photos and CD could be sent to her (she was planning on using them as a surprise wedding gift for us). I should add that my sister has been the point of contact when dealing with the Danette the whole time, so it was not off the mark for her to request the photos be sent to her rather than me. Danette's response to my sister's e-mail, (which she copied me on, thus ruining the surprise wedding gift) and I quote, was "at the very least, I would expect you to acknowledge the incredible service that William provided before diving into your expectations about receiving the printed pictures and the dvd. A little gratitude would be much appreciated." I'm not sure where Danette gets off expecting us to praise her and her husband for doing their job, that we paid them to do, but she needs a lesson in customer service. Also, we did not receive all the printouts of the photos. I should mention too that Danette was unresponsive a few weeks before the wedding when my sister e-mailed her to make sure she had everything she needed from us, then when she finally did respond, demanded that we get back to her ASAP. I guess she works on her own schedule...
