Lovestruck Blooms

I booked with Megan of Lovestruck Blooms for my original wedding date of 3.19.21. We unfortunately had to push due to Covid but before we needed to push our date, we had already aligned on the cost of our wedding florals and a mood board deck that brought our floral vision to life. Once we had to push our wedding date out to 2.18.22, Megan let us know that while florals had since increased from our original date and it was close to Valentine’s Day, she would not increase the cost. While I appreciated this gesture, I did confirm with Megan that there would NOT be a decrease in the amount of actual florals given current industry pricing. While Megan assured us that we would be paying for exactly what was outlined in our mood board, I’m sad to say that day of our wedding we noticed a significant decrease in floral arrangements and they did not match what was outlined in our mood board. (For example, our mood board showed florals around a fireplace and day of there were a few branches of leaves around the fireplace, our head table floral arrangements were very small in size compared to the stands they were in, our fountain that was to be fully filled with roses was lightly filled with roses and instead had a lot of greenery and there were no florals around our welcome sign.) On top of this and before our actual wedding, Megan had agreed via email to help with florals for our rehearsal dinner and while the floral budget was not large (approximately $800), when Megan shared a mock-up, my family wanted to better understand the costs because what was shown was a photo of a long table with bud vases and 1-2 flowers in a vase. I nicely asked Megan if she could share more details to better understand and after she explained why, she quickly sent a follow up email sharing “she thought it was best if she did not do florals for the rehearsal dinner”. This was before I even had a chance to reply to her initial response which provided more color around the cost (which by the way was a totally valid explanation- delivery fees, set up, etc.) and given Megan had already agreed to doing florals for the rehearsal dinner, it was extremely unprofessional for her to decline after the fact when I only asked a few questions because for the cost, the florals felt very light. We were two weeks away from the rehearsal dinner and luckily I was able to find another florist who provided triple the amount of florals for $500. That was the icing on the cake for an overall disappointing experience. Megan was overall very slow to respond to email in general and I wouldn’t recommend her given her lack of professionalism. I also felt like we overpaid for what we got at our wedding, and that the vision I was promised was delivered on a much smaller scale, which was disappointing. Would politely not recommend Lovestruck Blooms.

Megan is the best human behind a business. Period. Florals were #1 for me and I was really nervous about finding someone who was in my price range but also who would provide absolutely stunning arrangements. When I first came across Lovestruck Blooms on socials, I saw that Megan was doing events for Jeffree Star, Bachelor alumna, and many other high ticket clients. I was obsessed with her florals so I reached out anyway. Oh. My. Gosh. She not only worked with me with absolutely no judgement about my budget, but she also treated me like I was the most important client she had. From the very beginning Megan was attentive, very detail oriented, and knew exactly what I was aiming for even though I wasn't the best at articulating it. I thought it was so unique and thoughtful that she even put together a mood board for me to review and share my thoughts on! When it came to my wedding day, Megan was an absolute boss woman. Her assistant unfortunately was sick the day of, so she traveled, set up, and decorated EVERYTHING on her own. I was absolutely blown away that not only did she do everything single handedly, but she did it with grace, a smile on her face, and such a beautiful and bubbly persona. I know that these reviews are mostly for services rendered, but I really wanted to share how great of a person Megan is aside from her business. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel seen and happy. She remembers the little things and even gave me a little wedding gift with some dried florals from our day. That little vase and florals is one of my favorite keep sakes of our day and it is currently sitting in my husband and I's new house. The florals really do speak for themselves. I had long time wedding-goers gasping and raving over the arch, centerpieces, and cascading statement piece on the sweetheart table. Florals are an art, and Megan is a master. Thank you Lovestruck Blooms so much for everything. Being a bride during Covid was rough, but I know that it is equally as rough for vendors. However, not once did I hear anything negative from Megan. She is an absolute gem and the best part of my wedding day (besides my new husband of course).

I can't recommend Lovestruck and Megan enough! I loved working with her throughout the planning process because she understood my vision from just a few photos I provided. I'm pretty picky, detail oriented person and Megan was able to absolutely nail my very specific vision. She also provided suggestions on how to cut costs and work within my budget, and who doesn't love that!! Everyone commented on how gorgeous the flowers were and all credit goes to Megan and Lovestruck. Would recommend them 1000%!

Megan and her team at Lovestruck Blooms were absolutely AMAZING!!! I was very picky with choosing a florist and searched for quite some time for one. However, the second I came across Lovestruck Blooms, I knew it was meant to be! Megan was very quick with communication and extremely easy to work with as she is such a sweet person! Not to mention her prices are very reasonable. She truly is an artist at what she does. The mood board and Pinterest boards she created for me really helped bring to life what I was envisioning. We are still receiving compliments on the flowers from our wedding to this day. Just take one look at her Instagram page or website and you'll be sold! Her gorgeous arrangements speak for themselves. I HIGHLY recommend Megan and her team at Lovestruck Blooms for any event!! You won't be disappointed!
