My name is Javier Muniz, my BBQ journey began back in 2009 with my good buddy and BBQ competitions. From then on BBQ has been my passion. I have learned and mastered the art of smoked meats. I had a custom made smoker built and took my passion to the next level and started Low Rent BBQ catering. Weddings have been one of our biggest hits, people love the smoker, the smell and the hot delicious food right off the smoker on site for everyone to see!

d would be on the day of our event. Chosing to go with Javier and his team was a no-brainer. And man did they deliver, they were onsite early at our wedding venue to cook. They had a lot of work to do to prepare for our 170 guests, but that didn't stop them from chatting with our guests. We received compliments on how friendly he and his staff were. Now let's talk food, the smoked brisket had a delicious smoked flavor and was so tender, smoked chicken with the homemade barbecue sauce was outstanding, Mexican street corn was absolutely wonderful, great flavor with just a little kick, the cowboy beans were a huge hit and no one could get enough of them, and we can't forget the homemade rolls (especially if you made a sandwich with the chicken), my goodness we ate well. We also had a vegetarian option of smoked jackfruit which we received numerous compliments from our friends that it was amazing and an awesome alternative to the usual vegetarian options offered at a wedding. We have been told by so many guests and we absolutely conquer this was THE BEST MEAL we've EVER had at a wedding. Our only regret is so many people went back for seconds that we didn't have any leftovers but that just means we had even happier guests. We can't thank Javier and his team enough for making our special day even more amazing. Best BBQ and service ever!!! Highly recommend!

it for years. Every single guest we've talked to raved about the food and the professionalism of Low Rent - we're still eating leftovers that we put in the freezer! Our other vendors also raved about working with Javier. From the first phone call with Javier, we knew he had done this for years and was a true professional - we felt so much more at ease at that moment. There wasn't a minute during our wedding day that we worried about the product they were going to put out, and they didn't disappoint. Also, you can't beat what you get for the price - tremendous value. Couldn't recommend Low Rent BBQ enough - would be more than happy to chat with folks about our experience if they have any questions/concerns.
