ve from day one. We wanted a plated, seated dinner for our wedding and went with a beef, fish and vegetarian option. My now-husband and I were blown away by how delicious the food was during the tasting. You could tell that the chef put a lot of time into perfecting it, as it was cooked beautifully and seasoned to perfection. I ate everything on my plate on the day of the wedding and it tasted just as delicious as when we had it during the initial tasting. Madison was a true pleasure to work with and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. On the day of the event, the event staff, especially the coordinator, Angelena, was incredible--professional and courteous. They made our guests feel welcome. And the food--wow! Everyone raved about the brisket. My brother-in-law, a chef and restaurant manager, couldn't stop talking about how awesome the food was.
