Their deposit is double the rent price. You have to pay the full amount at signing. You also have to know chairs, tables and if you want photo space that far ahead of time too. Wen...
t back and forth with people over email for about a month with a last minute cancellation from them to finally get a tour of the space. When we did finally get one scheduled, the lady seemed annoyed with us and rushed through the tour in less than 10 minutes.
