hired Lindsey to help us venue scout. We spent the day with her and her colleague Jordan, seeing gorgeous venues in Sonoma and Healdsburg and some places in between. At the end of the day, after we had seen all the venues we (my husband and I) wanted to see, Lindsey mentioned we should check out one more spot because she had a feeling we overlooked it initially - thank goodness she showed us! We basically signed at that venue on the spot. Thanks to Lindsey, we had our dream venue booked!
After the venue hunting, we decided to hire Lindsey and her team full time as they were extremely kind, professional and fun to work with. We had monthly, then bi-weekly, then weekly calls to make sure everything was buttoned up leading up to the big day. I told Lindsey what I had envisioned and that I really only wanted two choices for everything, and she helped me out SO much. At times I was getting super stressed out, and she was so helpful organizing all the vendors and contracts, keeping me on track with items like the budget, and even setting up our catering tastings. Lindsey and her team executed flawlessly, making sure nothing was overlooked, and their creativity/design skills were also a huge plus!!

decisions and expenses made on our wedding! Jordan was so easy to work with and exactly what I wanted as a bride. She understood my vision, assisted me some things that I had no idea what I wanted, and dealt with vendors perfectly. I knew most of what I wanted for our wedding day, and some of that included vendors that she/her team hadn't worked with previously, but she was totally supportive of it and it all worked out great. I had nothing to worry about those three months prior to my wedding day (and even before the three month mark she was there to assist me when I needed), as she dealt with all communication with my vendors, and on the day of my wedding we just got to enjoy absolutely everything and not worry about a thing. I am so grateful for all of Jordan's hard work and SO lucky to have had her as my wedding planner.

Throughout the entire planning process, Lindsey and her team were helpful and responsive, from recommending multiple vendor options, managing ALL vendor communication and details, all the way to making sure that even the smallest of details were set up properly and matched our vision. I had zero stress during the wedding weekend as I knew it was all covered. SO many of our guests came up to us to tell us that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and that the planning and organization were top notch. You know it has to be exceptional when even the guests notice. Do yourself a favor and hire Lindsey and her team, you won't be disappointed.

We could not rave more about our experience working with Lindsey and her team. From the outset, they were nothing but professional and responsive. Lindsey helped us to design the wedding of our dreams, and never hesitated to backtrack or pivot if we changed our minds. She always provided us with multiple options to choose from—whether it was table settings, DJs, caterers, or florists. When we decided only a month before our wedding that we wanted to move the dancing part of the evening indoors, Lindsey managed to seamlessly decorate an additional space and coordinate with the vendors, without blowing our budget.
On the day of the wedding, Lindsey was a calming presence, helping to make sure everyone knew where to be and the day stayed on schedule so that we could enjoy our wedding and not worry about a thing! We can not recommend Lindsey and her team highly enough!

to a T. We started with a fun day of venue scouting up and down Napa and Sonoma, based on some recommendations she had sent over from our estimated budget, wedding size, and theme. She had great ideas for each venue and after the day was over we knew that she would be an asset to our wedding team. We asked Lindsey to come on as a Day of Coordinator, but she was helpful even before our three month planning period began.
We ended up throwing Lindsey a curveball, by requesting her to help us at a venue in Lake Tahoe, with a venue and vendors she wasn’t already familiar with. You never would have guessed this was the case because everything went off without a hitch. This venue was also pretty particular in set-up and break-down protocols which to me sounded overwhelming, but if there was ever a problem, I had no idea, because to me everything was as seamless as if Lindsey had been working there for years.
Throughout the whole process, Lindsey was very supportive of our ideas and even did some major work to help us DIY a few elements of our wedding to cut costs down. Everything came out even more beautiful than I had imagined, and I have her to thank for this, she has a great eye. On the day of, she was like a ninja, cueing everyone up and making the whole day as smooth and beautiful as possible. I really can’t thank her enough, my wedding was a dream, and would recommend her to any of my friends highly.

iven her name to many brides just starting off. I loved many things about Lindsey but to name a few top:
Lindsey had such a professional demeanor but was also friendly and fun, someone I actually wanted to be around and enjoyed spending the year planning with her. She has a great way of saying "I don't think that's the best idea" without completely shutting anyone down. Because, you are paying for someone with an experienced opinion so you want them to give it to you, and Lindsey did it in the most polite and professional way. I saw her interact with my family, in-laws, all the vendors, and everyone respected her and she was nothing but polite and professional. And, most importantly, if I as the bride got stressed and testy (it happens) Lindsey handled it with the most poise and calming presence. I 100% trusted her.
Lindsey has a great design eye. One worry I had with a planner was that they would just brand themselves and not see my vision. Absolutely not the case with Lindsey, she totally captured my vibe and vision and gave me many options, never pushed me towards something that was "her style".
Lindsey was very budget friendly and always gave me multiple options to review. For example, I got at least 10 options for florals. I went with the cheapest, and trusted her opinion that for the price it was great value. I was not disappointed, the flowers were perfect and I was happy to save some money in that area.
Lindsey executed the big day without a single hic-up and to me that says it all. I did not worry one bit the whole day and literally every detail fell in to perfect place thanks to Lindsey and her team. She is truly amazing!
I could go on and on! Brides will not be disappointed with choosing Lindsey. If you are on the fence, I recommend meeting Lindsey in person. We met up for coffee before choosing her. You will immediately love her attitude, professionalism, and poise,. and you'll want to spend the next year of planning with her!

ou from vendors but almost every contract she sent me had multiple errors and unnecessary charges. It was very clear that Lindsey was not trying to save any of our money or stick to our budget. When I would bring these mistakes up to her, it was clear by her response that she hadn’t reviewed any of the contracts.
Part of her job is to suggest vendors for us, since we were doing our wedding at my parents vacation home and we live in Texas, we relied heavily on her for all vendors suggestions. It seemed like she had a VERY strong preference for vendors she was used to working with despite some of them being very expensive. When I asked her for catering suggestions she sent me ONE caterer and told me how amazing they were and really thought I should just go with them. I explained to her that that would not work, I needed at least one other caterer to compare them to. She was able to find me one other caterer and after both tastings we chose the second caterer. They were much more reasonably priced and the food was just as good. There were multiple times where this occurred with vendors, it was extremely frustrating as a bride, it felt like I was pulling teeth trying to get other vendor suggestions from her that weren’t her “regulars”
It really felt like Lindsey was working for the vendors and not for us. One of our vendors made a mistake in one of the quotes they sent us and 4 weeks before the wedding Lindsey told us we would have to pay an additional $2,500 for this addition, like it was our fault for their mistake. Instead of representing us and telling the vendor they would have to eat that cost since it was their mistake, she tried to make us pay. After a heated discussion with her and us refusing to pay for their error, the vendor did end up taking that cost off at the end. It really felt like Lindsey had their side on everything and we should just be thankful that we were able to use them during the “busy season”
The last week before our wedding was an absolute nightmare. We had an entire outdoor wedding without a wedding plan because it hadn’t rained in California in September in 10 years and the tent Lindsey quoted us in the begging was $67,000 HA! And as luck may have it, there was rain in the forecast. We told Lindsey about this and she started looking for an outdoor tent, after a few hours she told my mom there was no tent within 500 miles and the only one she found may or may not be available. So my mom started doing her own research, (which I wish we would have done from the beginning) within an hour she found a pretty outdoor clear ten for $8,000. Because this wasn’t one of Lindseys “preferred” vendors, she was incredibly rude to the guy supplying the tent, making all of these demands so he would work around her vendors. He told my mom if we weren’t so desperate for this tent, he would refuse to bring the tent because of how rude Lindsey was to him.
The final straw was multiple people in our wedding party telling me how rude she was to them the day of our wedding. They said it was very clear that she didn’t want to be there. I even had some of my bridesmaids offer to write a negative review for her because of how she acted that day.
