About this vendor
*** See you at the Primetime Wedding Show, March 5th! ***
Hi! I'm Lara Sarver, owner of LS Event Styling. I am based out of Dayton, OH & work with busy couples in the design & planning of your special wedding day! When we start working together, the most important thing I focus on is YOUR vision. No matter how long you've been dreaming up your wedding day, I can guarantee you want your wedding to be different than all the ones you've attended. That's where I come in.
I offer two different experiences for my brides: the first is full service planning & design, the second is wedding management, commonly known as day-of coordination. I work hard to make your day as stress-free as possible so you can enjoy every single moment that you've waited so long for... or as I like to say, Sarver the Moment ;)
I started event planning back in 2011 as director & choreographer of an Armenian dance ensemble. I designed & directed countless events including annual dance performances, festivals, & dance retreats. I also became a corporate event planner & curated unforgettable holiday parties, corporate retreats, & luncheons. Now, I'm focusing on making a positive impact in the Dayton + beyond community by bringing love & joy in the form of your unique wedding & other social occasions!
Can't wait to chat wedding details with you!

Don’t use Lara Sarver for planning your special event. We had to terminate our contract and find a new wedding planner.
Lara was very unprofessional and resulted in causing stress...
while planning the wedding. She lacked professionalism, sense of urgency and honesty.
Luckily we found a wonderful planner who on very short timing delivered an amazing wedding!
We worked with Lara the month of our wedding and loved having her with us! I'm honestly not sure what we would've done without her. She ran our rehearsal perfectly. Some of the wed...
ding party members have been in other weddings previously but I'm positive they learned more from her than any other wedding they've been in. The day-of is crazy enough and if it weren't for her running around between the bridal suite, the crazy boys, the vendors, the church, the reception venue, etc. then the day wouldn't have come together like it did. Also, might I add, her communication with our photographer and videographer in order to have them where they needed to be at certain times was impeccable.
We're so very grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and the general positive energy she brought along every step of the way. Again...couldn't have done it without her!
Lara was fantastic! She was very involved in the planning, but never tried to take over. She was very enthusiastic about doing whatever we needed to do it our way and make it our...
own special day. She greatly exceeded our expectations, and was super kind and personable.
Lara has been a gift sent from heaven!! She planned our wedding in 3 weeks and we didn’t have to worry about a thing!
She’s very fun and easy to work with and super creative when ...
needed to.
We definitely recommend her.
I used Lara for day of services and she was wonderful! I had a vision as to what I wanted our day to look and flow like and she made them all come true! I can very type A and parti...
cular and was worried that giving up control for the day of would be difficult for me. I was very comfortable in letting Lara take care of everything!! I was able to enjoy the day stress-free! She checked in with me a few times to see if I needed anything and spent the rest of the day making sure things were set up as we discussed prior. I called her once as I noticed guests were not getting programs as they were seated. She then literally ran to get them! If that’s not everything you want in a coordinator, I don’t know what is!
I recommend Lara to everyone! I knew I needed some help after it became clear that COVID was sticking around and also planning a wedding a hour away.
From my first phone call with...
Lara, I was at ease trusting my wedding vision with her. Our phone call meetings were on point and extremely helpful. Planning a wedding during a pandemic comes with quick changes, and Lara provided useful advice and solutions. She helped us adapt to any changes that came our way. She walked our bridal party throughout every step from the rehearsal right up to the end of the evening.
We had 3 large areas to decorate and she helped us put all of our ideas (even the crazy ones) together & everything turned out so beautiful and stress free the whole way.
I cannot express how nice it was to have someone else holding the master plan, making sure that decorations, food, and people were where they were supposed to be. We are forever grateful we said, "YES" to LS Event Styling, LLC!
Let me first start this review off by stating I am a Covid bride. So that in and of itself creates an extremely stressful situation. Enter Lara and LS Event Styling, she has been a...
mazing with helping me manage and choose what’s best for us and our guests. She has been the voice of reason through this whole crazy process but from day one, Lara embraced my alternative wedding choices and never made me feel strange or weird for wanting a Halloween wedding. If you are a bride who thinks they can do it all, trust me you can, BUT when you have Lara’s help, it can be spectacular. Or in my case, spook-tacular.
I attended a wedding planned by LS Event Styling and it was so personalized to the bride + groom! The food choices were their favs (complete with donuts from the local bakery), the...
little touches in the ceremony blended two cultures beautifully and the reception was choreographed to include special moments that were traditional yet captured the essence of the couple so beautifully.
I was blown away with all the detail at Lara‘s wedding. The most memorable part, aside from the beautiful decorations, was that it was multicultural. Both cultures were equally shi...
ned upon and it felt like two different worlds were joined as one— a beautiful unity. Such a gorgeous wedding! 👰🏻🤵🏻
