Laura is THE BEST!!!! Having a day of coordinator helped us TREMENDOUSLY... Laura was with me for every step of the way- so supportive and knowledgeable of the ins and outs of all ...
things wedding planning. We felt like guests at our own wedding in the sense that we didn't worry about a single thing all day! Laura was so on top of everything and such a joy to work with!! Do yourself a favor and hire her for your big day!!
Do yourself a favor and hire Laura as your day-of coordinator. I didn’t need help planning the wedding (because I not so secretly love planning), but day-of I was so worried about ...
being stressed out. Laura handled everything. Completely taking the stress and obligation off of me and my family. She directed our rehearsal, set up the decor and other vendors while we took photos, kept us on our timeline, tore-down at end of night, handed out vendor tips and payments and I’m sure SO MUCH more that I didn’t even realize. I was able to just relax, enjoy the day and know all the details were taken care of. Seriously, just hire Laura.
Laura from Lu+Birch was an amazing day of coordinator! We interviewed a couple of people and after talking to Laura immediately knew she was the right person for us. She was easy t...
o communicate with, confident, and genuinely really fun to be around. She made us feel relaxed and supported leading up to our wedding and the day-of ensured everything ran smoothly. Our family also gave us so many compliments saying they thoroughly enjoyed her support the day of. Highly recommend Laura!
I literally cannot emphasize how incredible Laura was as our Day of Coordinator! She went above and beyond to ensure the entire day from start to finish ran smoothly. She was so av...
ailable throughout the wedding process and did so much more than coordinate the day of... she helped with decisions and timelines, called my vendors to ensure they knew when to arrive at the venue, texted me words of encouragement when I started to get anxious, ensured my decorations were up the way I liked, and SO MUCH MORE! We are so grateful for everything Laura did, she was so kind, fun and professional throughout the entire process.
Laura was hands down the best vendor choice we made throughout our wedding!!!! She has the best most positive fun amazing attitude and rolled with every punch we threw her way. She...
went above and beyond her day of role and truly became a friend over the years we worked together due to COVID delays!!! I can’t say enough great things about Laura and highly highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a day or coordinator!
If you are considering a wedding coordinator, Laura is the right choice! We were on the fence about hiring a coordinator, but we couldn't have been more grateful to have Laura and ...
her assistant!
My husband and I didn't grow up thinking about what we wanted in a wedding, so we were both clueless when our vendors would ask us the typical "can you tell me your wedding vision?" question. Laura helped us with a lot of the planning for our wedding just by asking us the questions that we never thought about throughout the process. She was so knowledgable of so many things and it was nice to have someone remain so calm when everything was such a mess (we were planning throughout COVID pandemic).
Laura was there for us not only to provide the service she was hired for, but for so much more. She asked us multiple times throughout the day how we were feeling, if we needed anything, and what she can do to make sure we were enjoying the day as much as we could. Laura and her assistant also will take as much off your plate the day of your wedding so you can be present. Small gestures go a long way!
It's easy to say that Laura was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day and it's easy to recommend her to anyone and everyone. She was a blessing to have, but you won't know her true value until you are in the moment and actually seeing her pull things together during your wedding day. You won't be disappointed with Laura and her team. They are simply amazing.
Laura is simply wonderful!!! I met with Laura three times before the big day, over about a 9 month period of time. Every time I walked out of our meetings, I felt so calm about the...
plans and the timeline for our big day. She is so organized, and although we tweaked the timeline multiple times depending on photographers or venue coordinators, I could not have even started without her helping to form the backbone! we were always on the same page; Laura is so flexible, understanding, and patient!
During the rehearsal at our church, she made sure everyone knew what the plan was for the following day. She gets things accomplished with a smile on her face and great attitude, no matter the size of your family or wedding party!
It was the best money that I could have spent on our wedding day to know that Laura was going to be setting up our reception venue. It looked so beautiful! She really made my vision come to life, and it was the best feeling knowing that no family members had to give up their afternoon and miss out on the fun to go set up the reception venue. Throughout the night, she kept the event on schedule and really worked collaboratively with our photographer and venue coordinator. Laura truly goes above and beyond and I would recommend her over and over, no matter the size of your wedding!
No words can truly describe how amazing Laura was on our wedding day.
We met Laura at a wedding show in Milwaukee and our personalities just clicked.
Laura was there throughout th...
e entire wedding planning process, offering answers to an of my random questions including timing for the day of, vendors, etc.
Laura ran our rehearsal confidently and made sure we had everything just the way we wanted it. After the rehearsal, she even loaded up all of our venue décor for the wedding day so we didn’t have to worry about it the day of. There were things I even had given her that I had no clue how they’d be used and she utilized them better than I ever could have imagined.
On the day of the wedding, Laura was simply incredible. I had a blast at my own wedding as did all my loved ones that, without Laura, would have had so much more to be concerned with. Laura took care of everything from the ceremony to the very last call. She worked with the florists to set up the venues and it looked absolutely perfect. Better than I could have ever even imagined. Anyone who hasn’t enjoyed their own wedding, clearly hasn’t had a Laura by their side. I didn’t worry about a thing because Laura had it all under control (even the 3 one-minute mother-son dances)! At the end of the night, we left with just our card box and marriage license and Laura took care of the rest.
Laura, we cannot thank you enough for everything. You were a HUGE part of why our wedding was everything we could have ever imagined and more. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Everyone deserves a Laura on their wedding day 😊
