We called a few audibles, which he had fun with. The vibe Lucas creates is so wonderful and fun, our guests were trying to swarm the dance floor before the first dance! He even mixed some custom tracks for our father/daughter dance and entrance music. On the day of our wedding, he was our first vendor to arrive in order to set up and prepare for our party. Once our event started, it was obvious that he took all of our preferences/requests into account and filled in the rest with his own unique flare. DJ Lucas is a legit spin DJ! He will not just plug in a playlist and let it go. He actually reads the room and adjusts in the moment as needed to keep people happy, energized, and dancing. It was apparent that he was having a great time throughout the whole party, which amplified the good vibes for our guests all night. As a result, our dance floor was our literal dream come true. We didn’t care much about many wedding formalities, but the dance floor was our top priority and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Even some of our parents and older guests who literally never dance at weddings, loved it and danced the night away. To top it all off, we had friends telling us all night, and even weeks after the wedding, how much they loved DJ Lucas. He played very appropriate and fun music and knows very well how to mix, transition songs, and knows how to read a vibe of the crowd. So many people were coming up to me during the reception and many days after asking who my DJ was. I would not change a thing about my wedding BECAUSE of Lucas. The DJ provided the microphone for the officiant and helped make sure that guests could hear the full ceremony. Mostly though, the biggest brag for DJ Lucas London would be after dinner when the wedding party, family and guests hit the dance floor!! The night was filled with excellent song choices, outstanding music and nonstop dancing. It was out of this world and it was everything the bride and groom had hoped for! The dance floor was packed the entire evening and there was never one minute without people on the dance floor celebrating! DJ Lucas London kept the night going with fun upbeat dancing music and he added just the right amount of slow songs as well. Everyone had an amazing time and the DJ received an abundance of compliments from guests! Chelsea and Ryan wanted a fun, outgoing DJ with a great personality to emcee and to provide an excellent sound system to play upbeat energetic songs because they knew that the music could make or break any wedding celebration. DJ Lucas London lived up to all expectations!! He is truly a talented DJ and emcee. Thank you for making Chelsea and Ryan’s wedding so much fun for everyone!! We had a blast!

He read the room, and if after a verse people weren't loving it, he'd adjust. He took requests, and was just pleasant for the 4-5 hours he played 3) in a pinch, Lucas also provided sound equipment for our ceremony. Apparently we didn't read the fine print where the venue said they didn't provide that stuff. With like four days notice Lucas was able to assist us. He was able to make a mix for the father-daughter dance, and was able to make last minute tweaks (within days of the wedding) to make it probably the best father-daughter dance Yesterday Spaces has had. Lucas has a Spotify account with playlists that are organized to the flow of a wedding (pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail, reception, etc.) and was really helpful with deciding on the type of music we wanted. He ultimately was able to feel how our guests were reacting to the music and made it a party the whole time. He also had some good ideas that made the night a little more special for us. We will definitely hire him again if we need someone to get a party jumping!
