m charisma put me immediately at ease-- she is the type of person that feels like an instant friend. We had a major change in wedding plans during the planning process; Brittany didn't bat an eye and moved forward seamlessly telling us that she was there to make things easy for us and to create the ambience we envisioned. Brittany not only made us FEEL like everything would work out smoothly, she made it happen and went above and beyond what we expected.
