We had our wedding here and had a great time! The venue coordinator Illeana is a delight to work with, she’s sweet, patient, and professional. Her and her team worked with us on a drink menu, and we came up with perfect signature drinks. Leading up to the wedding, we had meetings to go over final details and cover everything needed, and they had ideas on layouts and ceremony already ready for us. If I had a question outside of that, Illeana was always quick to respond. Their food and drinks are exceptional, and part of the reason for choosing them. The benefit of having food and bar service intertwined with the venue was invaluable, not having to try to coordinate three vendors yourself! Illeana and the team that night went above and beyond in terms of customer service. When we came in from the ceremony, they had drinks ready for us, and pizzas ready first at our table when dinner started. At some point I ran up to the bar to get a drink, got distracted by some wedding thing, and the bartender came and found me to get it to me. When I arrived in the morning, the space was set up with the mimosa ingredients we requested. I believe we also had assistance in setting up the space and I’m also fairly certain their team did other things behind the scenes of me (bride) to get things done and run smoothly. They allow you to leave your items overnight so you can enjoy the full night of the wedding and pack up in the morning. They also had everything gathered for us by the time we arrived to make packing up easier. I do have to share one negative which, to be clear, has NOTHING to do with their current venue coordinator Illeana. When we came to tour the space over a year before the wedding and at the time of signing my contract, we had a different coordinator working with us who gave a lot of “yes” answers and promises that later couldn’t be delivered. Most if not all of these things were verbal agreements and not things I would have considered needing to be written in our contract. They were small things but they were other reasons for booking here. The venue coordinator we worked with in the beginning stopped working there and Illeana took over and had to be the messenger - totally not her fault and again, NO ISSUES with her and the current staff. My only wish for how our experience could have been different was perhaps a manager/owner stepping in during this transition period and covering with us what was previously discussed and maybe finding compromises together. Although from their perspective I understand there may not have been much to do since I didn’t have a lot in writing/ many questions were covered in person during our tour. All that to say, I am still leaving a 5 star rating as I am confident that if we had been working with one consistent person from the start, especially if we had been communicating with Illeana the entire time, there wouldn’t have been any hiccups at all. So, if you are booking now and get the pleasure of working with her, I’m sure you’ll have a 10/10 time and all your needs will be met. Again, if anyone is skimming this, I want to reiterate we had a GREAT time during and leading up to the wedding and working with Illeana and everyone else. We had a beautiful wedding here and any hiccups will be long forgotten while the night of eating, drinking, dancing, and laughing set in a stunning space will be what we remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend them for your wedding and event needs.

Lucette Event Pavilion was the perfect venue for our wedding! We highly recommend the venue to anyone ㅤᵕ̈ The food, set-up, and communication was phenomenal. Illeana was very communicative, messaging and calling with clarification, assistance, and overall support. Even when we had to move our ceremony indoors due to weather, she was extremely helpful getting it set up on short notice. Guests and family highlighted to pizza, apps, and delicious drinks all night. We truly could not have asked for a better, more flexible, or more perfect venue. The outdoor seating and fire-pits were also a hit, as guests enjoyed the multiple spaces to hang out and enjoy the night. The staff, bartenders, also helped keep the party going- huge shoutout to them for maintaining fun, positive energy until closing time!
