If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I hired Lucia and her team for my wedding on June 6th in Oakland, and from beginning to end, they exceeded every expectation I had. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Lucia made the entire bar planning process feel effortless. We met in person twice before the wedding, and I was immediately impressed by her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for what she does. She was incredibly patient, answered every question I had, and worked with me to create a package that fit both my vision and my budget without ever making me feel pressured. One thing that really stood out was how organized she was. She kept detailed notes throughout the planning process, remembered every preference I mentioned, and made me feel like my wedding was just as important to her as it was to me. She truly listened and tailored everything to our needs. On the wedding day, Lucia and her team were phenomenal. The drinks were fantastic, the service was seamless, and I've honestly never seen a team work harder. They kept everything running smoothly while creating such a fun atmosphere for our guests. So many people commented on how great the bar service was. I also hired their waitstaff, and they prepared all of our appetizers as well. Having one company handle the bar, staffing, and appetizers made the planning process so much easier. It truly felt like a one-stop shop, and everything was executed flawlessly. One of the things I appreciated most was Lucia's expertise when it came to ordering alcohol. She recommended quantities based on our guest count of about 200 people, and I actually ordered slightly less than her recommendation. Even then, we had exactly what we needed throughout the night without running out. Her experience and guidance saved me both stress and unnecessary expense. After the wedding, they even packed up all of our remaining alcohol and stored it until I was able to pick it up later, which was another thoughtful touch that made the entire experience even better. I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Lucia and her team. They were professional, organized, hardworking, knowledgeable, kind, and an absolute joy to work with. If I had to plan another event tomorrow, they would be my first phone call. Whether your event is intimate or has hundreds of guests like ours, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Lucia, and your entire team, for helping make one of the most important days of our lives so memorable. You were truly one of the best vendor decisions we made.

Blanch was such a pleasure to work with for my wedding! I highly recommend this service. She was responsive and willing to accommodate special requests (including a custom cocktail and garnishes). She helped me put together the cocktail menu and gave great suggestions and guidance on cocktails and which types of liquor to buy. During the reception, she was extremely professional and attentive (even running a drink to me when she saw mine was low). I received so many compliments about the bar from my guests. She was also very efficient - with 190 guests, the line was never overly long. If I have any other events in the future, Lucia’s Bar Service will be my go to. Thank you Blanch!
