Carissa was absolutely amazing. She helped us find the perfect engagement ring and wedding band. She also helped me find a watch for my husband's wedding gift. Everyone was so kind...
, helpful, and accommodating.
When my husband was shopping around for my engagement ring, he stopped in at the Sterling Heights location. He knew I wanted a vintage looking ring with a sapphire and they helped ...
him pick the perfect ring. We were so happy with it that we didn't hesitate to go back to Lucido for our wedding bands. We live in Rochester so we went to the downtown location and worked with Annie. Annie was so great at helping us pick out a ring for my husband as he was pretty clueless about what he wanted.
John at Lucido in Sterling Heights is amazing! He is extremely professional and easy to work with. My fiancé and I enjoyed getting to know him during this whole process. Will defin...
itely be back!
Best style, quality and service! Thank you!
I'm a guy with zero sense when it comes to buying jewelry for my gal. Luckily for me, Lucido was there to help. They were my first stop when I started looking at engagement rings s...
imply because they were close to my office, but after my experience with them I'd gladly drive out of my way to go back in the future. They helped me fine tune what I was looking for during that first stop in by showing me a wide selection of engagement rings without pressuring me to buy at all. This is something I can't say about the other jewelry shops I visited while searching for an engagement ring. Those "other places" which shall remain nameless pushed me to buy from the moment I stepped into the store. So after doing my research at a variety of shops, I ended up going back to Lucido because of their great selection of beautiful jewelry, willingness to work with me on the price, and their overall helpful, friendly customer service. Lucido is a prime example of how great customer service goes a long way in building loyal customers. I was so pleased by that initial experience that I've gone back to them on multiple occasions for other items and we even bought our wedding bands there!
I worked with a number of the staff at the Birmingham location, and they were all great, but I have to single out one: Sahrob Jabero. Sahrob has been absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the last year or two. Over the course of multiple visits and a lot of emails, she really helped me find the perfect engagement ring that my now-wife absolutely adored when I presented it to her and still cherishes to this day. Sahrob has continued to be super helpful and friendly every time I've gone back for other items, which is a large part of the reason I keep returning. I can't say enough about how great she was to work with and would recommend any person starting their engagement ring search (or looking for any other jewelry) go see her today! Thanks Sahrob!
My husband first visited Lucido in Downtown Rochester looking for an engagement ring, and he worked with Annie to find the perfect one. We loved Annie so much that, despite moving ...
out of the area, we returned for both of our wedding rings. She was so helpful with explaining different rings and helping us to stay within our budget. We never felt pressured to buy anything - my husband visited about five times before making a decision on an engagement ring and everyone was so helpful and patient. We love all three of the rings and are so grateful that we shopped at Lucido.
We got our wedding bands custom made from Lucido. They did such a great job and matched my engagement ring perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.
My husband purchased my engagement ring at Lucido's in downtown Rochester; I obviously wasn't there at the time, but he had so many great things to say about his experience there a...
nd I absolutely LOVE my ring! We went in together to purchase my wedding band and found one that perfectly complimented my engagement ring. He also bought me a stunning rose gold and crystal bracelet and pearl earrings as a gift on our wedding day and they were gorgeous! Thank you Lucido Fine Jewelry for helping my husband spoil me with the most beautiful jewelry a girl could hope for!
They have a beautiful selection of Tacori rings. They make sure their customer are happy. I love my rings!
We went to the downtown Rochester location and couldn't be happier. My engagement ring was purchased there, as were our wedding bands. One of the small diamonds on my band fell out...
during a cleaning, and they replaced with it without any question. We don't live in the Rochester area, but we will be coming to Lucido's for all our future jewelry wants!
The downfall to dealing with Lucido was the distance from our house and EVERYTHING else was a positive! They're all so knowledgable and it makes you feel important when they rememb...
er your name when you come into the store again without having to reintroduce yourself every time.
The rings are BEAUTIFUL and the workers made you feel comfortable purchasing with them and not as though they're just after your money.
We went to the sterling heights location and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Our sales associate that helped us was Sarah....she was absolutely amazing! She did NOT make ...
us feel pressured into buying anything at all. It was truly a breath of fresh air since the place that we had gone to before that was the complete opposite! She was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We've even gone back there and purchased both our bands and wedding presents to each other from there.
Madonna at Lucido's is wonderful! She is so caring and attentive to guests needs. She found the exact bands my husband I wanted at the price we wanted to pay! Great family business...
