imply because they were close to my office, but after my experience with them I'd gladly drive out of my way to go back in the future. They helped me fine tune what I was looking for during that first stop in by showing me a wide selection of engagement rings without pressuring me to buy at all. This is something I can't say about the other jewelry shops I visited while searching for an engagement ring. Those "other places" which shall remain nameless pushed me to buy from the moment I stepped into the store. So after doing my research at a variety of shops, I ended up going back to Lucido because of their great selection of beautiful jewelry, willingness to work with me on the price, and their overall helpful, friendly customer service. Lucido is a prime example of how great customer service goes a long way in building loyal customers. I was so pleased by that initial experience that I've gone back to them on multiple occasions for other items and we even bought our wedding bands there!
I worked with a number of the staff at the Birmingham location, and they were all great, but I have to single out one: Sahrob Jabero. Sahrob has been absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the last year or two. Over the course of multiple visits and a lot of emails, she really helped me find the perfect engagement ring that my now-wife absolutely adored when I presented it to her and still cherishes to this day. Sahrob has continued to be super helpful and friendly every time I've gone back for other items, which is a large part of the reason I keep returning. I can't say enough about how great she was to work with and would recommend any person starting their engagement ring search (or looking for any other jewelry) go see her today! Thanks Sahrob!

us feel pressured into buying anything at all. It was truly a breath of fresh air since the place that we had gone to before that was the complete opposite!
