Lucita Vásquez grew up near San Salvador, learning to make tortillas from her grandmother at just six years old. She went on to co-own a pupuseria in the coastal city of La Libertad before moving to the United States, where she spent years working toward the dream of owning her own restaurant. That dream became Lucita's Pupuseria, where handmade pupusas and authentic recipes recreate a genuine taste of home.

My journey in hospitality spans over 15 years in the restaurant world, combined with extensive experience in meeting & event planning and high-end wedding coordination. Having walked in the shoes of a wedding planner, I understand every moving part of a wedding day—from the intricate timeline details to the split-second moments that make an event truly seamless.
With this unique blend of experience, I get to do what I love every day: creating exceptional culinary experiences that delight our brides, grooms, wedding planners, families, and guests.
