From the moment we first spoke with Melanie, we knew she was the one. She immediately understood our vision and needs, she just got it. We went with the 90-days-out package, and it was absolutely the right choice for us. From the start, Melanie was incredibly communicative, organized, and patient. We were brand new to wedding planning and had so many questions, but she always had clear, thoughtful answers. As the day got closer, Melanie took the reins in all the best ways. She filled in the gaps, sometimes anticipating questions we didn’t even know we should be asking. On the wedding day itself, everything ran like clockwork. Our family, vendors, and bridal party all knew exactly where to be and when, and we were never stressed or confused for even a moment. As a very Type A bride, I don’t hand over control easily but I fully trusted Melanie. Because of her, we were able to actually enjoy our wedding day. We were present. We weren’t managing timelines or solving problems. We were just soaking in every moment, knowing she had it all covered.
Melanie is truly the best. We can’t recommend her enough.
My husband and I have frequently said to each other that working with Mel and her team was one of the best decisions we made in the entire wedding planning process. Throughout the process, Mel brought so much calm and kindness while providing expert counsel, organization and recommendations, and she truly felt like a long-time friend, which is exactly the type of relationship one can hope for with someone you’ll be in close touch with in the months leading up to your wedding, let alone the day itself. Melanie and the LuckEleven team were the heartbeat of our wedding, seamlessly orchestrating every detail with precision and grace. Their philosophy of "Your Day, Your Way" truly resonated, as they tailored the event to reflect our unique style and preferences. From vendor coordination to timeline management, their expertise ensured a stress-free experience. Melanie was also prepared for every detail like spraying the bride’s feet with lidocaine when they hurt and lending us cake cutting knives and a card box (amongst many other details - some we probably weren’t even aware of). Truly an above and beyond experience, we are so incredibly happy and grateful we chose to work with LuckEleven for our special day!
Melanie is the absolute BEST! A friend from high school recommended her to me and I could not have been more grateful. We hired her as a partial planner, and from the very first meeting, it was clear that we were in good hands!
Our room block situation was a little tricky and was something I had gotten into motion prior to hiring Mel. I was already overwhelmed with it, but as soon as she was introduced to the sales associate at the hotel, she handled the situation and put me at such ease.
In our meetings leading up to the wedding, she helped to capture our vision, but also stay realistic with what was feasible for the space. Our reception was in a ballroom that was low on space due to our guest count, but she made everything fit without looking too cramped!
On the day of the wedding, everything was absolutely flawless - I truly feel so blessed that I was not a stressed out bride on my wedding day. Melanie executed my vision so well while allowing me to hang out and relax with my bridesmaids on my wedding morning.
Mel also handled the timeline perfectly, even though all of our speeches ran over. Her ability to pivot under pressure, while still remaining calm truly amazes me! We ended up being able to get back on track and had plenty of time for dancing.
We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful and organized everything was, and we have Melanie to thank for that! Her creativity and attention to detail truly made our day so special.

LuckEleven gave us the wedding of our dreams!! Truly, it was a perfect day because of Melanie and her team’s hard work.
Our wedding was a 225 person event with a lot of details and moving parts, and went off without a hitch. Melanie was an irreplaceable part of making that happen. I can still remember our first call with Melanie when we told her all of our concerns about the wedding — wanting the event to feel personal, needing a planner who had the attention to detail we have/wanted, and hoping for someone who had their own ideas, but was also open to anything we thought of ourselves. I can honestly say that Melanie checked all of these boxes and many more. Melanie is professional, detailed, creative, easy to work with, resourceful, and so much more. Most importantly, Melanie is an absolute joy to be around and kept us laughing and happy throughout the wedding planning process and our wedding day.
It’s also not just me who would say these things. All of our vendors told us the same thing before, during, and after our wedding. Vendors love working with Melanie because she is the best at what she does.
Melanie helped make our dream wedding a reality and I wish I had more events for her to plan. I would absolutely, without a doubt, 110%, recommend LuckEleven to any person who needed an event planner. If you are on the hunt for a wedding planner, let me save you a ton of time—PLEASE CHOOSE MELANIE! She is incredibly impressive: organized, creative, responsive, detail-oriented... I could go on and on! Melanie not only ensured our day ran smoothly but also fixed behind-the-scenes issues that no one even knew about. She truly puts her heart into every event she works on, and I can’t imagine how my wedding would have turned out without her. Thanks to Melanie, my wedding day was truly the best day of my life.
Wow what an experience. I have too many great things to say about working with Melanie. My parents have too many things wonderful things to say about Melanie and continue to tell me "she is worth her weight in gold" and "you need to give her amazing reviews". I was one of those pretty hands off brides, mainly because I was finishing my Ob/Gyn Residency while planning this wedding. Melanie made what had sounded like a daunting process simple and I remember asking her "why am I not stressed? Everyone else seems stressed." She made every step of the process simple. She also got to know my style (probably better than I know myself) and came up with all of the design - she came up with ideas and allowed me to pick what I liked which allowed me to plan my dream wedding with minimal effort. She has been working in Santa Barbara (and many other areas - Ojai, LA etc) for over 10 years and her experience shows. She would send me her top 5 vendors and I would pick my favorite. Every single vendor were thrilled to be working with Melanie again and would always let me know "you're in the best hands - your planner is an All Star". I am over the moon about how my wedding weekend went. It was perfect. There were no hiccups and it was obvious that it was because of all of the preparation and anticipation that Melanie had put into place. Although Melanie is an incredibly organized professional, she is also so sweet and chill to work with and made zoom calls or get togethers so fun. Couldn't recommend her more if you're looking for someone to give you the wedding of your dreams.
There are so many incredible things to say about working with Mel from LuckEleven Events – my husband and I originally became connected with her when we felt like all of the details of our wedding were feeling a little too overwhelming to handle just on our own. We had originally not planned on using a wedding planner, but I am SO grateful we reached out to Mel to ultimately help us plan and coordinate all of our wedding details!! We engaged with Mel to assist us with planning and preparation for the month and a half leading up to our wedding day.
Within the first few minutes of our first call we had with Mel, my heart and my mind instantly felt more at ease. To start, Mel is extremely pleasant & kind – just what you want when you are feeling like a ball of stress lol! From our first call, she was very professional, organized, and engaged. She helped guide us through everything we needed – whether it was coordinating and corresponding with our vendors, reviewing a list of everything we purchased for the wedding & the reception to ensure we had everything we needed, providing a very detailed schedule for the day of the wedding, taking charge when we were dealing with a very difficult & rude reception hall director, helping set up the reception hall, dealing with last minute & unexpected changes the day of the wedding – you name it, she did an amazing job!!
The most important thing Mel gave to me and my husband was a peace of mind. When planning a wedding, there are a thousand small details and decisions, and that can become really stressful and overwhelming. Mel was a very calming presence who made every detail in our wedding go so smoothly, allowing for my husband and I to sit back and really enjoy our day. I could not have done my wedding without her – she was a dream to work with and I genuinely cannot recommend her & LuckEleven Events enough!!

After attending a friend's wedding that LuckEleven planned, they could not say enough good things about this team. When we got engaged they told us we needed to hire Mel and her team for our wedding.
LuckEleven coordinated our wedding starting 3 months prior to our wedding and Mel was truly the MVP! She made sure we had everything we needed, she was honest about what was necessary versus what would be a “nice to have,” and she did so much work behind the scenes coordinating with our venue and vendors so we didn't have to stress.
During the planning process our venue had turnover in which we worked with multiple venue contacts and we were assigned a new contact a week prior to our wedding date. We’re so thankful we had Mel on our side, she caught our new venue contact up to speed and alleviated our stress.
Throughout the entire experience Mel was honest, thorough, organized, patient and so fun to work with. She is so sweet and funny which is just an added bonus.
With Mel's expertise we were able to go to her for all questions weddings related. So much of our wedding day went off without a hitch as a result of LuckEleven's organization, eye for detail, and amazingly positive attitude!
LuckEleven also offers additional details to make your day extra special such as a variety of table numbers and custom scent/candle package which we took advantage of. These touches made our wedding look elevated and added elements of personalization.
I'm so glad we hired LuckEleven so we could be completely present with all of our friends and family on our wedding day and not stress about executing details the day of the wedding.

Melanie was wonderful! Outside of being there for the larger planning moments, Melanie was always behind the scenes, following up with vendors, in contact with our venue and ensuring we all all the proper documentation in place. I was someone who wanted to be very involved in the process and Melanie made sure my voice was heard and everything went without a hitch! Thank you, Melanie!
Melanie was incredible. If you book her as your wedding planner you one million percent will not regret it. She’s professional, prompt, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. She was also such a calming presence day of. My husband and I did partial planning with her, so we did the heavy lifting finding our own vendors but once she took over, we didn’t have to worry about anything. She has so many resources to provide, that you won’t be able to find on your own, to support you on your wedding planning journey. She thinks about everything you won’t, and we were so grateful she was there for us on our special day!!
We could not have been happier with Melanie/LuckEleven! From start to finish, she was so extremely helpful and on top of things. Melanie is personable, professional, and someone I could count on. Every email was answered timely, and every request or question (there were a lot!) from me was dealt with patience, understanding and helpfulness! From helping with design concepts to making them come true in real life, to all vendor coordination leading up to the wedding, contract review, to managing payment schedules, and making sure EVERYTHING ran smoothly the day of (and so much more), Melanie did it all. She thought of details and ideas I would not even think to think of, and helped make the day look and feel extra special and unique to my husband and me. She took the time to get to know us so everything would be to our liking, was able to deal with every vendor (even the more difficult ones), and handled the wedding day so smoothly for us. I did not stress about a single thing the day of the wedding because I knew it was handled.
It is very obvious from working with LuckEleven/Melanie that she knows this industry inside and out. Not only that, but she is also able to handle anything thrown her way, and is able to pivot easily when things inevitably go wrong, or things need to be changed quickly, which was honestly the biggest help during the stressful time of wedding planning! If I knew then what I knew now, I would have hired Melanie even earlier so she could help me from the very, very beginning of my planning! You could not be in better hands for your wedding!
Melanie is the DREAM wedding planner and we cannot recommend full wedding planning with her enough. It's hard to put into words what working with Melanie feels like, but the best way we could describe it is working with your best friend or sister. They got your back, are equally invested in the success of your day, and just want to see you happy! Partnering with Melanie was a pure joy and my husband and I genuinely miss the planning process and collaborating with her every week. It's obvious when you work with her that she is a natural at her job - she's great with relationships, sensitive to all the various parties involved in wedding planning, organized, and wonderfully creative. She also goes out of her way to make herself available. There are so many small things that can be overwhelming when planning a wedding and every time we struggled through a decision or were confused about how something worked, Melanie jumped on a call with us to break it all down.
We hired her from the very beginning and she helped us with everything from securing our venue and locking down our vendors to curating the aesthetic of the wedding and doing design work. Melanie has very strong relationships with some of the best wedding vendors in Southern California, and that made our wedding planning process substantially easier. Not only did she help narrow down the list based on our style and budget, but the vendors we preferred were eager to work with us since they love Melanie so much. This made a big difference since it can be difficult to book your preferred vendors in SoCal. When it came to design, she really listened to our vision and not only made sure that we followed it but she used her creativity to enhance that vision and bring it to life in ways that far exceeded our dreams. Melanie's talent was clear throughout the whole planning process, but when the actual wedding weekend came around we were blown away by her and her team. She was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, professional, and attentive. It helped us fully enjoy our wedding day to not have to worry about the small details or unforeseen challenges knowing that we could 100% trust Melanie to take care of them. It's clear that Melanie puts a lot of heart into weddings and this work is way more than just a job for her, but a passion. And it's that passion that really comes through and makes her so phenomenal.
The greatest day of coordinator we could have asked for! Mel’s organization and communication skills made us feel so comfortable leading up to the big day. Her ability to think on her feet and react quickly made the wedding day a breeze. She guided us through areas where she anticipated issues and was calm in all situations. She was wonderful working with all of our family members and vendors, navigating every turn seamlessly. Multiple guests came up to my husband and me telling us how relaxed we seemed, Mel is responsible for much of our peace of mind through planning and executing our wedding weekend.
Best money I ever spent! I was the type of bride that didn't originally want a wedding as I was terrified of the planning process and didn't want to end up working my wedding instead of enjoying it. Melanie 100% made this whole process seamless and dare I say I even started enjoying the process because she took all the guess work out for us. Instead of having hundreds of vendors to sift through, she heard our vision and budget and suggested a few and was with us every step of the way communicating with vendors and answering our questions. When the day came, we were able to relax and simply enjoy our day knowing everything was being taken care of. I can't recommend working with Melanie/ LuckEleven events enough!
Wow, I don't even know how to begin to describe how much my husband and I adored working with Mel. Trusting someone to understand your vision and see it through is not easy but Mel immediately made us feel comfortable. She took our vision and added so many amazing ideas we had never thought of. She is so patient, so understanding, and an excellent communicator (something that not all wedding vendors do well). When we had a small month of challenge with our venue Mel not only empathized but she made time on a weekend to chat with us and gave excellent feedback for the best course of action. She is so knowledgeable and has the biggest "can do" attitude. When I walked into our venue on our wedding day I had tears in my eyes seeing her execution and attention to detail. I cannot recommend Mel enough and my biggest disappointment is that I no longer get to work with her to plan my wedding. Mel, thank you so much for making our dream day a reality, we love you!!!
We hired Melanie as our month of coordinator for our wedding, and we feel that we got so much more than that from her, starting with the planning sheets and informative guides/resources. She was essential in managing our vendors and problem-solving that arose, especially in an unforeseen situation at our wedding. She is also incredibly organized and thorough with the questions asked to us and our vendors and has a keen eye for creativity. She really brought my vision to life! YOU MUST HIRE MELANIE!!! Melanie helped plan Jake and my wedding in San Diego, CA. We got married around the same time as a lot of our friends. our friends seemed to have complaints about their wedding planners, or called wedding planning a drag and SO much work. We literally have nothing but great things to say about Mel and wedding planning was actually very straightforward with her involved helping us stay organized.
Melanie was BORN to be a wedding planner. She helped us get so excited for our big day and took care of all of the little details which gave us extra time to make the day really meaningful (personalized notes, a fun couple's dance). We would have never had the time to do these things if we didn't trust Melanie would take care of literally everything else.
If you're on the fence let this be the sign to drop everything and work with Melanie for your wedding!
The best quality a wedding planner can have is listening to the wants/needs of their clients. Melanie does just that. She will not curate a wedding to fit her ideals, trends, or current “go to’s” (unless you ask her to) but really caters to the individuality of each couple. She goes out of her way to find options that are aligned with your desires/aesthetic vision and makes it a reality. She is incredibly timely, organized, and consistent in her work. Another great quality of hers is transparency. She will be open and upfront with realistic budget expectations and proposals. When I was talking to other friends of mine getting married, I texted Melanie that I was so grateful to find her, as my friends were left stressed with multiple tasks their planner did not handle. We had two vendors that were either going to be late or had dysfunctional equipment, and Melanie handled it like a champ, and I felt like I had my own personal bull dog. She kept me calm on wedding day, gave me space when I needed it, and kept the night going with perfect timing.
In addition to be an amazing wedding planner, she’s an incredible person! She is so friendly, approachable, and emotionally intelligent. She can sense when something is wrong, and will always address any issues with kindness and patience. If we could do our wedding over again, we’d change nothing, and that’s because of the support, planning, and assistance that Melanie provided.
If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner my biggest advice is DO IT. Find it in your budget to do so because my wedding wouldn't have been planned if I had not hired LuckEleven. I had the pleasure of working with Melanie herself and honestly she made everything perfect. From design of the whole event, sourcing vendors, vendors and all while troubleshooting anything along the way. I always felt like I was her only client (though I know I wasn't), she valued mine and my partner's time and input every step of the way.
Day of, everything went off without a hitch and she in her most magical fairy dust sort of way even had all décor/ things I needed to take packed into my car after the event so I literally was handed the keys and went off on my married way. I still haven't fully come down to Earth from the dream of the event we had.
Look no further LuckEleven is the wedding planner you need. Mel and her team are worth EVERY penny, and I even feel like I got a great deal given everything she did.
Where to even begin!?!? My now husband and I interviewed and spoke with several other event/wedding planners, and just after our first phone conversation with Melanie we knew she was going to be our wedding planner. We instantly felt comfortable with her, and could tell she was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of wedding planning. My husband and I have really busy schedules so we were extremely lucky to have Mel on our side guiding us through it all. I was a picky bride and I felt 1000% comfortable letting Melanie decide on several details, she has a really great sense of style, knows what works well together, and knows all the right vendors. Wedding planning is not easy and there’s no way we could have done it without her! She is extremely organized, keeps you on track, and won’t miss any details. She helped us plan the perfect wedding from start to finish, and literally NOTHING went wrong the day of our wedding. Everything went SO smoothly and we had the best time of our lives. An added perk about working with Melanie is that she is also a travel agent, she helped me find the perfect location for my Bachelorette party! Melanie did not disappoint and quickly became a great friend of ours. We are forever grateful for her and cannot recommend her enough! With Melanie you will be in the best of hands.
Melanie is extremely passionate and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is very talented with design, and she executed exactly what we dreamed of. Also, she got so many complements on our wedding day how organized and thorough her timeline was. She truly made our day so special and stress free due to her many talents. Now that I’ve had some time to sit and process the single greatest day of my life, I can finally put into words how helpful, crucial, Insightful and necessary that Melanie and Luck Eleven Events was for my wedding. Mel and I have known each other for years, and having her as my day of coordinator was an absolute no brainer. In retrospect, I would not have been able to put that day together without her.
Not only did she go out of her way to give me all of the input, recommendations, and advice I needed, but her attention to detail and impeccable organization skills blew me away. She knew every question to ask me, so that whenever I was asked a question she already had the answer. She filled me in on the things I didn’t even realize I needed to know, and made sure that every single detail was planned out ahead of time so that the day went effortlessly.
She is so much more than a wedding planner, she is a true friend and made for the greatest day of my life. She makes for an experience that could otherwise be very stressful and time-consuming as easy and beautiful as possible. 10/10, 5 stars, all of the rest. If you are looking for a wedding planner, Melanie Levin is your girl! After researching and interviewing many wedding planners I ultimately went with Melanie because it was like chatting with an old friend. She is very personable, detail oriented, and honest. She made the whole process of planning my wedding fun and stress free. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so amazing. I discussed with her my vision and she brought it to life. My wedding will be something I remember for the rest of my life and it wouldn’t of been what it was without hiring Melanie. I am forever appreciative of her. Do yourself a favor and hire her!
Mel is the BEST wedding planner there is! Mel was absolutely incredible to work with and I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for a wedding planner in Southern California. We hired her for her partial planning services and she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. Everything was smooth sailings and SO stress free, not something many people say when planning a wedding! I will admit my fiancé was a bit on the fence about hiring a planner, wondering if we really even needed one and now he says he would hire her a thousand times over for everything she did for us during this process and to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. She was always on top of planning and kept us on track throughout the entire year while we planned our wedding. She made sure that we always felt supported, was there for us to provide vendor recommendations, reviewed contracts with vendors, suggestions based on her past experiences, and so much more. On the day of the wedding she kept us all on track and turned a bare reception space into the reception of my dreams! We included design within our contract with her to do the full design of our day and that was INCREDIBLE - she took the time to fully understand our vision and brought that to life for us.
I kept saying the month and weeks prior to the wedding how stress free I was and I know that is because Mel was SO on top of things. She nailed down a perfect timing, even with many moving parts (including a party bus transport) and the entire event went off without a hitch. I'm sure there were a few mishaps here and there but Mel took care of everything immediately so we never even knew about any of it. It was also amazing that because she had everything so well taken care of, my parents were able to enjoy the day as well and didn't feel any stress either.
I truly only have wonderful things to say about Mel - she made us feel like she was our best friend helping to plan our wedding, you get all her 1:1 time and personal support and I know that she genuinely cared about us and making sure our day was perfect. She is someone who just "gets it" and with her years of experience in the wedding industry she has so much knowledge that she brings to the table! You will not regret working with Mel, she is THE BEST!
LuckEleven deserves 10/5 stars. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Melanie. Not only is she a great person, but she is incredibly talented at what she does. I definitely used the the terms “life saver” and “keeping me sane” to describe Melanie to anyone who asked me during the planning process. I used LuckEleven for full-service wedding planning, and the whole process was amazing. Melanie really takes the time to understand you as a couple, so she can bring out your personalities through the event details and connect you with vendors that match your vibe. From mood boards to vendor selection to monthly to-do lists, Melanie really made the whole process fun. She was very organized, communicative and offered such great industry knowledge. She thinks through every detail. In addition to making everything we wanted a reality, she also had great ideas for our reception. All of the vendors she connected me with were amazing. Most importantly, the wedding day ran so smoothly. She handled everything perfectly so that me, the groom and our families didn’t have to worry about anything. I already miss working with Mel! Thanks for making our day as perfect as we imagined!
Melanie had been a day of coordinator at a wedding I had attended a few years back and I was so blown away with her organization, her work ethic, and her talent for all things relating to weddings. When I first got engaged, I knew she had to be the first call I made to feel less stressed during the wedding planning process.
Hiring her was the best thing I did. She makes everything so smooth and easy, and if there are any issues that arise on your big day, she handles it so quickly and efficiently to the point where you do not even know something went wrong. She is so responsive and helpful, which thank goodness because I had a billion questions. We had some issues arise with my venue and Melanie held my hand through the whole process, helping me sort through the issues and jumping on calls with me for support and assistance.
Her organization is impeccable. Her spreadsheets, timelines, to-dos and other lists are a saving grace. I felt so in over my head at first but she truly helps you organize and get your thoughts and ideas together to create your prefect wedding. She is great at listening, understanding what you envision and helps bring that vision to life. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is also an amazing person. Planning with her was so much fun!
I tell Melanie all the time, but I truly do not know what we would have done without her. She made our day so much more enjoyable. Knowing that you can 100% trust someone to get things/people where they need to be on your wedding day to ensure a smooth day is incomparable.

Melanie is the best wedding planner ever and we cannot recommend her enough! She was amazing in dealing with difficult vendors, complicated religious rituals and our general indecisiveness. She was also extremely responsive and very accommodating toward our busy schedules. I knew going into my wedding day I was in good hands and could not have asked for anything more reassuring! She is also incredibly sweet and thoughtful and handmade a wedding gift for us. She started as our wedding planner and is ending as our friend!
Love, love, love working with Mel at Luck Eleven Events. She was knowledgable, hardworking, and so extremely organized. Her tips, spreadsheets, and planning are truly out of this world amazing. So many of my friends talk about how meeting with their wedding planners "feels like a chore" and that couldn't be further from the experience with Mel. She makes you feel like you're just great friends planning a fun party, which you are. My husband and I felt so, so relaxed on our wedding day (and leading up to it!) while she and her team dealt with everything -- believe me, there was a lot -- behind the scenes flawlessly and professionally. I can't recommend Mel enough for her organization, energy, and knowledge.

There was so much goodness from hiring LuckEleven as our wedding planner! After an unexpectedly long engagement (thanks, Covid) my fiance and I were fed up with wedding planning when we decided to downsize. First on our list was finding a planner. I thank my lucky stars we heard of Mel at LuckEleven through a friend because she brought joy and life back into our engagement and planning process.
Mel took care of finding us new vendors from a venue to catering and bartending, spent hours on video calls planning with us, traveled to Northern California and stayed on-site for the entire weekend, all while ensuring everything ran smoothly. She made sure I as the Bride was comfortable and stress-free the day of while she handled all logistics of vendor arrivals and set up. I truly felt I was able to enjoy my wedding day because of her!

Working with Melanie was an absolute JOY! She turns tasks you view as impossible (like coordinating multiple vendors, getting people to the right place at the right time, and just making sure every thing runs smoothly both leading up to the wedding and the wedding day) into a piece of cake. Everything from our point of view, went smoothly on our big day and if anything didn’t she certainly handled it with grace and made it work! She has access to the most incredible vendors, which truly created the perfect dream team for our special day. She never seemed to be phased by constant requests and changing of our minds and always responded promptly and positively. You can tell coordinating weddings is a passion for her and it never felt like “work.” She is a MASTER at spreadsheets and kept us on tract with organization, making sure payments were sent on time, staying within our budget, and sticking to the timeline. She is so professional, but by the end, you feel like she’s been on such a long journey with you and your other half, that she’s basically your new bestie! We honestly can’t recommend her enough to plan your event or wedding. In fact, we’re already trying to lock her in for years from now, for our future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs!
Melanie Levin is the solution to every OCD bride. I can't say enough amazing things about Melanie...she had a lot of educating to do because I knew nothing about weddings. She knew all of the right questions to ask and immediately got started on putting together a presentation of venue options that met our budget and overall desired look. then scheduled time to review them with my husband and I. Prior to our wedding, she scheduled calls to lock down logistics and to review the wedding timeline she assembled, which included everything from 'getting ready', to travel, to photos. At the venue is also where Melanie excels as she knew how to wrangle guests and our wedding party. In short, Melanie is absolutely fabulous and we never had to worry about anything the entire day as we knew she had it handled (AND SHE DID!). Lastly, not only is she amazing at her job, but she's also a lovely and kind woman - we are and still so grateful for helping making our wedding day come together so beautifully!
Melanie was an amazing partner for our wedding at Saddlerock Ranch. During the planning process she provided excellent counsel based on her experience. She worked well with our vendor team and kept everyone organized, attending to even the smallest details in advance of the wedding. Her timeline became our playbook leading up to the wedding and during the wedding itself, her execution was flawless and she ran the event perfectly. She even managed a couple mini-issues without us even knowing. Melanie is a pro and we'd highly recommend using her for your wedding.
Mel was such an asset for us when we were throwing a baby shower. The guest list was large (50) so I felt overwhelmed not knowing where to start. She was great helping us sort out what was and wasnt essential, and how to get things organized.

Melanie was the BEST month of coordinator I could have possibly asked for! She handled everything and made my wedding process such a breeze leading up to the big day.
