We also hired a harpist for the ceremony through Lucky Devils. Tom helped us with a sound system for the ceremony and did a fantastic job as MC. The band was so much fun and played music that kept everyone dancing all night long. The dance floor was never empty! They played many songs from the songfest that was created for the wedding. they could easily read the room and kept us going all nightlong.We have been at other family weddings where The Lucky Devils played and we weren't disappointed with their performance for my daughter's wedding. They are professional, engaging and easy to work with!

They worked with us on our preferences, music style, and absolutely crushed their performance! All the guests could not stop talking about how amazing they were and I myself was blown away. They have so many options between ceremony music, cocktail, dinner, reception and you can add on different instrument players depending on what style you want for each part of the night. They really brought the vibes and I would not choose another entertainment group!! Cannot recommend enough!

As the bride, I was admittedly caught up in the whirlwind and not paying as close attention as I would have liked - given they were one of the things I was most looking forward to. But there were moments they put really fun/original spins on songs, and other moments I assumed we were listening to the recording just to look up and see them playing live. Impressive all around! Their business model is also super interesting and customizable. They're great to work with during the planning process - we worked with Jerry, and he always responded promptly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The only thing I struggled with was their online portal, which didn't seem to save my changes (even though it looked like it was at the time). This happened three times over several months, so I recommend typing up your info in a separate savable document before sharing with the band, just in case! 10/10 recommend hiring!

ceremony piano music was extremely disappointing. It was not only bad but also completely killed the vibe for such a beautiful ceremony. The music played was nowhere near the selections we had requested. We paid extra for ceremony music and I deeply regret it. I had filled out numerous music request forms, had clear communication over the phone with your team the week prior, and was assured that all our requested songs would be played either by DJ or live. Was even complemented over the phone with such a fun list of songs provided Sadly, didn’t really happen. To make matters worse, during the reception, I had to personally hand my phone to the band members during dinner to play the music I had specifically selected after spending a substantial amount of time filling out forms and money booking the bands services. I had even gone the extra mile to provide a tent and stage for the band's use, which cost me a significant amount. While the live music itself was good, the behavior of the band members towards my guests and other vendors was incredibly rude. I was being told things at the wedding and on my honeymoon about things that were being said about my guests and myself. Not professional. The lead singer even went as far as yelling "Get Out" several times into the microphone at the end of the night, without any valid reason. Guests were welcome to stay and chat, collect their belongings at the end of the night, bride and groom had a getaway car. This was highly unprofessional and utterly upsetting, especially considering it was supposed to be a perfect day for us. I’m HEARTBROKEN. Music is so important to me and it was my least favorite thing about the wedding. I loved the band live during the reception. Just wish there were more songs we requested played and I didn’t have to hand my phone over for songs we requested to be played. After voicing my concerns, the response I received was nothing more than a short two sentence apology. This left me heartbroken, as I had expected a more sincere and understanding approach from a band of your caliber. I am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment and to share my experience with future brides and grooms researching. It is my hope that you take this feedback seriously and take necessary measures to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. I believe communication, professionalism, and respect towards clients and their guests are essential elements that should be upheld by any service provider, especially on such important occasions like a wedding. I never leave reviews. Never. I sincerely hope that my review helps you reflect on the areas that needs improvement. It is my wish that other couples don't have to face the same disappointment that my partner and I experienced on our wedding day.

They were professional, talented, and passionate about getting the party started. Jerry was available at all times during the planning process and even incorporated almost all of my requested songs (and there were a lot) into the night at some point. Multiple of our guests told us they were the best wedding band they had ever seen/heard and we totally agree. We seriously can’t stress it enough: you NEED The Lucky Devils at your next event!

hey had at a wedding. I love how the group performed classics, along with some trendy songs. Jerry was great at communication leading up to the wedding and took part in helping schedule the reception. Dan was the lead singer that preformed the night of our wedding and was the MC to make announcements, and help keep the night on track. Hiring the Lucky Devil’s was the best money we spent. They were not just a DJ, but a band that put on a show! They played the music for our ceremony, jazz instrumental for cocktail hour, and we added their lighting. All around a great company.

They also played DJ songs during their breaks to keep the party going. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how good the band was. We worked with Jerry on all the partnership planning- he is incredibly organized, easy to work with and his systems/tools make it very easy to submit music preferences, timelines, requests, etc. What I loved most about Lucky Devils was that during their performance they really fed off the crowd. Jerry had mentioned that they'd be able to pick up on the types of songs people were dancing to and pivot their playlist accordingly. They definitely did not disappoint - the dance floor was bumping the entire night and the night ended with guests applauding and cheering for this incredible group of musicians and vocalists.

They even learned a couple songs for our special night! Three months after the wedding, our friends and family are still complimenting the band and how great the sound was! We can't recommend hiring this group any more.

Dan Lovelock was the lead singer and he is exceptionally talented and serves as a great host for the entire list of festivities. We were blown away at the effort they put into performing songs for (2 first dances) as well as the range they showed in performing songs from an extremely long and diverse playlist they weren’t necessarily familiar with beforehand. Please don’t select a ‘generic’ band for your wedding. Lucky Devils will tailor this event to your wishes and then exceed your expectations. Our entire family and friends are still raving about them. They made it unforgettable. Most importantly, they were great people. Not in a rush to leave or move onto the next stop. They took their time to make sure everything we wanted played was excellent and came through on time. You’d be very wrong to choose anyone else to book your wedding. They also play live once a month in downtown PHx. Go check them out for free. It’s worth it.
