Choosing Lucky Penny to help plan our wedding proved to be an excellent decision. Ciera and Kaitlyn are detail oriented, efficient and FUN to work with. They know the area so well ...
and have great contacts. We highly recommend Lucky Penny for your wedding or other special occasion!
Lucky Penny crushed it! Cierra was accommodating with updating our quote a few times, they got to the venue and got the job done. Everything was perfect!
We used Lucky Penny as as our Event Rental Company. Ciera and her crew were FANTASTIC! They were professional and helpful with the set-up and prep on our wedding day! Also, as a...
lways, there were few errors to our order, but the Lucky Penny Team was super quick to get it corrected and they gave us great instructions on how to pack everything up and make it ready for pick up! Ciera was so wonderful to work with in the planning phase as I was developing my vision and was easy to get a hold of ! I highly recommend this company for your event planning or event rentals! They are world class and our day was perfect!
Hiring Ciera was the best decision we made when planning our elopement. She's kind, receptive, fun to work with, organized, attentive to detail, and everything and more you could a...
sk for in a planner and event designer. She truly went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that we had the perfect day.
The day before the elopement, my husband realized he forgot to pack his tie, and after checking every shop within a two-hour drive, he texted Ciera at 8:30 pm about the dilemma. The following day at ~6 am, she showed up with a handful of different ties, and one matched his suit perfectly.
She also informed us of road closures from the airport to our Airbnb, which saved us hours. Of course, all of this was on top of helping us narrow vendor selections, orchestrating a 15+ hour day with four locations and 8 vendors, creating the reception of our dreams, taking care of cleaning everything up the next day, and working out all of the small important details. We really couldn't have asked for a better planner and designer.
Took our 2k deposit almost a year ago and then ghosted us until 12 days before our wedding. 3 days before our wedding, she cancelled our meeting that we’ve been trying to set with ...
her for months. Numerous emails, texts and calls within 2 months before our big day. We drove a complete state over to meet with her before our wedding day and drove two hours to her hometown to meet with her for her to cancel. Then we reschedule meeting over the phone later that day for her to not know anything that is going on. Not even the location or details of anything when all of that is in the app that she had us use to plan that she has access to. Wrong rentals were delivered for the day of, some rentals didn’t even show that were paid for. I could write a novel for everything that went wrong with this vendor and it was a nightmare working with her. So much added stress when her main job as a coordinator is to relieve the stress. DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
THANK YOU CIERA! Ciera and her team made all of my/our dreams come true and more! We came with our ideas and Ciera executed it beyond our wildest dreams. It was such a magical and ...
stress free weekend all thanks to her. The whole process was so much fun. We bounced ideas off each other, it was so great to have a planner who actual got your vision and then see it come to life. Having to build our entire wedding from the ground up including guest transportation, food, cakes, band, decorations, bathrooms ect out to Cement Creek Ranch was a huge task and Ciera crushed it! Ciera did all the contacting and arranging! It was so nice to have a planner that did it all with great communcation. We highly recommend Lucky Penny Events if you want something different and original!
Like many soon-to-be brides, I felt overwhelmed soon after my engagement. Emotions of happiness and excitement and relief were suddenly replaced with various degrees of stress and ...
anxiety; a wedding was coming, and it needed to be organized. As soon as the real wedding planning process began, I realized that I’d eventually need help—beyond what my fiancé and our parents could do.
We enlisted Lucky Penny as our day-of coordinator and Ciera rose to the occasion. I was looking for a few hours dedicated to our big day for set up and take down, and wasn’t necessarily expecting much else. However, hours later of meetings, emails, phone calls, coffee shop meetups, and planning sessions later, I got so much more than I paid for. Ciera was an excellent and inspiring guide throughout the entire process. Not only were we able to ask questions and receive her professional recommendations, Ciera also offered her sincerest and most authentic help; every step of the way, it felt like someone was simply there to make our lives a little easier.
Ciera is someone I’d highly recommend. She’s kind, compassionate, helpful, and willing to extend all of her effort to make clients happy—before, during, and even after their big day. Whether it’s Ciera’s wedding planning options or the company’s rental amenities, Lucky Penny Event Planning is a wonderful option for anyone looking for peace of mind paired with outstanding service.
