Weddings are so stressful and turned our world upside down but Heather and Madi were our absolute saviors that made the process much more tolerable and helped us through every part. We hired Lucky Penny Events for a day of coordinator and when we were deciding who to work with, Heather's personality put us at ease and we vibed right off the bat. She even worked with us to fit in our budget and we're so grateful she did. Heather and Madi were family that treated our wedding like it was their own. Heather was my confidant who I could talk things out with to put down my worries. Nearing the event they helped with our rehearsal, making sure we had everything planned out that we needed for the big day, and took all the worries and stress away on the day of, covering everything while my now husband and I were able to live and be present in our blissful day. Ceremony went with no hiccups, and when my husband and I walked into our reception our jaws literally dropped. Due to rain the setup for our reception switched and they were able to put together our decorations beautifully, honestly better than I could have imagined! It was like a dream! My husband and I enjoyed our reception to the fullest while everything behind the scenes was taken care of. Could not have asked for more. Our wedding is is still the best day of our lives and it was because of Lucky Penny Events. Thank you so so much Heather and Madi for making us the happiest couple on our big day!!! We couldn't have asked for anything more!!

She was calm, organized, and provided excellent guidance throughout the planning process, from selecting vendors to creating a detailed timeline. On our wedding day, Heather and her daughter Madi kept everything running smoothly. They organized our wedding party, ensured the ceremony stayed on schedule, guided guests to the reception, and coordinated vendors, rentals, and logistics so my wife and I could simply enjoy the day. One small example of Heather's attention to detail: throughout the evening, guests would hand me cards to congratulate us. Rather than letting me carry them around all night, Heather would always appear at just the right moment, take them with a smile, and keep them safe. It was one of many thoughtful touches that made us feel as if we had hired an outstanding coordinator who valued attention to detail.
