mittedly I was a bit nervous since I wasn't familiar with her work at that point,, but that went away immediately upon meeting her. She not only takes amazing photos but she was so helpful when I was running a bit behind for my ceremony! :) She took on final lighting details, makeup and hair duties too!! Kelley is professional, timely, and always gets the right pic at the right moment. We have beautiful pictures from our special night! She is also super fun to work with and she is lightning fast getting the proofs back to me to pick my favorites! We have since used her for our reception party, our maternity pics, and our newborn pics! We have also used her professionally for head shots, office photos, and a work party. She rocks! I recommend Kelley whole heartedly.
We have followed Kelley's work for years, well before she did weddings. When it came down to planning our 2011 wedding I told my husband that we had to convince Kelley to shoot it....
After several attempt, she said yes. She captured every moment perfectly. Since then, we have hired her for our baby shower, new born session, 1st & 2nd birthday, as well as my husbands 40th birthday. Needless to say, we LOVE Kelley and her work.

be an issue getting nothing but beautiful pictures. What a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. It was a beautiful day and the pictures of us by the water should have been spectacular among the blue sky and blue water. When I received the pics back from SMUG MUG the pictures were yellowed, blurry, and no color contrast. The water was as white as the sky and the palm trees washed out. In fact, most of the pics were washed out looking and just unclear. I immediately called SMUG MUG to complain and they stated there was nothing they could do. It was because of some "filter" that the photographer applied was the reasoning for how the pics turned out. Oh yeah, in addition, Kelley did not take any photos of the bride and mother-of-the-bride!! Talk about unprofessional. I did not think I would have to verbalize to a "professional photographer" to make sure she got some candid shots of the bride and mother of the bride together. VERY DISAPPOINTED and the worst part is that the day can never be recreated so now I am stuck with really crappy photos to remember the most special day of my life with. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN!!

ing and she was very flexible for our wedding. She was able to shoot for us for the time we needed on VERY short notice! I let her know that we were on a budget and she was able to work with us on finding the best package for our financial needs. We only had her booked for 4 hours... I know you're thinking THATS CRAZY! No one can get all of the shots they need for their wedding in 4 hours! Well WE DID! Thanks to Kelley. She arrived early to check out the venue and get a feel for the atmosphere. Because she was there early she was able to catch some great shots of the girls getting ready before the ceremony. In 4 hours time she got shots of: The girls getting dressed and finishing getting ready, the ceremony, traditional and fun portrait style photos of the wedding party and immediate family, the reception fun such as: the first dance, the parent dances, the cake cutting, bouquet toss (we opted not to do the garter activities), great shots of the table settings, food, our guests, vendors, and also other fun shots throughout the night.
She worked very well with our other vendors and stuck firmly to our tight schedule.
We had our photos back from her edited and ready to go within 2 WEEKS from the wedding date!!! That is un heard of now a days from other photographers. Her shooting and editing style helped us capture those special moments on our big day!
***Another FUN & IN-EXPENSIVE feature was that we can order our photos through her website! No need to print them ourselves. They are printed by professionals and there are several options such as: mouse pads, mugs, calendars, photo books, etc.
I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND LUCY PEARL PHOTOGRAPHY FOR ANY SPECIAL EVENTS!
