It is a timeless setting well suited for "I dos" and their following festivities. The venue is ideal for weddings with up to 100 attendees but can also work well as a micro winter wedding venue. Larger celebrations can be held outside with a tented reception. Indoor reception spaces for weddings held in colder months are made cozy by the presence of fireplaces. The formal dining room can seat up to 30 people. A grand staircase, covered porches, and a dressing room are among some of the details that help make this venue memorable. In addition to weddings, this venue can serve as the backdrop for related events, such as rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and showers. Overnight accommodation is available for up to 20 people. Ludington House also offers a Luxury Bridal Weekend Package where the East Wing of the mansion can be rented out for the weekend. This includes the Bridal Suite, Meetinghouse Room, and Morning Room. Up to six people can sleep in this wing, and there are three full bathrooms. Couples may also rent the entire mansion if they require more space for guests to stay the night.
